B. Frank Now that I am an At-large Delegate, and the Financial Secretary and know many of the new members and do not expect to see such foolishness. As a matter of fact, I feel the Ward 3 Dems is a closed in secret society and often do not welcome people who have not been all that active in the party. Now that I am an At-large Delegate, and the Financial Secretary and know many of the new members and do not expect to see such foolishness.
