Mountains come and go. You cannot argue against this point. The crust floats on top of the mantle. You cannot argue this point. The peg you cite is based upon density. You cannot argue this point. Leonardo da Vincis considered how our Earth might respond to shifts in loads over its surface. Before Mohammed an Indian mathematician Aryabhata described the earth as being spherical and that it rotates on its axis from west to east. He also estimated the circumference of Earth, with an accuracy of 1%. And he described the radii of the orbits of the planets in terms of the Earth-Sun distance as essentially their periods of rotation around the Sun. If that was not enough Aryabhata also gave the correct explanation of lunar and solar eclipses and that the Moon shines by reflecting sunlight. I would suppose that was the Einstein of his time. The point is God can do anything and is part of everything. And Science can never bury the existence of God. If you are looking for scientific truth in Religion, the Institution for Creation Research is a good start. Psalms 14 This passage from Paul makes me think about the true origin of the universe. Hebrews 10 http://www.thetruthstings.com/science.html Are there scientific truths in the Bible? We hear all the time that science and the Bible should be kept separate, but should it really be that way? The truth is that even though the Bible is not a scientific text book and therefore should not be read as one, the Bible still is completely compatible with what we find in science. Some of the Basics: One Race of people: The Human Race (Genesis 3:20) The man called his wife's name Eve, because she was the mother of all living. (Acts 17:26) And He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the face ot the earth,.. (Science confirms that all humans are of the same 'race' and all have the same basic skin color. We have a pigment called melanin and our apparent skin differences are actually just a varying shade of melanin.) The spherical shape of the earth (Isaiah 40:22). It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them like a tent to dwell in; The earth is suspended in nothing (Job. 26:7). He stretches out the north over the void and hangs the earth on nothing. The stars are innumerable (Gen. 15:5). And he brought him outside and said, Look toward heaven, and number the stars, if you are able to number them. ... The existence of valleys in the seas (2 Sam. 22:16). Then the channels of the sea were seen; the foundations of the world were laid bare, at the rebuke of the Lord, at the blast of the breath of his nostrils. The existence of springs and fountains in the sea (Gen.7:11; 8:2; Prov. 8:28). when he made firm the skies above, when he established the fountains of the deep, The existence of water paths (ocean currents) in the seas (Psalm 8:8). the birds of the heavens, and the fish of the sea, whatever passes along the paths of the seas. The water cycle (Job. 26:8; 36:27-28; 37:16; 38:25-27; Ps. 135:7; Ecc. 1:6-7). The wind blows to the south and goes around to the north; around and around goes the wind, and on its circuits the wind returns. All streams run to the sea, but the sea is not full; to the place where the streams flow, there they flow again. The fact that all living things reproduce after their own kind (Gen. 1:21; 6:19). So God created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarm, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. The nature of health, sanitation, and sickness (Gen.17:9-14; Lev. 12-14). {I will let you look this passage up on your own, it is a little longer.} The concept of entropy, that energy is running down (Psalm 102:26). They will perish, but you will remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away, Taking a Closer Look Hydrology: "For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, making it bring forth and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater," Hydrologic Cycle (Ecclesiastes 1:7; Isaiah 55:10) Evaporation (Psalm 135:7; Jeremiah 10:13) Condensation (Job 26:8; 37:11, 16) Precipitation (Job 36:26-28) Oceanic Reservoir (Psalm 33:7) Snow (Job 38:22; Psalm 147:16) Hydrologic Balance (Job 28:24-26) Springs in the Sea (Job 38:16) Geology: Principle of Isostasy (Isaiah 40:12; Psalm 104:5-9) Shape of Earth (Isaiah 40:22; Job 26:10; Psalm 103:12) Rotation of Earth (Job 38:12, 14) Gravitation (Job 26:7; 38:6) Glacial Period (Job 38:29, 30) Uniformitarianism (2 Peter 3:4) Dinosaurs (Job 40, 41) Astronomy: Size of Universe (Job 11:7-9; 22:12; Isaiah 55:9; Jeremiah 31:37) Number of Stars (Genesis 22:17; Jeremiah 33:22) Uniqueness of Each Star (I Corinthians 15:41) Precision of Orbits (Jeremiah 31:35, 36) Meteorology: Circulation of Atmosphere (Ecclesiastes 1:6) Protective Effect of Atmosphere (Isaiah 40:22) Oceanic Origin of Rain (Ecclesiastes 1:7) Relation of Electricity to Rain (Job 28:26; Jeremiah 10:13.) Biology: Blood Circulation (Leviticus 17:11) Psychotherapy (Proverbs 16:24; 17:22) Biogenesis and Stability (Genesis 1:11, 21, 25) Uniqueness of Man (Genesis 1:26) Chemical Nature of Flesh (Genesis 1:11, 24-2:7; 3:19) Physics: Mass-Energy Equivalence (Colossians 1:17; Hebrews 1:3) Source of Energy for Earth (Psalm 19:6) Atomic Disintegration (2 Peter 3:10) Electrical Transmission of Information (Job 38:35) Conclusion The Bible is very much relevent, even in the field of science. It is after all the Word of God! ******************** On a side note. Do you actually look at the videos you post? Ahmed Deedat must have been desperate to use an obscure Atheist Socialist to prove his point that the Bible I believe in is poison would be comedic if I did not consider it on the line of blasphemy. But, that is for our God to decide. Then Deedat makes a claim that Herbert W. Armstrong stated that that the Bible is xrated. First, Armstrong and the truth magazine is not well known. Second here is the real statement his group actually made: I am sorry, but is an is a slightly above average debater with excellent passion to exult himself above the audience. I have not listened to all his works, but I waiting for him to directly mock the words of God, like did saying Jesus lost to Mohammed in a popularity contest. I am sure Isa loved that statement. I can find the same meaningless dirt that comes in favor Jesus Christ. Faith in God and his chosen are not part of a popularity contest. http://listverse.com/2013/03/22/top-10-most-famous-people/ Ennin you know this is true. It is a travesty to see people of faith bicker in the eyes of atheist who look at Religion as just behavior modification for the masses. An atheist looks at differences in faith as the source of all wars. In reality, violence is about control of earthly possessions. You want to see moving mountains. This is what people like myself hope to see.

If you get and email or phone call from an Search Engine Optimization company (SEO) saying they will increase your page rankings organically do not agree with their service. Do not do say yes until you clearly understand what they are doing. Many SEO companies will say they have tricks to make you popular. Google, Bing, will drop your web site ranking in a heart beat if they think you are using unnatural 'Black Hat' methods to reach the top. These SEO companies may give your web sites initial jumps in your page rankings, but the true test is time. One day you will notice your page went from number 1 to not listed in the top 100, because you trusted a contractor or agency that offered you services at $3.00 an hour or an automated link submission service for a $100.00. Just do not do it. Spammy, artificial, or low-quality links pointing to your site will do more harm than good. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I have been in the business for two decades now. And I understand how difficult it really is to reach the top. I will audit your web site and let you know what needs to be done to improve your web site performance.

I find it interesting in this article the first sentence the author writes is a quote from Psalms that I gave above. Thank you for pointing that out. It definitely agrees with what I said about erosion. I guess he was not aware that there was a quote from Quran as well on this subject. http://vishnu.whoi.edu/services/communications/oceanusmag.050826/v42n2/clift.html This proves my point exactly Thank you. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2006/04/060420232804.htm I find it interesting the German scientist found out that our earth's crust is 5 millimeter thinner. This must be on average. But, I do understand how this is related to Quran? http://www.dw.de/german-scientists-earth-is-smaller-than-people-think/a-2671939 I think modern geologist would love reasoning of a righteous man thousands of years ago found in the passage of Job 38. It is mind blowing. I think we both agree that the earth plates are in constant motion and the ground is constantly recycling itself. http://nsdl.org/resource/2200/20100411231257847T I think we also can agree that God's works are clearly visible. The Didache - The Teaching Chapter 3 Colossians 3 Galations 5 Romans 1 Romans 11 Psalms 1 Proverbs 12 Proverbs 14 Proverbs 30 Matthew 12 I wonder if what meant by this passage of the Gospel of Matthew that is forgivable to speak against Jesus the man. But, one that speaks against the Spirit of Yahweh is eternally condemned. Atonement brings peace to those have been wronged. Watch this tragic story, but beautiful story and then read the above scripture again. Make a list of those that have hurt you and forgive them. I do like this conversation. But, I am only a student of understanding complex variables. But, I do know that our Earth's crust forms in part by the coming together of island arcs including granite and metamorphic fold belts. It is understood that these fold belts are kept together partly by the using up of the mantle below the crust, which makes a mantle on which the crust tectonic plates float at an elevation dependent on their thickness and density. Thus, the higher the mountain the lower its density roots. It is true that the primary or (pressure) waves are what you say dispersed in areas of lower density. We also know that earthquakes at depths greater than 60 km below the surface occur at the Himalayan collision zone where the Indian Plate underthrusts the Himalayan mountains and the southern Tibetan Plateau. We also know that the viscoelastic relaxation of the mantle causes earthquakes as well. Neither mountains nor isostasy play a role to "balance" the Earth's crust, it is done by mineral reorganizations from high temperature and pressure. It is probable that the lower crust is made up of dry granulite, responsible for its seismogenic behaviour and strength as manifested by its relatively large effective elastic thickness. In time the sub-crustal erosion will replace this shield with a growing magma layer and remove the stability of the Indian shield. As the density changes, so does the the effects of pressure waves. Also, in time the forces of wind and rain will erode mountains down. I have the opportunity to see the result of erosion, by hiking the ancient Appalachian mountains near my home. We are learning that the ramifications of our pursuit of technology such as weight water dams, fraking, and drilling are changing the pressure balance and causing stress on old fault lines. It is amazing to read the lament of man tested by God thousands of years ago. Job 14 Sometimes change is hard to see in the here and now.

The Continental Plates are constantly building and tearing down mountains. Erosion is a factor also. I think it is important for those of faith to put their trust in the Lord to get them through it. Psalms 45 Luke 6

I am not sure I understand your statement. Volcanoes are formed when a plate is pushed below another plate, or at a mid-ocean ridge or hotspot. Fold mountains occur when two plates collide: shortening occurs along thrust faults and the crust is overthickened. Block mountains are caused by faults in the crust: a seam where rocks can move past each other. When rocks on one side of a fault rise relative to the other, it can form a mountain.
