ANOTHER WORTHLESS PROMISE FROM DC GOVERNMENT D.C. officials are launching an effort aimed at chronic homelessness that would provide permanent housing and extensive social services for some of the city's "most vulnerable" homeless people. Mayor Adrian Fenty says the city will create a $19.2 million fund for the program, called Housing First that would be supported by the lease or sale of some city properties. Officials say the program can reduce the chronically homeless population, estimated at 1,750, by 23 percent and decrease the number of homeless families in emergency care, estimated at 191, by 42 percent. They plan to find housing within six months for 480 of the city's most vulnerable homeless people and those who have been in shelters the longest. This sounds again like utter nonsense. Former mayor Anthony Williams had a plan that was suppose to wipe out homelessness in ten (10) years but nothing came of it. DC’s homeless population is about 7,000 not 1,750 and thus DC officials will fail in this effort if they are budgeting for 1,750 not 7,000. Let's just chalk this up to more lies coming from a government that has promised since 1980 that it would wipe up homelessness in DC only for the homeless population to grow with each year not shrink.

HE USE TO HAVE CREDIBILITY NBC 4 political news reporter Tom Sherwood use to have a great degree of credibility but lost that credibility when it became known that he was going to do a story about DC Mayor Adrian Fenty having engaged in violence against his wife when Fenty was a city councilman, but then chickened out. While a good number of people still listen to Tom Sherwood, an equal number of people have stopped listening to him and no longer see him as being honorable, but another reporter who picks and choices his stories based upon what is political expedient. Sherwood in order to get back viewers and his credibility is going to have to explain why he backed off an important story about domestic violence engaged in by an elected leader. Sadly, too many news reporters are no longer doing what is right but are often deceiving the public like David Nakamura of the Washington Post.

FENTY’S WELFARE BAILOUT FOR LOCAL DEVELOPERS Today, Mayor Adrian Fenty announced that $2.8 billion dollars will be spent on our children, their education and more. See the budget ► Budget A careful analysis of this proposed budget shows itself to be in fact a bail out program to benefit developers and others who are suppose to build new schools, re-build old schools, provide materials to our schools, and to provide other services but little or any of it is designated to improve student performance or to improve the social standing of our children. Voters need to read between the lines and they will see massive pork and a bail out for the local, sagging economy affecting developers.

Cheh does not pay her traffic tickets but thinks as a member of the DC City Council she can get them waved. What I and others saw was Mayor Fenty and especially his father smoke weed on their front porch and yard. Back in those days, it was hard to get the MPD to arrest anyone for just smoking a single marijuana cigarette. As a matter of fact, up until the year 2000, you could find tons of people smoking marijuana openly at DuPont Circle until the Park Police started arresting people doing such.

David Nakamura while being openly accused of being a dishonest reporter never answered the charge to his dishonest reporting. We wonder why? WHERE DOES DC MAYOR ADRIAN FENTY & HIS DADDY BUY THEIR DRUGS PART II The 4th District headquarters of the Metropolitan DC Police Department for a long time was know as a house of corruption where many of its officers dealt in illegal activity and looked the other way when DC government officials did wrong. The ease by which members of the 4th District headquarters of the Metropolitan DC Police Department could be bought off is why most drugs and other illegal activities start or is controlled from ward 4 DC. The Georgia Avenue NW area of DC has been known for years as the center of the Heroin trade and why Mayor Adrian Fenty and his daddy (Phil Fenty) bought their poison in ward 4; namely, the ease by which they could do it and the near assurance that officers and the brass of 4th District headquarters of the Metropolitan DC Police Department would look the other way. The current commander of the 4th District headquarters of the Metropolitan DC Police Department is Linda F. Brown. The U.S. Department of Justice which is charged with cleaning up the massive corruption inside the Government of the District of Columbia has done a dismal job over the past twenty (20) years and it has nothing to do with money or manpower but its unwillingness to take on smaller cases of corruption and only will bat an eye at the big fishes. The DOJ has also failed to receive the confidence of the DC public at large because of its unpredictability and assurance of protecting witnesses from retaliation from government officials like happened when employees of the DC Office of Campaign Finance and DC Board of Elections were beaten up on by management after co-operating with the US Department of Justice against their agencies in a major investigation that only resulted in a recommendation of civil and other actions when many should have been in prison today like Cecily Collier-Montgomery for her crooked behavior and allowing drugs to flow freely in the doors of the OCF which contributed to the death of Michael Simpson who Montgomery knew was addicted to heroin but allowed him to work and not force him into treatment while on a leave of absence. There is a very high level of substance abuse inside the Government of the District of Columbia from the Office of the Mayor all the way down to the sanitation workers and this can be put to bed if the US Congress would finally step in and make drug testing mandatory for all who are elected or work for the Government of the District of Columbia as we are certain that 25% or more would test positive for controlled substances in their system especially Mayor Adrian M. Fenty!

WHY DOES DC VOTERS ELECT DRUG ADDICTS AS THEIR MAYOR? The moral values of the District of Columbia is totally the opposite of the rest of the United States of America in that, DC is the only city in America where voters will elect to office: 1. People addicted to drugs (Marion Barry & Adrian Fenty); 2. People who engage in domestic violence against their spouse (Adrian Fenty); 3. People who cheat on their spouse (Marion Barry & Adrian Fenty); 4. People with criminal records (Marion Barry); and 5. more. The foregoing is the reason and should always remain the reason why the District of Columbia should never be granted a vote in the US Congress or full autonomy. Until the voters in DC grow up and start electing people to office with moral values, it should be treated like a child that embarrasses its parents at the grocery store.

MAYOR ADRIAN FENTY & MAYOR KWAME KILPATRICK Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, a one-time rising star and Detroit’s youngest elected leader, was charged Monday with perjury and other counts after sexually explicit text messages contradicted his sworn denials of an affair with a top aide. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy also charged the popular yet polarizing 37-year-old mayor with obstruction of justice and misconduct in office. Kilpatrick, who was to be arraigned Tuesday afternoon, could face up to 15 years in prison and be expelled from office if convicted. “Some have suggested that the issues in this case are personal or private,” Worthy said. “Our investigation has clearly shown that public dollars were used, people’s lives were ruined, the justice system severely mocked and the public trust trampled on. ... This case is about as far from being a private matter as one can get.” Mayor Adrian Fenty has done more or less the same as Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick but his day to be indicted is just down the road and it may be for a lot more.

NEW YORK'S NEW GOVERNOR vs. DC's MAYOR New York’s new governor David Patterson has admitted that in the past he has used marijuana, cocaine and had an adulterous affair. So when will DC's mayor Adrian Fenty finally admit to his use of marijuana, cocaine and adulterous affairs? It takes a real man like Patterson not a fairy like Fenty to pony up to the truth and move on!

DC COUNCILMAN KWAME BROWN A LESSON IN STUPIDITY When Kwame Brown won the At-Large Council seat from Harold Brazil in 2004, it was not because of his experience at anything, especially politics. In fact, many people said Kwame didn't have a job at the time. He lied on his literature claiming to have graduated from a well-known college when in fact he took one course. Who knows he might have failed that. Nonetheless, Kwame was the overwhelming choice of the voters. Why? Harold Brazil, considered to be one of the laziest councilmembers until this last crop were sworn in, angered many Black people with the race track incident still buzzing in their minds. No DC resident could ever find him. Plus, the deal between the Ward 6 Dems and citywide Black Dems was satisfied. Ward 6 got Sharon Ambrose and Harold became an at-large representative who did absolutely nothing. Kwame had his signs out two years before the election. No one knew him. But we saw the signs. It was a signal to get rid of Harold. By the time we did see Kwame, he was a turnoff but still good enough to kick Harold out of office. Kwame's father Marshall was introducing Kwame around town. "Have you met my son?" "Who," people would ask. Kwame looked like he does today like he didn't have a clue. Hoping for a better candidate, people ignored Kwame until the last minute. By the time the primary rolled around, there was no one to challenge Harold with money and name recognition. Afterall, new mothers were naming their sons Kwame by now. The posters were out there for two years! Surprisingly, Kwame got it. People "knew" Kwame was a dunce from the beginning but served a purpose to remove Harold out of the seat. Now that we have created a monster with our own hands - how do we rid ourselves of it. Kwame hasn't gotten any smarter. In fact, he's brain dead! The only thing that he does is campaign because it does not require much brainpower. He's got hundreds of pictures with seniors, babies, schoolchildren, citywide political leaders, the mayor, and police chief. He makes cameo visits to big events, smiles, shakes hands and scoots out before he is asked to reply to an email he was sent that he failed to answer! His father works for DC City Council Chairman Vincent Gray. In every ward in this city, residents and leaders are talking strongly about removing Kwame from office while this dummy is talking about running against Fenty in 2010. Kwame has managed to get plenty of money and no doubt will be backed by the other do-nothing Council groupies. Kwame has also maneuvered a few dollars for some local Black male organizations to say how great his dunce act is. But most people are not fooled. We want to publicly thank Kwame for helping us remove Harold from office but that's it. You've been paid well, now move on...District voters can't afford to allow Kwame to remain on the council for another term. Picture a cartoon showing someone who campaigns, wins an election and afterwards doesn't have a clue what to do until the next campaign season - that's Kwame. Quite frankly, people are sick of his campaign. It stinks. It is a constant reminder how Kwame did not look out for the best interest of the residents who voted for him. GO AWAY - Kwame. Start looking for a real job. If Kwame gets back in office this says that Black Democratic voters will fall for any trick in the book. Kwame is like a firecracker that did not go off! We can not afford four more years of his stupidity!

WHERE DOES DC MAYOR ADRIAN FENTY & HIS DADDY BUY THEIR DRUGS While Mayor Adrian Fenty and his daddy buy their drugs wherever it is available, there is one location they like to go to and be assured of quality and quantity. That location is a business dealing in Jamaican goods named Irietes located at 5531 Illinois Avenue, NW in Washington, DC and they have been buying from this location for years according to our ears and eyes on the streets. Our upcoming video will bare the truth of this fact. Mayor Fenty’s daddy has been a druggie most of his adult life, and Mayor Fenty began dabbling in controlled substances before his college days with a fondness at first for Marijuana and has graduated up to Cocaine University. While Mayor Fenty will have you, your children and best friends busted and sent away for a drug crime, he gets to run freely under the protection of DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier who looks the other way just as she did when she ordered Fenty’s release after being picked up for beating on his wife when Lanier was acting 4D MPD Commander. Mayor Adrian Fenty is more crooked and junked out than Marion Barry, and Fenty is another good reason why DC should never get a vote in Congress as voters in DC keep on electing junkies, losers and other misfits to run our local government.

DC POLICE CHIEF LANIER TO WASTE MORE TAX $$$$ DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier has announced that there will be five (5) more scheduled “All Hands On Deck” operations geared toward curbing crime in the District of Columbia. Sadly, these operations only are effective for the moment and have absolutely no impact upon long term, crime fighting; cost more than the results and is nothing less than poor time and cost management.

DC CITY ADMINISTRATOR DAN TANGHERLINI LOSER FROM THE WORD GO D.C. City Administrator Dan Tangherlini who is calling the shots behind the scenes and really running the mayor’s office is a threat to the District of Columbia. As the director of the District Department of Transportation, Dan Tangherlini left that agency in a real mess having accomplished nothing to brag about and then left the agency in the red sort of say. As the interim director of the Washington Metro Transportation Authority, Dan Tangherlini accomplished nothing to brag about again and then walked away having put them $116,000,000.00 in debt. Dan Tangherlini is a professional Con-Artist who is only good at milking the taxpayers out of unjustifiable salaries, a free education and whatever he can get and gives nothing back, but only leaves behind a trial of red ink for others to have to clean up. Before Mayor Adrian Fenty’s four years are up, Dan Tangherlini will once again do untold harm to the District of Columbia and then move on to his next con game.

MAYOR FENTY HAS DC POLICE KEEPING FILES ON HIS POLITICAL ENEMIES This week, I learned that Mayor Adrian Fenty has asked the Metropolitan DC Police Department (his special detail) to open and maintain a file on any District citizen that Mayor Fenty perceives to be a political enemy of his. While I cannot give out specific details other than I had a chance to see my file which was 14 inches thick in the course of my complaining to the US Department of Justice, my counsel and others, these files on DC citizens compiled by the DC MPD on citizens not because of any crime committed but only because Fenty sees them as an enemy to his political future is very alarming. The fact that Mayor Fenty has asked the DC MPD to keep files on people he perceives as his political enemies sounds like a modern day McCarthyism, an abuse of his authority, an abuse by the DC MPD and should have people wondering if Fenty is losing his mind. The big mistake the DC MPD made when they paid me a visit and I saw at my door who was ringing, I started my desk video camera, went to the door to let these three officers assigned to Fenty’s detail in and unknown to them, all that was said was being filmed. How stupid can Fenty be to allow his henchmen to be video taped in an effort to intimidate someone he perceives as political enemies when having these officers say that they can arrest you if you ever again send any email to mayor@dc.gov that disagrees with Fenty’s policies and positions? Mayor Fenty is losing his mind! At minimum, readers might want to request a copy of all records held by the DC MPD under FOIA if you ever criticized Mayor Fenty. You never know, Fenty may have you in his book as an enemy of The District!

SYPHILIS RATES UP FOR 7TH STRAIGHT YEAR The U.S. syphilis rate rose for the seventh straight year in 2007, driven by a continued surge in cases among homosexual and bisexual men, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recently reported. Homosexual and Bisexual men accounted for 64 percent of syphilis cases in 2007, up from about 5 percent in 1999. The rate of syphilis among DC Homosexual and Bisexual men is double the national average. It is estimated that 1 of every 4 DC resident has one form of STD and it has become more of a political issue than one of a health care based upon decisions by our local leaders to fund free condoms, free medications and more. These stats concern local GLBT groups out of fear that it will be used to oppose GLBT rights.

THE HEROIN OVERDOSE OF MICHAEL SIMPSON OF THE DC OFFICE OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE Recently, a Michael Simpson who worked at the DC Office of Campaign Finance for around twenty (20) years passed away but what voters did not know is, Mr. Simpson was a “Heroin Addict”, had been unsuccessful in dealing with his addiction these past twenty (20) years, his superiors at the DC OCF were very much aware of his ongoing use and treatment for Heroin, he was seen often slipping in and out of a private treatment program near the George Washington University Hospital area but still using until he was rushed one day to the hospital after overdoing. Sadly, Mr. Simpson’s last trip to the hospital for abusing Heroin finally took him down. Mr. Simpson is/was not the only District worker heavily addicted to drugs and this is why the U.S. Congress needs to mandate that Mayor Adrian Fenty, all members of the DC City Council and all DC government workers be required to take yearly and random drug tests. How many DC government workers are addicted to or using controlled substance is unknown but it is estimated to be at least 1 of every 7 workers. Both the United States Senate and the United States House of Representatives have oversight power over all matters of the District of Columbia. Oversight of the District of Columbia entails approval of any law passed by the Government of the District of Columbia, our budget and more. This video is to let Mayor Fenty know that his trumped up arrest of Dorothy Brizil of DC Watch, his harassment of good citizens who do not agree with him and his messing with us deserves a repsonse.

DC POLICE CHIEF CATHY LANIER ALL MOUTH & NO ACTION Under the leadership of Cathy Lanier who is the chief of the DC Metropolitan Police Department, all crime in real terms has gone up under her watch. About a year ago, the parents of Chandra Levy came to DC in the hope that their daughter's murder would be solved and walked away believing it would be at the hands of Cathy Lanier. Little did the Levys know that since 1969, the DC MPD has failed to solve over 4,000 murders, 35,000 assaults and hoards of other crimes. As a matter of fact, the DC MPD is one of the worst police departments in the United States of all cities with a population of 250,000 people and more. In real terms, crime is getting worse in DC under Cathy Lanier because Cathy Lanier was never truly qualified to be chief and was only appointed as we have said many times as political payback for keeping Mayor Adrian Fenty out of jail when he had engaged in acts of beating on his wife. Cathy Lanier is good reason why the U.S. Supreme Court should affirm and strike down the DC Handgun Ban as the people in DC cannot rely on a political hack to protect us.

MAYOR FENTY PROMISES NEW HOMES FOR MT. PLEASANT FIRE VICTIMS! Mayor Adrian Fenty told hundreds of people today that were left homeless by a five-alarm fire at a Mount Pleasant apartment building that he is working to find temporary homes for them all. Possibly Mayor Adrian Fenty is going to house these people in one of the slum apartment buildings he and his wife own which were purchased from the money Fenty stole from those elderly people the DC Court of Appeals adjudged he had done.

SHOULD THE US DOJ INVESTIGATE DC POLICE CHIEF CATHY LANIER Did DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier as many have said while acting 4th District police commander covered up DC Mayor Adrian Fenty’s physical abuse of his wife while he was a DC Council member? Recently, we spoke with several African American lawyers who live in ward 4 but work in the Metro Center area as they heard of our allegations of such a cover up by Chief Lanier as the reason behind Fenty appointing her as chief. These lawyers said we are correct and curious to know how we knew of this fact. Two of our bloggers know that Mayor Fenty’s father use to punch on his mother and had witnessed such take place when they lived in Mt. Pleasant area of DC and thus Mayor Fenty picked up his father’s violent temper. There is no denying that Mayor Fenty has a violent temper. There is no denying that too many respectable citizens of the District of Columbia are aware of Mayor Fenty having had domestic violence incidences at his home requiring police attention but these people should have contacted the Office of the United States Attorney, DDC –Fraud and Public Corruption Section with their concerns about DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier having abused her powers. If Mayor Fenty rewarded Cathy Lanier with the position of chief of police for her keeping him out of jail then this constitutes an act of public corruption and those with this knowledge and evidence should contact Assistant U.S. Attorney John Roth (514-7566) at the Office of the United States Attorney, DDC –Fraud and Public Corruption Section and ask that the matter be officially investigated! It is sad when the police are allowing a law breaker to get away with his crimes in exchange for promotions within the department. If Chief Cathy Lanier covered up for Mayor Fenty then she should be charged for it and forced to resign.

YOU'VE BEEN GREEKED Most everybody understands the expression about getting Greeked. Well in Washington, DC we are literally getting Greeked by our Greek-American acting Attorney General Peter J. Nickles who is a modern day Georgios Papadopoulos (Dictator of Greece, 1967-1974) in the worse way imaginable. Peter (Papadopoulos) Nickles who is not and has never been a resident or taxpayer of the District of Columbia has through a Greek style Coup d'état taken over all legal aspects of the District government and has chased away any all all persons who do not share in his vision. Our concern about Peter (Papadopoulos) Nickles is two fold and they are: 1. He wrote his own bio and over inflated his skills and what he has done as a lawyer in private practice most of which is untrue in real terms; and 2. He may have an alcohol addiction that impairs his ability to function, his judgment and may be a factor in his volatile personality. A more careful examination of the reality of the things Peter (Papadopoulos) Nickles has done, it all shows that he is no amicus humani generis and the juduciary committee of the DC City Council should force his ouster and require that he be replaced by a resident of the District of Columbia for the good of the District.

STATE OF THE DISTRICT ADDRESS In the State of the District Address, Mayor Adrian Fenty attempted to take full credit for all the outward changes in the physical appearance of our public schools which he has no right to do. The truth is, all that voters now see is the result of the acts, plans and more committed and done by former DC Mayor Anthony Williams which Fenty inherited. This fact may be why none of the local media was impressed with Fenty's State of the District Address with the Washington City Paper calling it "Not Noteworthy"! See City Paper Review Since the voters are ignorant of who did what, when and where, Fenty has taken advantage of this fact and has been grossly untruthful to the voters as if he should be credited for what voters now see taking place when in fact, Fenty had little if anything to do with it other than maybe a few slaps of paint, a door knob or two, a few windows but that is giving him more credit than he actually deserves. Voters need to better educate themselves to what our leaders really have done otherwise they will again allow themselves to be deceived by Fenty and people like him. The DC Police upon paying us a recent visit concerning our public criticism of Mayor Fenty asked our publisher why we cannot say anything nice about Mayor Fenty. Simple, he hasn't done anything worth praising but spewing out a lot of hype, frauds and more.
