DC WATCH CONFIRMS MAYOR FENTY CENSORING GOV EMPLOYEE EMAILS Dear Blockers: Jonathan Rees charged, in the last issue of themail, that the DC government was blocking government employees’ access to his web site on government computers. I asked whether anyone could confirm this, and I want to thank the DC employees — whose identities I won’t reveal in order to protect them from likely retribution — who tried it and who indeed got a blocking message, “Access to this web page has been restricted,” that they forwarded to me. Dorothy and I decided to find out what the government’s justification was for blocking this site. Dorothy called the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO), to see whether the government had any Internet usage policies aside from those listed on its web site, http://octo.dc.gov/cwp/view,a,1302,q,579925.asp. She was told that OCTO would not accept a verbal question, and that the question had to be submitted in writing. I submitted the question in an E-mail to OCTO’s press office, and received a reply that the question had been given to the office’s general counsel and Freedom of Information officer. Soon afterwards, I received a second reply from the FOIA officer, saying that she was treating the question as a FOIA request and that it would take up to fifteen business days — three weeks — to answer. Because of several similar incidents recently, Dorothy and I were just sick and tired of the Fenty administration’s policy of abusing the FOIA law to delay and deny the release of information that should be publicly released without any question or delay. So Dorothy called Thorn Pozen, the District’s Ethics and FOIA counselor for the District, to complain strongly. I wrote another E-mail to OCTO’s FOIA officer, asking for her legal justification for requiring a FOIA request to release a policy statement. Without much delay, I got an answer. The government’s usage policy is fully stated on the web page that I linked to above; there is no further or more detailed elaboration. DC government allows its employees to use their work computers for a moderate amount of personal use, as long as that use doesn’t interfere with either their work duties or the government’s computer network. Employees are restricted from sending E-mail messages or maintaining web sites that violate any federal or local laws, that advertise or promote private business enterprises, or that have religious or political purposes outside the users’ governmental duties. But employees are not forbidden to access web sites that have commercial, religious, or political purposes. They can visit web sites run by stores, churches, political parties, political candidates, or political commentators. The government uses commercial WebSense software to censor the Internet, but the only categories that it blocks, according to OCTO’s general counsel, are two overlapping ones: “adult content” and “sex.” Rees’ web site is deliberately rude and crude, highly critical of the Fenty administration and of several members of the city council, but it is politically oriented, not sexual, pornographic, or obscene. So what justification does the government have to block it? As an employer, the government would have the right to block its employees’ access to all political web sites if it wished, but its blocking would have to be viewpoint neutral. It can’t allow employees to see Democratic Party political sites, but block Republican ones; it can’t allow sites that it determines support the Fenty administration, but block anti-Fenty ones. One correspondent, who wants to remain anonymous, wrote me that he considers Rees’ web site to be pornographic. I wrote that I would confirm that charge if he could substantiate it, but all he was able to point to was a joking (bad joke, but joking, nevertheless) link to a YouTube video. The still from the video on Rees’ site probably couldn’t be published in The Washington Times, but it would pass the Washington Post’s editorial standards. So there are two follow-up questions that I’ll ask OCTO tomorrow: given the government’s policy as stated on OCTO’s web site and restated by its general counsel, what justification does the DC government have for blocking Rees’ web site; and what other web sites does it block that are predominantly composed of political content rather than “adult” or sexual content? WASH POST, CITY PAPER & OTHERS REPORT LOSSES The Washington Post has reported a 13 percent drop in fourth-quarter earnings and a continued loss in readership. As a matter of fact, the Washington City Paper suffered a loss of earnings resulting in it being bought out last year as well as a 40% loss in readership. On the same note, many local blogs like DCist has seen half of its readership drop because of poor stories written by one of its former editors Martin Austermuhle A/k/a BfranK_DC. Why? These publications have spent too much of their efforts trying to create the news and not just report it, and that has cost them advertisers and readers. Plus, these publications have become extremely cowardly in their reporting and have purposely sat on hot news stories so as not to embarass themselves over people they had once endorsed and praised.

GOD HATES THE WASHINGTON CITY PAPER Across the Metro DC area, people have been reporting that four times in the last two weeks they have been unable to access online the Washington City Paper and today it has been down most of the day. This can only be the work of God who clearly hates the Washington City Paper or is it just an inferior website that keeps getting bumped by the forces of the internet? I think it is due to the fact that the Washington City Paper's editor Erik Wemple is the Anti-Christ! untitled.bmp

Over 47,000,000 Americans and/or 97,000 Washingtonians do not have health care insurance and/or access to health care which can mean the difference between life and death when a major illness hits. The only people standing in the way of each of you being able to afford or meet your health care needs are our elected officials who have been opposed to mandatory health care coverage for all and stopping insurance companies from denying and/or cancelling insurance coverage. While we all come to here to post our gripes which in the total scheme of things is petty, more important matters face us which we do not put half the energy into.

HOW TO MAKE MAYOR FENTY TELL THE TRUTH We no loger have to guess how many men and women Mayor Adrian Fenty has slept with but we can easily ascertain the truth by applying a tried and trusted technique the U.S. Army uses in Iraq. Yes, we are talking about Waterboarding. Just one session of Waterboard on our mayor and not only will we give the Wife all the grounds for a divorce but the news media would have the ultimately field day. Luke, Unless you are out of touch of what these people have said about themselves, then you would learn that what I say is accurate with the exception of whether or not Fenty is or is not. Vincent Gray's deceased wife the former Ms. Goodson was a very close friend of my family and she always said to me/us that she was tired of his *happy person** beahvior and did not want to share him with men. Vincent Gray knows that I know of his years of conflict with his deceased wife and the fact that she hired a private detective to follow him when he headed up the DCHS. It has nothing to do with guilt by association but by the acts and or admissions of each at issue.

Luke, It is no hidden secret that Mayor Fenty is a frequent visitor to two gay bars off Capitol Hill. The Afro-American newspapers has questioned him about it and about whether or not his latent bisexuality is being used by others to get jobs, government contracts and more. Why would a straight, married man jump in his SUV at 11:30 PM at night and travel 3 miles, park outside of a well known gay bar and not leave until 2 AM? This is a question the Afro-American newspaper has been trying to get Fenty to answer. Hidden sexual orientation is nothing new and DC is riddled with marriages of convenience just like the one Councilman Jim Graham had for years before he broke it off.

The District of Columbia is the only place in the United States of America where a reverse moral value system is in place and this may explain why DC has the highest rate of various STDs: E.g. AIDS, Syphilis, Herpes and other sexually transmitted diseases, but what can you expect when the majority of the city's leaders are Bisexual, Gay, Lesbian and anything but normal. SEXUAL ORIENTATION OF THE DC GOVERNMENT LEADERS Mayor Adrian Fenty, Bisexual Council Chair Vincent Gray, Bisexual Carol Schwartz, Straight David Catania, Gay Phil Mendelson, Straight Kwame Brown, Straight Jim Graham, Gay Jack Evans, Straight Mary Cheh, Bisexual Harry Thomas, Jr., Straight Tommy Wells, Gay Marion Barry, Jr., Bisexual Yvette Alexander, Lesbian Muriel Bowser, Unknown In 1973, Congress granted DC the right in part to rule itself with its oversight. This right to self-rule was called Home Rule. Thirty five (35) years later, we now have in DC, Homo Rule and a strong reason Congress should never cut DC lose, grant it a vote in Congress or give it statehood. The corruption that premeates all aspects of the Government of the District of Columbia has come at the hands of the LGBT people for their own selfish and sick gain at the expense of everybody else. DC sort of reminds you of the movie White Man's Burden but in DC it is Straight Man's Burden.

All we can do is wait and see if Sinclair passes the TEST but everybody knows that Fenty is bisexual and likes to surround himself with others like him: E.g. Dan Tangherlini, Neil Albert and the list goes on. Then again, who cares what you think.

THIRTEEN GREEDY BASTARDS The thirteen people you see in the picture above have voted themselves: 1. A part-time salary three (3x) (Over $100,000.00 a year)more than the average worker makes in DC at their full time job; 2. A health care insurance package better than 80% of all people in DC who have health care coverage get from their employer; 3. A potential retirement pension that will afford them far more income than most people will get from their employers; and 4. Other perks you will never see. Yet, these people give themselves all of this from your hard earned tax dollars but while they vote themselves all of these nice things, they do little or nothing for you like increasing the DC minimum wage to a liveable wage, making health care coverage mandatory on all employers, holding down housing costs with freezes or lower ceilings and more because it is all a game to them and they are in it for themselves. The voters of DC need to stop this abuse by these people and demand under law that they may not vote themselves anything unless they vote by law that all people in DC get the same through their employer as we are their employer and make all they get possible through the taxes we pay. In other words, just compensation is one thing but they have taken it to a level of sheer greed.

MAYOR FENTY CENSORING EMPLOYEE EMAILS BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO BE RECEIVED AND READ The owners of the Corrupt Ones 2008 Blog with a readership now of over 64,000 people daily in DC and over 200,000 in the Metro region, we have recently learned about censorship by the Fenty Administration. Some employees of the Government of the District of Columbia have informed us that they have received email notices forbidding them from reading our blog or others because these blogs are perceived as being negative in its nature, coverage of elected officials and fails to allow the other side to tell their side of the story, and as of 02/21/2008, our blog will be blocked so employees of the Government of the District of Columbia cannot access or read what might be said. As such, it appears that the DC Office of Technology is monitoring and censoring all emails received by employees of the Government of the District of Columbia before they are relayed and allowed to be seen. What does this say about Mayor Adrian Fenty? It would suggest that he had crossed over into being a little Hitler who will not allow anyone to disagree with him let alone allow that disagreement to reach the ears and eyes of his servants. Does this sound like Fenty believes in Democracy. Every blog or message board has always allowed Fenty and his henchmen to submit their position on the issues that they might be criticized on but they to my knowledge have never done such. What are Fenty and his henchmen afraid of? What can you expect from a man who has beaten his wife, stolen from the elderly, runs slum housing, fired employees who will not lie for him, harassed and had arrested local reporters (Dorothy Brizil) who he dislikes and more!

YES, LET US SAY IT AGAIN - MARY CHEH IS A DUMMY DC Councilwoman Mary M. Cheh through her overt bigotry for minorites pushed and had legislation passed that was designed to injury minorities and the poor by cutting them off of economic help through pay day loans. The hidden agenda of Cheh was to injure the poor who mainly seek pay day loans to meet their rent, and if she could cut them off of that, it would result in more evictions and the forcing of minorities out of the District so her developer friends could take over buildings and convert them into condos! The good news is, online and Virginia pay day loan companies are boasting record clients from DC. As a matter of fact, ACE Check Cashing Services in Arlington, Virginia is seeing more customers from DC than from northern Virginia and have even waved certain fees and lowered rates to lure District residents over succeesfully. Sad to say but Cheh loses again as she cannot stop interstate commerce via local legislation nor stop DC residents from going across state lines for the money. Cheh is a lawyer and a dumb one at that!

DC COUNCILWOMAN MARY CHEH IS A RACIAL BIGOT AND DUMMY! Back in 2006, when I was running for the ward 3 DC city council seat I had begun stating there were overt signs that the US and DC economy was sagging and I was called crazy, stupid and these words came from the campaign office of DC Council Woman Mary M. Cheh and quickly linked to her office at the PN Hoffman building I.P. address and to accounts owned by Anna Maria Baristow who was Cheh's campaign manager, and from Joseph Sternlieb which was quickly linked to his home IP address with Comcast. As such, I ran a campaign on matters of economics of reduced property taxes and other hidden taxes which I was also criticized for but soon many are going to regret their failure to see the writing on the wall as all that Cheh has done to date has been to push legislation designed to insult and injury minorities and to weaken their economic opportunites but has done nothing that will benefit DC or the voters of ward 3 and that is because she is bent on pushing her hidden racist agenda! Even Federal Reserve policymakers recognized the tail spin to come back when I spoke of it and now: Their huge double dose of medicine for the sickly economy was not a cure. On Wednesday, the Fed downgraded its expectations for economic growth this year, citing damage from the housing slump and credit crunch. It said it also expects higher unemployment and inflation. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and his colleagues are concerned the economy could continue to weaken, even after their aggressive interest rate cuts last month. In their words, “the committee agreed that downside risks to growth would remain even after this action,” according to minutes of the Fed’s Jan. 29-30 closed door meeting. The minutes were released Wednesday. The beauty of Cheh's stupidity is, it will be her constituents of ward 3 who will get hit hardest will lower housing values, a greater risk of being laid-off, loss of income if they are self-employed and their investments will take a hit throughout 2008-2009 but they deserve it after voting for someone who was in the pockets of those who created this mess; Developers according to Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and President Bush. Let the dummies of ward 3 pay for their greedy stupidity and let's see how much property tax revenue the DC government will lose in the next two years because of its stupidity and failure to act in early 2006 while pandering to Developers who have caused this economic mess for DC.

ALL GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT One of the goals we at The Corrupt Ones blog had from the outset was to see Joe "The Sissy " Sternlieb and his wife Linda Jill Singer get a dose of what they had handed out to people back during the 2006 DC Elections through their dishonesty, maliciousness and more. We did not care how or who socked it to them, but we were very happy when Linda Jill Singer was stabbed in the back by Mayor Adrian Fenty through his alter-ego Peter J. Nickles as it taught Sternlieb and Singer that there is no honor among thieves. When considering how much energy, money, time and vote getting Sternlieb and Singer did to get all their allies and others to vote for Fenty, Fenty stabbed them in the back like he has done to so many who gave of themselves to him: E.g. Evans and others. Did these two learn a lesson? Did the public see how much Fenty can't be trust and how little loyalty he has? No matter how you slice it, we won our cause to chase Sternlieb and Singer out of government.
