THIS IS YOUR BRAINS ON DRUGS Some mayoral followers say that the more and more they listen to speeches made by Mayor Adrian Fenty the more incoherent he sounds. This same lack of coherency was seen in Mayor Marion Barry at the time he started doing drugs heavily like crack cocaine.

SEND THE NATIONAL GUARD INTO TRINIDAD, ETC. In the early 1990’s, the Government of Puerto Rico used a joint force of the U.S. National Guard, DEA and local police to storm in and patrol areas of San Juan that had high drug and violent level levels and their efforts were successful not just in protecting people. The Government of the District of Columbia should use its local National Guard forces to assist the police in patrolling the city’s hot spots and maybe bringing in the National Guard might make the criminal elements a bit fearful. People say the criminals in DC are not afraid of the police and actually laugh at them but would they laugh at a squad of army rangers kicking their.........................

STRAUSS vs. PANNELL – THE VOTERS STILL LOSE This fall the voters of the District of Columbia have a choice for shadow U.S. Senator between an alcoholic womanizer, Paul Strauss; and a psychotic gay guy Phil Pannell. Is this any way to demonstrate to the nation that the District of Columbia is ready for or can responsibly handle a vote in Congress?

HE IS TRIRED OF MAYOR FENTY PARANOID SCHIZOPHRENIC BEHAVIOR It has been announced today that the director of the District Department of Transportation Emeka C. Moneme has resigned and accepted the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (Metro). The reasons Moneme is leaving is because he says: 1. That Fenty would not allow his agency heads to do things without his premission; 2. That Fenty would often upstage his agency heads; 3. That Fenty’s hands on management style was getting in the way of progress; and 4. That Fenty is not easy to get along with. The local media spoke in brief of this riff between Moneme and Fenty and a Fenty spokesperson was not happy that this matter was made public while Fenty was out of town on vacation.

Since most know what kind of a dirt bag DC Mayor Adrian Fenty is, one needs to be wary of anybody he endorses. Since Fenty had endorsed Barack Obama, I will not vote for Obama because a Fenty endorsement sends up a Red Flag in my book.

Rep Saunders is doing the correct thing as DC goverment should not be attempting to override a ruling by the US Supreme Court or frustrate citizen rights. It is this kind of bunk people like Fenty, Mendelsohn and others are pulling why DC does not deserve voting rights as DC has no respect for federal rule.

Hey Kathy, How about the economic and social violence our mayor and city council have inflicted on the poor of our city?
-
First off anybody who cannot spell shouldn't be taken seriously. Is is LIAR not LIER. Many have noticed the drastic drop in weight Mayor Fenty has experienced. I grew up next door to Adrian Fenty and watched him do drugs, have a yearn for male intimacy and thus I can speak from what I know but the ignoramus above talks out of his .......

DOES MAYOR ADRIAN FENTY HAVE AIDS There is no deny that DC Mayor Adrian Fenty has lost a good 30-40 pounds in weight since taking the office of mayor just eighteen (18) months ago and it shows in his face and body but why, many are speculating. Is it the stress of the job? Is it Fenty's years of covert use of illegal drugs? It is that Fenty down-low, gay life-style has inflicted HIV/AIDS upon him. What is it? Whatever it is, the buzzards are flying near by.

THE UNEXPECTED DEATH OF MORTON S. REES Today I lost a member of the family when our beautiful cat Morton fell ill with a liver disease and after a six day stay and battle in the hospital, Morton passed away. Morton was a politically active cat and would hiss at the TV everytime he saw Mayor Fenty's face on the screen. Morton will be cremated and buried in a private ceremony.

DC is great for single people but has nowhere near the things that families look for.

Who Is A Bigger Threat - Doctors Or Lawyers The DC City Council has the power to regulate most industry, products and services offered but they allow dangerous things to take place because they have been bribed. Chemotherapy is basically ineffective in the vast majority of cases in which it is given. Chemotherapy is ineffective in treating most cancers, the exceptions being acute lymphocytic leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, nonseminomatous testicular cancer, as well as a few very rare forms of cancer, including choriocarcinoma, Wilm's tumor, and retinoblastoma. Ralph Moss, PhD, former Director of Information for Sloan Kettering Cancer Research Center ...as a chemist trained to interpret data, it is incomprehensible to me that physicians can ignore the clear evidence that chemotherapy does much, much more harm than good. Alan C Nixon, PhD, former president of the American Chemical Society Except for two forms of cancer, chemotherapy does not cure. It tortures and may shorten life -- no one can tell from the available data. Dr. Candace Pert, Georgetown University School of Medicine How can that be true of the main cancer treatment in the U.S.? Fact is, no solid scientific studies or clinical trials prove chemotherapy's effectiveness, except in a small percentage of very rare types of cancer. For solid tumors of adults, the vast majority of cancer, or anything that has metastasized, chemotherapy just doesn't work. A German epidemiologist from the Heidelberg/Mannheim Tumor Clinic, Dr. Ulrich Abel has done a comprehensive review and analysis of every major study and clinical trial of chemotherapy ever done. His conclusions should be read by anyone who is about to embark on the Chemo Express. To make sure he had reviewed everything ever published on chemotherapy, Abel sent letters to over 350 medical centers around the world asking them to send him anything they had published on the subject. Abel researched thousands of articles: it is unlikely that anyone in the world knows more about chemotherapy than he. The analysis took him several years, but the results are astounding: Abel found that the overall worldwide success rate of chemotherapy was "appalling" because there was simply no scientific evidence available anywhere that chemotherapy can "extend in any appreciable way the lives of patients suffering from the most common organic cancers." Abel emphasizes that chemotherapy rarely can improve the quality of life. He describes chemotherapy as "a scientific wasteland" and states that at least 80 percent of chemotherapy administered throughout the world is worthless, and is akin to the "emperor's new clothes" - neither doctor nor patient is willing to give up on chemotherapy even though there is no scientific evidence that it works. When any chemotherapeutic drug is spilled in the hospital or anywhere en route, it is classified as a major biohazard. Yet this same agent is going to be put into the human body and is expected to cure it of disease? What's wrong with this picture? ...and since a picture says more than a thousand words, here is a reduced-size rendering of the burning and scarring resulting of chemotherapy fluid spilling onto the unprotected hand. Does this picture make one feel safer to have such an extremely aggressive toxic chemical administered within one's body via intravenous injection? Knowing that our outer skin is actually better protected against any impacts than our inner body? That is also why nurses administering chemotherapy have to wear protective gloves and follow the most stringent security measures in case of any accidental spills of chemotherapy beyond 5 cc, see High risks involved in accidental spillage of chemotherapy drugs. (Click on picture to see enlarged version.) In evaluating a therapeutic regimen, the only thing that really matters is death rate - will a treatment significantly extend a patient's life. I'm not talking about life as a vegetable, but the natural healthy independent lifespan of a human being. Media stories and most articles in medical journals go to great lengths to hide the underlying numbers of people dying from cancer, by talking about other issues. In Questioning Chemotherapy, Dr. Ralph Moss talks about several of the ways they do it: Response rate is a favorite. If a dying patient's condition changes even for a week or a month, especially if the tumor shrinks temporarily, the patient is listed as having "responded to" chemotherapy. No joke! The fact that the tumor comes back stronger soon after chemo is stopped is not figured into the equation. The fact that the patient has to endure horrific side effects in order to temporarily shrink the tumor is not considered. That fact that the patient soon dies is not figured into the equation. The idea is to sell, sell, and sell. Sell chemotherapy. Also in the media we find the loud successes chemotherapy has had on certain rare types of cancer, like childhood leukemia, and Hodgkin's lymphoma. But for the vast majority of cancer cases, chemo is a bust. Worse yet, a toxic one. Even with Hodgkins, one of chemo's much-trumpeted triumphs, the cure is frequently a success, but the patient dies. He just doesn't die of Hodgkin’s disease, that's all. In the 1994 Journal of the National Cancer Institute, they published a 47-year study of more than 10,000 patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, who were treated with chemotherapy. Even though there was success with the Hodgkin’s itself, these patients encountered an incidence of leukemia that was six times the normal rate. This is a very common type of reported success within the cancer industry - again, the life of the patient is not taken into account. In evaluating any treatment, there must be a benefits/risks analysis. Due to gigantic economic pressures, such evaluation has been systematically put aside in the U.S. chemotherapy industry. FDA drug approval: eye opening behind-the-scenes report on FDA advisers' industry ties. More than half of the experts hired to advise the government on the safety and effectiveness of medicine have financial relationships with the pharmaceutical companies that will be helped or hurt by their decisions, a USA TODAY study found...The experts are supposed to be independent, but ... 54% of the time, they have a direct financial interest in the drug or topic they are asked to evaluate...Federal law generally prohibits the FDA from using experts with financial conflicts of interest, but the FDA has waived the restriction more than 800 times since 1998...The expert panel's "consumer representative," whose assignment is to defend consumers' interests, had the most extensive financial relationship with Johnson & Johnson. In recent years, the FDA has followed every advisory committee recommendation to approve or reject a medicine - except once... The federal agency is forbidden from using experts with financial conflicts unless a waiver is granted, usually on the grounds that the experts' value outweighs the seriousness of the conflict. The FDA grants these waivers routinely... Many financial conflicts are considered too small to require disclosure or a waiver and were not counted in USA Today’s study. For example, a committee member can be paid up to $50,000 a year by a drug company without any financial conflict being disclosed if the work was on a topic other than what the committee is evaluating... Financial conflicts are so common that eight of 10 members who evaluated the drug Aggrastat, made by Merck, had conflicts of interest... Dennis Cauchon in USA TODAY

WHO KILLED CHANDRA LEVY? The Washington Post is wrapping up a several part story about what went wrong in the case of the murder of Chandra Levy. The story seems to suggest that an illegal alien from El Salvador might be the culprit. I have a theory that the real culprit is Loose Lips of the Washington City Paper; a paranoid schizophrenic reporter who was desperate for a story and spent a good amount of his time in Rock Creek Park under the influence of alcohol which only exacerbated his mental illness and delusional processes: E.g. Mistaking local political candidates as being other people and more. Keep in mind that I am not accusing anyone of anything but just expressing a theory.

DC NOT GEARED FOR FAMILIES If you live in the District of Columbia and have a family, then more times than not, you have to leave DC for the suburbs of Maryland or Virginia to afford your family a nice time without the fear of violence, pick-pockets, seedy establishments and more. The sad fact is, DC is not family oriented but geared more for the single and homosexual populations. A close examination will show that DC has more businesses catering overtly or covertly to singles and homosexuals than they do to heterosexuals and their family members who are the majority. The foregoing is due to the fact that our mayor and ten (10) of our city council members are gay, lesbian or bisexual and they have best interest of the gay, lesbians and bisexual population at heart and not that of the traditional family. All you have to due is visit the few shopping malls of DC and you will see that they are scarcely populated with shoppers, the restaurants are 1/3 full and then go out to the same type of establishments in Maryland and Virginia and you will see the opposite with half of their patrons being residents of DC who cannot obtain clean and wholesome services in DC.

A CRIMINAL WATCHING THE CRIMINALS DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier is a criminal herself when several times she intervened and obstructed the law by helping to keep Mayor Adrian Fenty out of jail over his physical abuse of his wife and other matters. Now this incompetent chief of police who got her job not because she was qualified but as a political reward is asked to deal with an increase in violent crime, and her lack of real experience is seen in her idiotic “Check Points” of certain pockets of crime which will have no real value but merely chase the criminal element elsewhere like a poorly laid plan to kill cockroaches by only fumigating one room of a house. Adding to the problem is a mayor who is also a criminal and had no qualms of stealing from others their life savings, dabbling and contributing to the crime problem with his own use of drugs and secretly visiting seedy establishments of ill repute knowing that Chief Lanier would always cover up and protect him from his bad behavior. With people like Chief Lanier and Mayor Fenty in charge, is anybody safe?

WHAT'S REALLY WRONG WITH DC POLITICS Since the beginning of "Home Rule" in DC all races cooperated for the good of DC but in the last ten years with the influx of predominantly white yuppies with their greedy and uncaring ways, these yuppie have brought arrogance, know it all attitudes, laziness and stupidity into DC politics and everybody else is suffering for it.

THE REAL DC UNEMPLOYMENT RATE IS 9%! The real unemployment rate in DC is 9.0% not the 6.6% reported by the DC Dept of Employment Services. The unemployment rate is just reflective of those who are collecting unemployment but it does not included those who did not apply, were denied or who have already exhausted their benefits. The higher unemployment rate in DC can be blamed on the policies of Mayor Adrian Fenty and the DC City Council for reasons too long to list here. As a matter of fact, the Fenty Administration has been exporting jobs to other parts of the country and overseas with it various contracts with firms like ACS and others to handle a large portion of the District's needs. Most new jobs in DC are not created by the DC government but by and surrounding the US government.

SATAN WANTS YOU TO VOTE FOR MURIEL BOWSER One of the reasons the current DC City Council is in a moral shambles is because of members like Muriel Bowsers who is a do nothing member and merely a hand picked mouth piece of Mayor Adrian Fenty. If you ask voters in Ward 4 what has Bowsers done for them very few can point to anything meaningful but many can point to her laziness, leaving important events she drops in on, offering little or no help to constituents and a lot more. Bowsers is a clearly example of what voters will get when they elect a brainless idiot who is only acting as a mouth piece and has nothing on the ball.
