  1. I do not think Rush Limbaugh is in the Brotherhood of Death. He is just another shock jock like Howard Stern. The only difference is Howard makes me laugh CNN replayed a February 3 interview with Ron Paul that I never watched until last night. Anyone that caught this show learned that Dr. Paul is not a lunatic. He is a straight shooter and has a well thought out philosophy on personal liberty.
  2. You cannot have faith without works. I see masons beliefs all over Washington, DC. With the exception to Albert Pike, the statues are of good men that are still admired. They say the hexagram was written on cave walls. I find it everywhere I go. I know Native Americans believe the cross to represent the four cardinal directions. Buddists believe in the nazi cross as a symbol of peace. I do not think there is an equation to God or a symbol that can represent him. In Jesus we have a face of a man of peace. Who died for the our original sin. The cross is our symbol of his ultimate sacrifice. God's perfect creation. His son Jesus Christ. The symbol of Love is the Cross.
  3. I have seen that same clip where the words are for other politicians. As I use to say as a kid, "That joke is older than the crust in my underwear!" Santorum really blasts Romney in this video.
  4. I think we should only vote for the politicians that support lowering business taxes. The rest that obstruct should be voted out. This is a real good start. Republicans should want 15% for manufacturing for the next 10 years. Hopefully by then we can get out of this mess. I think we should also vote for the Canadian pipeline for only National Consumption. We need to lower gas prices!!! That encourages industry to flourish.
  5. The internet is now allowing symbols like these to truly be seen for idea they represent. For example, a red octagon may be a symbol for "STOP". On a map, a picture of an arrow facing up might represent "North". Symbols morph through time to fit the self purposes of individuals or groups. Sometimes for good. Sometimes for bad. For those that lack Faith in Jesus Christ the symbols above are considered to be known by a select few for the purpose their particular craft.
  6. China News Media Says that Iran is sending elite troops to Syria to support the current government.
  7. With an approval rating at the lowest point in history, legislation and appointments stalled, and partisan bickering at an all time high, Congress could use a hand. Kids for Peace members from all over the United States will unite to present the Peace Pledge to Congress during the DC Peace Pledge Tour. While the children come from diverse socioeconomic, racial and cultural backgrounds, their united message will be heard loud and clear in the Halls of Congress, at major US Memorials on the Mall, The US Holocaust Museum, The US Institute of Peace, The Kenyan Embassy, a local homeless shelter and The White House. The Peace Pledge states: I pledge to use my words to speak in a kind way. I pledge to help others as I go throughout my day. I pledge to care for our earth with my healing heart and hands. I pledge to respect people in each and every land. I pledge to join together as we unite the big and small. I pledge to do my part to create Peace for one and all. “We believe that if everyone followed the Peace Pledge, we would have a world of kindness, respect, unity and love. By getting the Peace Pledge into our schools, communities and out to the world, we can create the change! There is no better place to start this change than with our country's leaders in Washington D.C.,” said co-founder and Executive Director Jill McManigal. The idea to present the Peace Pledge to Congress was sparked by a comment made by a Congressman while visiting a San Diego Kids for Peace chapter event. Upon hearing the children recite the Peace Pledge, Congressman Bob Filner replied, “There are 434 other people who need to hear this. It’s a message that transcends party lines. This is a message for everyone.” The children are now on a mission to share their message of peace, unity and respect with all. Kids for Peace, a non-profit that was established in 2006, has grown into a global organization with over 100 interconnected chapters that seek to cultivate every child’s innate ability to foster peace through cross-cultural experiences and hands-on arts, service and environmental projects. www.kidsforpeaceglobal.org
  8. I am very happy about President Obama's decision. It was brilliant. But, wish it was thought of sooner.
  9. Not sure about sure about the video's reference to a Baphomat headdress. It more reminded me of the Valeria's Viking Ghost headdress in Conan the Barbarian. But, there is no doubt that Madonna's performance was not G-rated for kids and family. Do any of the Executives watch any rehersals?
  10. In today's world Christian politicians just say whatever the voters want to hear. Plugging in Jesus, Holy Spirit, and Patriotism. President Obama why do Christian voters have to be forced to do things against their beliefs? Why not create an executive order that exempts religious institutions from paying for birth control. But, allowing it for extreme medical conditions.
  11. I still do not understand what priest of Melchizedek really means?
  12. I thought I knew the bible, but I guess not. I never realized there was a character Melchizedek who seems to be eternal.
  13. Buddy is right! It is not about Obama and Romney. It is about America. Every one of us knows Washington is bought and corrupt. We need to break the connection between money and politics. Special interest money is giving us a huge trade imbalance.
  14. I do want to see what the President plans to consolidate.
  15. I agree. We need to invest in the middle class. I want my children to have the best education opportunities available. I hope more support of the industrial arts is part of the policy of the Department of Education.
  16. I think this is the article you are talking about. Tony Kornheiser is a great writer. Click on the image to make it bigger.
  17. Why did we allow this to happen? We need to prosecute the banks, regulators, and elected officials that caused this to happen are risking Our Country's future and stole from taxpayers and mortgage holders. We need jobs for our kids. We need elected officials that will tell us the truth. PATRIOTISM BEFORE CAPITALISM
  18. The Tea Party considers Mitt Romney part of the Problem. Obama is to Romney, as Coke is to Pepsi.
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jeIIaqMvT-A Sarah Palin believes Republican establishment is trying paint Ron Paul as a Villain.
  20. Newt just blasted Romney for his owning shares of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Goldman Sachs Mortgages.
  21. I think Americans need to realize Social Security is not the problem. In fact if you take away the revenue the government takes from Social Security then you realize our elected officials have been not telling the full truth.
  22. I am excited that Made in USA is front and center of the political debate. I have digested the above statements from the 2012 Presidential candidates into a policy that I believe they all should agree with: The President did not cause the economic and fiscal crisis. Banks had made huge bets and bonuses with other people's money. Regulators had looked the other way, or didn't have the authority to stop the bad behavior. But ours is a fortunate land. Because the world uses our dollar for trade, we have a short grace period to deal with our dangers. But we need to grow our economy faster. The new rules passed restore what should be any financial system's core purpose: Getting funding to entrepreneurs with the best ideas, and getting loans to responsible families who want to buy a home, or start a business, or send their kids to college. A Financial Crimes Unit of highly trained investigators will begin to crack down on large-scale fraud and protect people's investments. All financial regulation needs to be evaluated on whether it hampers or grows our economy. The President is optimistic that there will be opportunities this year to move important pieces of business through Congress, because Republicans and Democrats will be under pressure from their constituents to show that they’re doing something constructive to grow the economy and create jobs. This will be done by focusing a positive message of a resurgent American manufacturing sector, a government that will believe in American exceptionalism again, and valuing the dignity of each and every human life. American manufacturers are hiring again, creating jobs for the first time since the late 1990s. We have a huge opportunity, at this moment, to bring manufacturing back. We have to seize this window of opportunity. Every multinational company should have to pay a basic minimum tax. And every penny should go towards lowering taxes for companies that choose to stay here and hire here in America. If you're an American manufacturer, you should get a bigger tax cut. If you're a high-tech manufacturer, we should double the tax deduction you get for making your products here. And if you want to relocate in a community that was hit hard when a factory left town, you should get help financing a new plant, equipment, or training for new workers. We also need to help manufacturers eliminate energy waste in their factories and give businesses incentives to upgrade their buildings. In a Global Market all countries have to play by the same set of rules, so American manufacturers and service companies are put on a level playing field, so they can compete. To crack down on foreign competitors not playing fair, a Trade Enforcement Unit that will be established and charged with investigating unfair trading practices in countries like China. Congress needs to pass Senator Graham's Currency manipulation bill which would allow the United States to apply tariffs to Chinese products where they have manipulated currency that has killed American jobs. We also need to send a strong united message that China has to stop hacking into our computers, steal our technology, intellectual property, our patents, and our designs. The United States must lower the corporate tax rates to be competitive with other countries in the world. Currently our rates are the highest in the world. We also need stop sending the wealthy benefits they do not need, and stop providing them so many tax preferences that distort our economy and do little or nothing to foster growth. We need to remove regulations that prevent aspiring entrepreneurs from getting the financing to grow. To turn these job-creating proposals into reality, we need Republicans and Democrats in Congress and the Senate to WORK TOGETHER, and refrain from turning straightforward issues into all-or-nothing battles. They should not legislate poison pills like tax hikes on job creators. America will emerge stronger and better and with a paycheck economy that's built to last, as opposed to one that's built on ephemeral bubbles like the housing bubble or the Internet bubble or the financial sector bubble. A strong paycheck economy will put us on a path to balanced budgets and paying down our national debt. The above policies proposed will never happen until we take the money out of the equation. That is why a law must me made to stop our elected officials from insider trading.
  23. Steven Colbert is a genius. Thank Matt for showing me this.
  24. Well as a stockholder of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, Mitt Romney would know.
