THE BEST LIE EVER TOLD IN DC Where in Washington, DC can you find its biggest bigots and liars? Right... In the area known as Ward 3. While the people of Ward 3 will try to fool you into believing that they are socially progressive, caring and politically correct type of people, they cannot escape the truth. The truth about most, not all Ward 3 residents is, they are not really caring, not progressive, they are the driving force behind oppression of African Americans and Latinos in DC, they are often involved in some of the most dirty business dealings and if the truth be told, they are so arrogant about their bigotry and feelings of superiority that several times not wanting to be a part of the rest of our city, have talked openly about breaking off from DC and becoming a part of Montgomery County, Maryland. Yet, there is no greater proof of how bigoted the people of Ward 3 are than their having elected as their representative on the city council a arrogant, racial bigot like themselves in the person of Mary M. Cheh and a mayor who is just as bigoted. Mary Cheh and her kind will fuel racial tensions in DC as she already has and has been attacked over her biases. Just be an African American male walking along the roadside of Porter Street in McLean Gardens at 1:00 AM in the morning on your way home from a job you just did and watch how fast a MPD patrol car is slowly following behind you until you jump on the H4 or 30 bus.

THE TRUTH ABOUT JOE STERNLIEB & DC VOTE On March 15, 2007, the truth that Joe Sternlieb is a fool and his wife Linda Jill Singer is the brains in their marriage, and was behind the creation of DC Vote and Friends of Joe Sternlieb was when the notable Daniel Solomon testified before the DC City Council Committee on the Judiciary and pointed out. That he and Joe Sternlieb wrestled with the idea of creating what is now DC Vote but could not come up with the right thing. All of a sudden, Linda Jill Singer grabbed the paperwork they had in front of them, took them into another room and came out 90 minutes later with the blue print (plan) that became DC Vote. This statement by Daniel Solomon is a public admission that Joe Sternlieb is a dumb *%$#, is not the brains in his family and a go for boy for his wife. The reality of DC Vote is, it was designed with the hidden agenda of enriching only the wealthiest of DC residents, and a vote in Congress would have no impact on 95% of the residents of the District of Columbia and the working class of DC should oppose DC Vote and see it for what it really is.

Yet, the drive to take over of our schools is coming strongest from white people in DC. A careful analysis of who these white people are, shows that most of them have something to gain economically by a take over because they either work for a developer, supplier to a developer, provide others services to a developer or have investments with developers. Thus, it was developers that created this “School Crisis” and managed to make it the central theme of our past elections. The truth is, there is no school crisis, no school emergency, and no need for a mayoral take over. What there is, is an urgency by local and out of town developers to make more money and not to get shut out of possible tax payer dollars when maybe some major lands become vacant. Developers in DC erected a political action committee named Friends of Joe Sternlieb the brainchild of interim DC Attorney General Linda Jill Singer and they sought out local political candidates they thought would create this “School Crisis” for them, make it the major theme of the 2006 Elections and run with it all the way down the line. Developers found a friend in Mayor Adrian Fenty and Councilwoman Mary Cheh who got the biggest amount of contributions from developers and employees of developers but their actions are all a fraud and designed to enrich developers. Karl, Your statement is confusing. Ms. Mohammed has not hidden her intentions to run for office again and why. As a matter of fact, Ms. Mohammed has made her presence felt more now than before in hearings before our DC City Council. As for what Fenty is up to; Well, I have very reliable sources that will bare out what I have said in time. Please be more specific next time. I would support Ms. Mohammed if she ran!

NOBODY IS THAT STUPID or ARE THEY Many people who are really absolute nobodies seem to be fooling themselves that Mayor Adrian Fenty is this brilliant man with great ideas. Bull Dinky. Mayor Adrian Fenty is a flaming idiot, and anybody who grew up next door to him, interacted with him for thousands of hours and knows him inside and out like I do, knows how stupid he really is, how easily he is manipulated by others and so much more. Fenty was the butt of jokes by others in Mt. Pleasant as he often went by the nick names of: Uncle Fester, Ricky Retardo, Slow Joe and others reflecting how others perceived him as being as mentally challenged as he comes across. The people of DC have been fooled by smarter people who are using Fenty like a puppet to get what they want done; namely, white racists who want to increase the gentrification of DC. Not only has Fenty shopped west of the river for his appointees, but he’s also shown an affinity for white ones, especially in the public-safety realm. Police Chief designee Cathy Lanier, Fire Chief designee Dennis Rubin, and Attorney General nominee Linda Singer are white. So are City Administrator Dan Tangherlini and the mayor’s legal counsel, Peter Nickles. Ward 8 rabble-rouser Philip Pannell isn’t shy about standing at the front of the Fenty-bashing parade. Last week, he told reporter Sam Ford of WJLA-TV that the makeup of Fenty’s cabinet and his nominations to boards and commissions, “makes Tony Williams look like Shaka Zulu.” Fenty has sold his soul to the white racists in DC whose goals are to keep up, if not speed up, gentrification with Joe Sternlieb as the mouth piece in DC for those behind the gentrification through the political activities of his illegal PAC know as Friends of Joe Sternlieb and who can be linked to campaign efforts to obtain political contributions and activities in 2006 to benefit Adrian Fenty, Mary Cheh and etc. Joe Sternlieb and his wife interim DC Attorney General Linda Singer are the new faces of racism in DC despite the fact that they erected organizations that claim to benefit minorities which they don't! A close examination over the years of the respected boards of DC Vote and DC Appleseed shows two things and they are: 1. That both organizations are racist groups that had very few minorities on their board and 2. Both were designed to enrich their creators and friends and not the people they claim to want to help. In other words, while Joe and Linda used these two groups to move up to a fancy home in the Forest Hills area of ward 3, 99% of the people they say they care about have yet to see any benefit from the actions of DC Vote, DC Appleseed or the other sham organizations these two phonies created and now these two along with other white racists are working on their greatest sham ever and are using Mayor Fenty to achieve it. That Singer/Sternlieb greatest sham ever is to see that Mayor Fenty, et al seize control of our public schools, shut down 15-25 of the schools, turn over the lands these schools sit on to developers and in time, reap quiet profits from their ill gains and that is what their illegal PAC Friends of Joe Sternlieb is all about and why they backed Fenty, Cheh and so on as they needed the votes to make it all happen.

VALENCIA MOHAMMED FOR DC CITY COUNCIL AT LARGE 2008 Rumors are floating around that Valencia Mohammed an activist not by choice may be throwing her hat into the political ring again for the DC City Council at large race in 2008, for the seat now held by Councilman Kwame Brown. Word has it that Ms. Mohammed is concerned about the growing neglect of the poor and minorities in our city and what appears to be a white power purge toward greater gentrification and the intentional lack of real services for minorities and the poor by a callous Mayor Adrian Fenty and others. Ms. Mohammed in her quest to seize the seat currently held by Kwame Brown may be faced by the likes of A. Scott Bolden and Kathy Patterson both who are said to have been asked by Mayor Adrian Fenty to make a run for Kwame Brown’s seat with the belief that if four African Americans are running, they will cancel each other out and Fenty’s real choice Kathy Patterson will prevail and help enlarge the white majority on the council and in turn, it will help him achieve his goals. Just as Fenty and his backers Friends of Joe Sternlieb are backing Muriel Bowser for the ward 4 seat, they are already gearing up to help Kathy Patterson and have asked A. Scott Bolden to jump in to make a bogus run with certainly some promise for his participation.

A GAY CONSPIRACY OVER CONGRESSIONAL VOTE Puerto Ricans who are opposed to Statehood and a Congressional Vote because of fear that such would result in Congress re-instating federal income taxes on individuals have attacked the Governor of Puerto Rico as being a closet case homosexual hiding behind a marriage of convenience, and that homosexuals are behind the push for Statehood and a Congressional Vote just like DC’s closet case homosexual mayor Adrian Fenty who is hiding behind a phony marriage as is some of his closet case friends on the DC City Council. Puerto Ricans opposed to Statehood and a Congressional Vote argue it is the homosexuals behind the push so that they can gain power to force their agenda on everybody else. While the argument seems a bit off the hook, there is no doubting the closeted homosexuality of Governor Aníbal Acevedo-Vilá or Mayor Adrian Fenty, the gay bashing in Puerto Rico still seems to be an effective tool to beat back anything labeled GAY but most in Puerto Rico feel that any vote granted the territories will be successfully rescinded by a court challenge. Despite gains the gay community says it is making, one has to question them in light of so many states successfully banning gay marriage in one form or another and other matters that smell gay. Doesn't the foregoing logic fall along the same old wive's tale that if you sit on a public toilet you will catch a VD? I ask, what next in the world of absurdity will we face?

Karl, I am not the first to question the out of sync behavior of many of our non-profit groups who pay their leaders $100k a year but have not changed the plight to the minimum of those they say they care about. I am not the first to make issue of it and I think many readers can read between the lines and offer up some examples of their own.

THOSE PHONY SOCIAL JUSTICE ADVOCATES Many of DC’s biggest crooks hide their nefarious and most profitable dealings behind a mask of a “legitimate operation”. In other words, John Doe can run or own ABC Company which is a respectable business in the community, but behind the scenes, John Doe is involved in other things that are not respectable in any way, shape or form whereby such provides John Doe the bulk of his real income, if not the majority of it, and often never reported. So is the case with the majority of those members linked to Friends of Joe Sternlieb. Sternlieb was well known for his Downtown Development Corporation business which is exploitative of minorities only offering low wages and no benefits, was funded in part due to service contracts from the Government of the District of Columbia (taxpayer dollars) and was never intended to offer a livable wage except to its owner(s). It is businesses like DDC that Sternlieb and many of his followers hide behind to make you and me believe that they are caring, compassionate and socially justice minded people when in fact, they are not. Their ability to deceive you and me into believing they are is the horse blinders necessary so the public does not see the truth behind all they do which in recent years has been to suppress the African American majority in DC through low wages, crushing rents and economic intimidation in the form of opening up the doors of DC and affording certain protections to a growing population of illegal aliens in order to water down the DC job market and wages. All of the foregoing done with the hidden agenda of weakening those they fear the most; namely, the African American majority. Former DC Council Member Vincent Orange while often talking that social justice bullcrap failed to inform DC residents that he owned and rented out rat infested, slum houses in the northeast side of the city. DC is infected with phony caring people like Sternlieb, his friends, Vincent Orange and others of the same. The key to success by people like Sternlieb is to first make you believe they care and when you by that lie, people like him move in and quietly rape the city through oppression, corrupting our leaders to get more government contracts like DDC received and more, so people like Sternlieb can live a Life of Riley and you remain in poverty. The proof is in the pudding in that, Sternlieb, his wife and other members of Friends of Joe Sternlieb through their efforts have worked hard, grown richer and moved into the exclusive Forest Hills neighborhood of DC, and all their efforts have been at the expense of DC's poorest whom they exploited and to insure that the poorest of the poor can get their hands each day on stale breaded, bologna sandwiches and warm Kool Aid in the basement of some church.

Nelson Jacobsen wonders where Phyllis Jones is at. After she left the DC City Council, Ms. Jones is currently employed as a confidential-assistant for Mayor Fenty.

Maybe you are right Nelson. People are looking to point the blame and you just happen to be a name on the tip of their tounge. I do have my suspicion that the vote count was not honest!

Luke the source of this allegation is coming from people working inside Michael Brown for Ward 4 campaign. They said Cropp's campaign chair and Jacobsen sold her out. This was the talk around that campaign office. Where it is coming from I do not know or it could just be unfounded gossip but Cropp's former campaign chair who resigned her DC City Council job got it back within a week's time after the primaries thanks to Fenty. Jacobsen not knowing any of the evidence others have seen against Mary Cheh dares to call me a looney so I do not have much respect for him when he is talking out of his hat! The DC Office of Campaign Finance and DC Office of Inspector General says my allegations appear to have merit and they are talking to a lot of people but Jacobsen called me a looney on his blog. Thus, if he is that callous then I would be inclined to believe that maybe Brown's people might be onto something.

As the rumor mill would have it, a group of ward 4 voters who supported Linda Cropp believe that many of her campaign workers sold her out, were secretly on the Fenty payroll and that ward 3 Nelson Jacobsen was named as a possible sell out because his overt efforts for Cropp in ward 3 was minimal. A good number of the former Cropp campaign staffers all got jobs in the Fenty administration and/or somehow after resigning their DC Government jobs to work on these various campaigns were able to get their DC Government jobs back within days after the primaries ended. The foregoing is not an allegation on my part but by others with a good discussion of.

Recently, Chairman Phil Mendelson of the judiciary committee of the DC City Council in several over-sight hearings into the Office of the Attorney General found interim Attorney General Linda Singer not being honest with him over the issue of whether or not she played a role in the demotion and dismissal of senior counsels. In the first hearing, Singer denied that she had anything to do with demotions and dismissals but in another hearing, Singer finally waffled a bit and admitted that maybe she did cause and/or seek that which Mendelson believed. A close analysis of whom Singer targeted mainly for demotions and dismissal and the overwhelming majority were African Americans whereby there can be no doubt that our interim attorney general has a bias toward African Americans notwithstanding the fact that her boss is half of such. DC does not need a racist as its attorney general as there is no other explanation other than racism why the majority of those Singer targeted were African Americans. Add to the foregoing Singer’s own admission that she had been absent from the practice of law for over a decade, told the NY State Bar that she was no longer an active attorney nor sought to be such, and these few matters are more than enough for the DC City Council to reject her nomination and for the good people of DC who reject racism and racists to reject Linda Singer for attorney general.

Seeing that there is no longer any disputing that Joe Sternlieb is guilty of creating an illegal political action committee and failing to report it, the next question is, should the government bring charges against him and make him the next Jack Abramhoff?

ADRIAN FENTY AND HIS PUPPETEERS A few readers of [TheMail] have written and asked me why do I feel that Mayor Fenty will be a failure and his administration will go down on record as being worse than that of Mayor Pratt-Kelly. First off, I do not believe that Adrian Fenty is in real terms the mayor of the District of Columbia but Dan Tangherlini is, and I say that because it seems that 90% of the people Fenty has nominated have been close friends to Tangherlini or people Tangherlini has recommended to Fenty whereby none of these people claim to have any past dealings or friendship with Fenty. Thus, if Fenty was his own man, the he would have picked people of his own choosing and sought the advice of others to the wisdom of such choices. Also, we would not have seen so many unqualified people being nominated which is usually the result of cronyism not political professionalism but the person in control. Second, Fenty is a puppet for the developers in DC and beyond who heavily funded his campaign as well as those of some of our council members. Thus, if Fenty was his own man, then he would not at this time be doing a lot that will directly and indirect benefit developers as his talk of taking over our schools to make them better is a fraud and people will see that in time and guise of something ungodly. Third, since Fenty is a Puppet controlled by developers and Tangherlini, this explains why his entire campaign was riddled with a lot of one line quips void any substance. Thus, if Fenty was his own man, he would have been able to tell us what he wants to do like Mayor Williams did and have laid out a plan to get each concept or goal achieved for voters to consider. Alas, Fenty did no such thing throughout his campaign. Finally, the Fenty Administration is going to fail because Fenty is not in control but just a puppet for others and those people do not care about Washington, DC just raping it of what they can get as most of them live outside of DC. Unless voters are blind, then it should start dawning on them that Mayor Fenty is not the mayor nor in control of his administration and those who are, will put their own interests before that of the people of DC and not care one iota if DC goes into the hands of another control board or down the toilet.
