It is true that faiths have conflicts in interpreting what is stated in the bible. Let's take Homosexuality in the Anglican and Episcopal clergy. I believe God wants devotion and discipline from us all. But, this has little meaning to those that do not believe in Him. To those that do not have faith devotion can mean selfless attachment for this wondrous place that we briefly exist in. The key to devotion is using the discipline of reason to better understand and control our instinctual thoughts through our journey of life. We all our mortal and coexist with others that have different paths to understanding what the power of love really is. We can agree to disagree about pre and post existence. But, we should all concede that the Golden Rule is the foundation for living. One who is not of faith can still find great wisdom through religious and masonic teachings.
