  1. God exposes Himself to required – minority only Vyasa is Amsha incarnation of God, - since part of His power is in him. Rama is Poorna incarnation of God, - God exists in Him with full power. But Rama could express power partially, - since requirement needed That much expression only, - Rama and Vyasa are similar as far as The expression is concerned, - but they differ internally, Krishna had The opportunity to express full power, - He is Paripoorna incarnation. Rama and Krishna are equal in – having same God internally. Sages and Hanuman recognized – Rama as God hidden in Maya, The incarnation of Rama was – mainly to preach Pravrutti only To humanity and simultaneously – to test His closest in Nivrutti. Rama tested Hanuman and Lakshmana – in several ways in Nivrutti. God exposes Himself to required – minority only and He descended For such few top devotees only, - He never exposes Himself to become Famous in society, only human souls – are fond of fame, which was Never tasted by them in past births, - for majority His assistants Come down and thus God is – not partial to minority only.
  2. One should have ‘I’ when sacrificing to God Unless you feel ‘my’ and sacrifice it, - it is not a real sacrifice at all Ahamkara (EGO) has two senses, - in basic sense, it is simply the ‘I’ It is pride in its extended sense – of ignorance and this is bad. The basic sense should never be – destroyed as in deep sleep. If you say that you helped someone – by grace of God, it is basic sense. If you boast yourself for helping him, - it is pride and it is only bad. Ego in basic sense should not be – dissolved unless in the time of rest. ‘I’ and ‘my’ are essential in Divine play, - when you surrender yourself To God totally, the “I” should remain, - it is not a state of deep sleep. You are serving God retaining ‘I’, - even though I is totally surrendered. Unless you feel ‘my’ and sacrifice it, - it is not a real sacrifice at all. Unless you feel that the money – given by God is your money really, Your sacrifice is not true, - if you know that it is the money of God, You feel like returning His money, - there is no sacrifice in it. When you sacrifice your money – to your child, you feel it as Your money only, here sacrifice – becomes real and love is real. For such real devotion ‘My’ should be – retained with ignorance. The real test of your love to God – is based on this ignorance only. God covers you with ignorance and – retains your ‘I’ and ‘My’ so that You feel sacrifice of love really and – God also covers Himself with Ignorance so that He also feels – that you sacrificed your money and Not returning of His own money, - then only real feeling of love exists.
  3. All are Gods children only, but then marriage between souls? The incarnation is always – a two component system only Whether it is human or energetic, - Hiranyagarbha was the first soul Created by God to do creation, - God charged him by entering him. He became Brahma, the charged God – or the mediated God. Brahma created Sarasvati, His partner, - to carry on the creation. Ignorant people blame Brahma for - marrying His own daughter. The creation is always done by – God component existing in Brahma, God is the Father for creating souls, - Hiranyagarbha component is not The Creator and Hiranyagarbha is – the husband of Sarasvati. If you criticize this, analyze deeply, - all souls are God’s children only, Then all are brothers and sisters, - how any marriage is justified? Krishna also told in Gita that – He is the Father of all living beings, Then how could He marry Rukmini etc.? – Unfortunately there is only One mouth of the gross body - through which God and Krishna speak. Confusion comes from this only, - You have to isolate the statements. The best proof for two component – system in human incarnation is that Krishna told Gita as God – and same Krishna told Anu Gita in the end. Arjuna asked to repeat Gita after war, - Krishna refused telling that He preached Gita in the state of God, - it means that God spoke that. Now the second component, Krishna, - speaks Anu Gita as a scholar, Anu Gita is just the work of Krishna, - a scholar trained by Sandeepa.
  4. God misbehave to test the truthness of devotion to Him Sages requested God for liberation, - Liberation is by your effort only. God cannot help undeserving, - otherwise partiality inflicts Him. He arranged the necessary test, - sages were powerful saints. They were born as Gopikas with – full of ignorance and God Himself Came covered with full Maya, - He was always mischievous in actions. In such atmosphere only real color – comes out from their natural state. If sages remain as saints and if God is – revealed completely to them, All the sages will pass the test, - no isolation or gradation of merits, When Krishna gave signal through flute, - some awoke but did not rise, Some came up to door only, - some stopped obstructed by relatives, But a few only ran to Krishna – crossing all hurdles with firm faith. Midnight was selected by Krishna – so that the ignorant families of Gopikas will not be hurt by His test, - they also followed same path, In inevitable situation only they – pushed away them and ran to Him. Krishna was preaching knowledge – through the song of flute, God told that He is Samaveda, - the song form of knowledge. The same knowledge came out – as Gita, hence the song form.
  5. In Nivrutti any quality is always – good in the direction of God In Pravrutti (social service) a quality is bad or good – based on the context used, Anger to foolish child is good and - anger to a good fellow is bad. But in Nivrutti (loving service to Lord in human form) any quality is always – good in the direction of God. If you are angry with God always – for not showing kindness to you, God is not hurt at all, in fact – He thanks you for scolding Him for which He is anxious, bored with constant praise, - salvation is from direction. Neither qualities nor their composition – is to be changed in Nivrutti. You are rotating in a specific ratio – of qualities from millions of births. It is impossible to change the ratio – by your efforts in this single birth. You are dreaming to destroy qualities, - if qualities are destroyed, You will become inert stone – as in the case of deep sleep every day. The effort to change ratio is – waste and also highly impossible. Let the ratio remain as such, - no objection to God for any ratio. Every ratio has its own channel – in His divine service, you have to put All your effort only to change – the direction of application of the ratio. The hunter killing rabbit sacrificed – the flesh to Lord Shiva only. He neither ate nor gave to his family, - nor sold it for enjoying luxuries. Salvation from qualities or from – the ratio of qualities is not correct, It is only beating around the bush, - unable to change the direction, People are trying to name – something that is convenient to them. Without changing direction from world – changing ratio or killing Qualities is much easier comparatively – from the point of liking. Change of ratio or killing qualities – is also impossible for anybody. But people like to change ratio – or kill qualities but do not like To change the direction, - competition only between God and world.
  6. God comes down in every generation to explain personally face to face The best identity mark for God – in human form is dislike for fame. God comes down in every generation, - to explain personally since Explanation face to face has – its own merit of clarity always. Souls differ from each other, - Madhva established this point. In minute samskaras souls differ – so that no soul resembles another In all minute attitudes, like – two electrons differ in spin quantum number. You cannot be equal to Arjuna – in all minute details of your samskaras. Hence if you are in the place of Arjuna, - you might have asked some more Different questions based on your – minute channels of attitudes. If any soul is in place of Arjuna, - Gita will certainly differ here and there. Therefore, every soul needs – explanations personally from God, But the exposure to God is in – higher levels of spirituality only. Till the higher levels are attained, - His assistants cater to lower levels. In the lower levels, masses exist – and very few exist in higher levels. Shankara argued with top scholars, - He did not give public speeches, Krishna preached Gita only to Arjuna, - He did not preach in meetings, He did not invite sages to attend – so that all can hear Gita. The best identity mark for God – in human form is dislike for fame. In upper world, He is already – bored with fame and majority.
  7. God competes with justice to test you God competes with justice, - when God is voted against justice, The devotee wins the test – provided justice was highest for him. In ancient times for all people – justice was having highest place. Today justice is defeated even - for little money in corruption. Today if justice is to be sacrificed – for the sake of God, Everybody will pass the test, - salvation becomes the cheapest! Only to test the love of a devotee, - God competes with justice, Devotee never understands background, - Vote for God Should come only on the basis of – such ignorance only. Once the vote goes to God, - God reveals the background. He will clearly establish that – your vote was for justice only. He proves that He is always – the protector of justice only. Shankara voted for God – by leaving His mother for Divine mission. It appears as if justice is violated, - but deep analysis shows that If God is not voted before mother, - actually that would be real sin. Only due to ignorance of knowledge – of God, one votes mother. In fact God is the real mother – for creating the eternal soul itself. Mother creates only the gross body – that is perishable in this life. Soul is constant, even gross body – is created by God only since The five elements of the gross body – are created by God only. The food given to the mother – to prepare your gross body in womb Is given by God and it is – assimilated by the will of God only. On analysis finally you will find – the mother completely disappearing. Only God remains as the sole mother, - knowledge reveals the truth. You are treating this mother as – the mother in ignorance only. Shankara got full knowledge and knows – the truth in absolute sense. Hence He left the old mother – not having any other assistance, Abandoned by relatives, it appears – as climax of injustice. But not leaving mother for God’s work – becomes climax of ignorance. Climax of injustice is the result of – climax of ignorance when Pravrutti Competes with Nivrutti, - this should not be within Pravrutti. If Shankara left mother – falling in love with some girl, the same is Climax of ignorance as well as – climax of injustice. The concepts of Nivrutti – should not be brought into Pravrutti. Gita says that ignorant demons – do not isolate Pravrutti and Nivrutti. Mother disappeared before God, - But not before the girl. Gratefulness to the helper is – the greatest justice in ethics. Shastra says that every sin has got – expiation but not ungratefulness, From this point, before God – no soul can stand anywhere near. Hence if mother is voted against God, - it will be highest sin. In fact the mother also got salvation – due to work of Shankara.
  8. Tamas (Rigidity) is required for passing the test of God in human form. Dharmaraja went upto the third upper world, - Arjuna reborn as hunter, But Bhima was reborn as Madhva, - a liberated soul in mission of God. Only Bhima got salvation like Hanuman, - the reason for this is deep. Bhima is a dullard, none expects this, - Bhima is full of ignorance, Tamas. Ignorance is finally required, - once the selection of God is over. Krishna was selected as God – by all Pandavas, discrimination with Shrewd analysis of deep knowledge – is required before selection. Rajas or action or service follows - as practical devotion, second step. All Pandavas served Krishna as God – by participating in the war. But when the practical test comes – from the God finally, blind faith Or ignorance of other alternative or – Tamas is required to pass test. In fact even determination to start service – requires also Tamas and Subsequently when practical devotion – is opposed by your family, Strong decision or Tamas is required, - In fact small tests start Even before the major test of God, - They are initial training. For the major test of God, - climax of tamas is required to pass. Hence tamas or Shiva is final – stage to attain the eternal fruit.
  9. God is never converted into any imaginable item The Unimaginable God is never – converted in to imaginable item of Creation, even energetic forms – of God are not exceptional to this point. Narayana was a sage, a liberated soul, - got the opportunity to be charged By God permanently to maintain world, - Shiva was an angel ruling the Northeast corner, charged by God for – dissolution of world, Brahma is Similarly energetic form containing – first created soul charged by God To create the world, anywhere – no conversion of God into soul. The same story applies to human incarnations, – God and liberated soul.
  10. God stress & show the true path but not force you for the goal After preaching Gita the Lord told – Arjuna ( devotee of God) to take decision as he likes, God revealed the entire knowledge – but does not influence the decision. The goal should be fixed by you – and to achieve the goal the path is Shown by God which, is correct, - several project fraud ways for the goal. God takes care in stressing true path – and is not forcing you for the goal. In Pravrutti or Nivrutti same policy – is followed by God since He is the Lord For both, if you are limited to temporary – happiness of yourself and your Family members, your path is to - worship God for selfish purpose only. God rearranges your fruits and - helps you since fruits must be enjoyed. If your goal is temporary heaven, - serve society worshipping God also. Both are Pravrutti only, first is – lower plane and second is higher plane. In these two paths God is secondary only, - the third path is for God alone. God is primary and the fruit is eternal – to become member of His family, You will have the opportunity of – becoming human incarnation some time. God is not interested in the fixation- of your goal since there is no need For God, the post of God is not – like the post of the chief Minister requiring Certain minimum number of legislators – or liberated souls to be maintained! If such is the case, you can demand God – for relaxation in the rules of path, He has to agree to maintain His post, - but that is not at all the case. In fact, when you enter Nivrutti – to become His family member, He opposes All your efforts in every step – so that your interest in God is natural. In natural state only your real color – comes out, not in the excited state, In excited state you are prepared – for tests and that is not real verification. A test in unprepared state only– brings out the real assimilation of knowledge. If you identify God in human form, - your response to test becomes artificial, Since He know that He is omnipotent, - you will sacrifice to any extent since All your loss can be compensated in no - time, if His identification is Completely masked, you will behave – as in Pravrutti, it is justified. Therefore a balance between these – two is maintained by God through A hint only which is neither complete – revelation nor complete hiding.
  11. Who created God God has no beginning and no end because God is unimaginable. The beginning and the end must be also unimaginable for an unimaginable item. The beginning and the end of the cosmic energy or space or the creation are also unimaginable. Therefore, the beginning and the end are unimaginable for the unimaginable item like God and also for the imaginable item like space. Therefore, the two points, which are the beginning-less and end-less characteristics cannot help you in understanding the real nature of God. If you start recognizing the God by simply these two points (beginning-less and end-less), you may think that God is an imaginable item like the space or energy or the creation. In fact based on these two characteristics people have imagined God as an imaginable item like space or energy or creation. This concept has misled people to such a low level that people think that God is the very infinite space or infinite energy or infinite creation. Therefore, one should filter the concept of God at this juncture itself. One should think that God has no beginning and no end because the beginning and the end of an unimaginable item are also unimaginable. Such God desired to create this Universe for entertainment. The very desire itself is the Creation. In view of God this present materialized universe in only an idea or imagination or the very desire itself. Therefore, the desire to create the world is itself the desire and also the created world itself is a desire. Thus the creation, maintenance and dissolution of the imaginary world are also imaginations or desires. A part of this infinite creation is the individual soul. The soul is like a drop of the infinite ocean of imagination or desire of God. Thus, quantitatively the entire ocean of imagination of God is very huge compared to the tiny soul. Remember that both the Universe and the tiny soul are made of the same substance called as imagination or desire. Thus the force of the Universe is far greater than the force of the soul. Due to such huge quantitative difference of the same phase, the Universe, which is far stronger than the soul appears as a materialized entity for the soul. But this infinite ocean of desire, which is the infinite Universe is a tiny drop compared to the infinite force of God. Therefore, again due to the same quantitative difference of force the entire universe is just the very weak imagination from the view of God. Thus imagination and materialization exist simultaneously true from the point of God and soul. For the sake of entertainment, God desired to create the Universe. This statement is in Veda (Sa dviteeya Maicchat). In this statement there is a very subtle intermediate stage, which is the essence of the desire to create the Universe. The desire to create the world is like the golden ornament but the essence of such desire is like the raw gold in which the ornament is not yet expressed. Such raw essence of the desire is pure awareness. The pure awareness is a special subtle form of energy, which is not qualified by any form. Such pure awareness is called as the spirit, which is not qualified and does not have any attribute. This is called as “Nirguna Brahman”, which means the pure awareness, which has no reference to the creation of the universe. It is a very critical and subtle point to recognize the pure awareness. Veda says that only very very sharp intelligence can grasp that critical state (Drushyate Tvagraya bhuddhya). Sankara, the topmost genius among the spiritual preachers could grasp that state and proposed the concept of Nirguna Brahman or non-qualified pure awareness. Such pure awareness is the first creation of God (Parabrahman). This first creation is almost as critical and unimaginable as the very Parabrahman itself. The only difference is that Parabrahman is absolutely unimaginable for any sharp intelligence, but this pure awareness is imaginable only for a very sharp intelligence. This pure awareness is called as Mula Prakriti or Suddha Sattvam or Mula Avidya or Mula Maya or the Spirit in general. The Parabrahman maintains such spirit and it is only an associated item and is the first created item. The word Mula means the first. This spirit is in the form of knowledge. It is aware of itself, which means that it is knowledge. Knowledge requires both subjective and objective characteristics. It is subject as well as the object. Therefore, it is called as knowledge or Sattvam. This knowledge is the first form of energy.
  12. Atheists and Unimaginable God For theist scholars the unimaginable events in the life indicate the unimaginable God. For devotees the miracles performed by the human incarnations indicate the unimaginable God. For ignorant theists, the devilish people who perform black magic indicate the unimaginable God. For scientists the unimaginable concepts in the deeper planes of nature indicate the unimaginable God. God created the nature, which is partly and superficially imaginable. In the absence of imaginable nature, the very contrast concept of unimaginable nature disappears. If there is no darkness, light will loose its sense. Atheists interpret all the above unimaginable items in other way. The unimaginable events in the life are interpreted as incidents of probable coincidence. The miracles and black magic are interpreted as the usual magic based on the illusion of eyes. The unimaginable concepts in the deeper nature are said to have the future explanations because the unimaginable concepts of yesterday are explained today. Therefore, God established one unimaginable item, which is witnessed by every human being at any time. That is the unimaginable infinite boundary of the universe. Scientists accept that the universe is infinite forever. This indicates the unimaginable God, who is beyond the limits of the universe since He is the cause of the universe. This point is focused in the cosmic vision given by the Lord to Arjuna (Nantostimama…. Gita).
  13. The generation of world from God cannot be explained by any example in this world The pot generated from mud and the chain generated from the gold are the examples given in the generation of the universe. In these examples both the cause (mud or gold) and the effect (pot or chain) are knowable items and cannot be applied to God (cause) and universe (effect) because God is unknown or unimaginable and the universe is known or imaginable. The generation of world from God cannot be explained by any example in this world because there is no unimaginable item in this world, which can stand as a simile for God. Every item in the world including the soul (awareness) is imaginable only. Therefore, all these examples are applicable only to the generation of the universe from the imaginable primordial energy, which is the first created item of the universe from God. The generation of primordial energy from God cannot have a simile in this world. The process of generation of knowable primordial energy from the unknowable God is unknowable because any process of generation of any effect from its cause in this world is knowable since both the cause and the effect are always knowable items. This primordial energy is called as Sat (Sadevasomya… Veda), which exists as the first effect with respect to God but it is the first cause with respect to all other items of the world. Since the process of generation of the primordial energy is unknown, it is always taken as the primary cause of the world. It becomes the absolute reality for all the other relative effects (matter and awareness) and hence is called as Sat. It is also called as the relative reality (Asat) as the effect of God, which exists in the beginning of the world (Asadvaidamagraasit… Veda). Thus the primordial energy is both Sat and Asat, which exists in the beginning of the creation. This primordial energy being the greatest item is called as Brahman. God who is indicated by silence only is called as ParaBrahman by Shankara Himself. Shankara said that the awareness becomes Brahman in the deep sleep because the awareness is transformed into the primary energy due to the resting nervous system. Such primary inert energy in the cosmos is called as Brahman and the same primary energy in the human being in deep sleep is called as Atman. Shankara told that Brahman and Atman are devoid of any quality that characterizes awareness and it is called as Nirguna. The functions of awareness cease and hence the activities like thinking (manas), decision (buddhi) and experiencing itself (ahankara) also vanish. Such primary inert energy, which simply stores the information in the deep sleep, is called as chit or chittam or para prakruti. Such primary energy called as Atman functions with qualities in the awakened and dream states as Jeeva. Such soul is unknown to ordinary human beings and is known to scholars (Drushyatetvagraya… Veda, Pashyanti Jnanachakshushah… Gita) and thus it is not unknowable forever to all. Such soul cannot be the God who is unknowable forever to all. Advaitins are confused in this point and say that God is unknown to ordinary human beings and is known to scholars. Veda says that even angels like Yama is unable to know God (Kathametat vijaniyam… ) and does this mean that the scholars are greater than Yama? Gita says that nobody knows God and Veda says that the knower of God is God alone (Brahmavit Brahmaiva…). People misinterpret Gita that nobody among the ordinary people can know God and they misinterpret Veda also by saying that the knower of Brahman becomes Brahman. If you accept such interpretation, you must say that the scholar who knows Brahman is greater than Yama who declares that even He cannot know God. The Advaita scholar who claims that he knows Brahman shivers even by seeing the messengers of Yama! The Advaita scholar who became Brahman by knowing Brahman must be greater than Hanuman, who does not say that He is Brahman (since he does not know Brahman) and who says that He is only servant of Brahman (Dasoham)! Without touching the unknowable God, Shankara has taken the primordial energy as the meaning of Brahman, which is the primary cause of this world. The primordial energy creates the rest world by the will of the God only because any cause in this world generating the effect is by the will of the God only. Even a pot cannot be produced from the mud if God‘s will is against to it. Hence, in every generation process the real cause is only God even though the apparent cause can be any item of this world. In this sense the creation of the rest world from the primordial energy can be treated as the creation of the world from God Himself.
  14. In the chain of evolution, the theory of relativity exists everywhere between the cause and effect In the chain of evolution, the theory of relativity exists everywhere between the cause and effect. Science takes the absolute primordial energy as the ultimate cause and matter and life can be treated as relatively true products of the absolute primordial energy. The ultimate primordial energy is the direct cause of the matter and is the indirect cause of awareness. The theory of relativity applies between primordial energy and awareness also because the intermediate matter is only a relative truth in which the absolute truth is only the primordial energy. Now that we have established that the ultimate cause is God and the primordial energy is His immediate relatively true effect, the entire universe becomes a relative product of God only. The rope gave an illusion of stick and the stick gave an illusion of serpent. Now both the stick and serpent are relative illusions of the absolute primary rope only. The dream is a relative effect of the soul, which is the absolute cause. Similarly, the entire universe is a relative effect (mithya) of the absolute God. Mithya is neither the independently existing truth (sat) nor the non-existing total unreality (asat). The dream does not exist independently without the awareness. You cannot also say the dream is non-existing unreality because it masks the reality and appears to exist as a separate entity other than the soul. Shankara says that mithya means neither existing nor non-existing (sadasat vilakshana mithya). This means that you cannot even define the relative effect of the unimaginable God. If you analyze, the relative effect vanishes on realization of the cause. If the rope is seen the serpent disappears. If the pearl shell is seen the silver disappears. But here God is not only invisible but also even unimaginable for us. In such a case how the world, which is His relative effect, can disappear in our eyes? If you say that the world vanished in your eyes, it means that your eyes see God. At least if God is imagined by our intelligence, this world can at least disappear in our imagination. Neither the world disappears from our eyes nor it disappears in our imagination. This means neither God is seen nor even imagined. The defect in the above simile is that you (observer) are different from the serpent and silver. But here you are part and parcel of the world and when the world disappears, you will also disappear. Even God is managing His continuous entertainment by seeing the world constantly and the advaitin, who is part and parcel of the world boasts that the world is not existing. The world is relatively true with respect to God and not with respect to an advaitin or any soul. If it is relatively true with respect to yourself, it means that the world is relatively true with respect to itself. It is relatively true with respect to God only. In fact with respect to the world you are a tiny particle and you are almost non-existent. You are just reversing the truth. Even God enjoys continuously maintaining His ignorance experiencing the world as absolute truth. Only in certain special pressing occasions, He realizes the world as relative truth and then does the necessary modifications or violations of nature, which are called as miracles.
  15. Darwins, Einsteins theory and spirituality The formation of matter from energy is clearly proved by Einstein through the law of equivalence of mass and energy. Therefore, the theory of evolution proposed by Darwin associated with the Einstein’s theories will certainly prove the evolution of universe from the energy or space in sequential manner. But Veda mentions one more item indicated by the word Atman as the ultimate cause from which the primordial energy or space was generated (Atmana akashah… Veda). You cannot say that the word Atman means awareness here, because, awareness (purushah) is mentioned as the third generated product in the chain of evolution. A generated product in the chain cannot be the first ultimate cause. The scientist may say that there is no necessity of the word Atman as the ultimate cause because the meaning of the word Atman can neither be energy, nor matter, and nor the awareness because these three items are already existing in the world. Moreover, energy, matter and awareness are visible items in the light of development of advanced electronic equipments. Even the awareness is visible which is in the form of waves propagating in the nerves found by the latest instruments. Even Gita says this that awareness or soul can be seen by scholars (pashyanti jnanachakshushah). Therefore, the meaning of the word Atman must be unimaginable item, which is not the object of senses, mind, intelligence and even sharp logical analysis (Na chakshushah, aprapya manasa, na medhaya, naisha tarkena… Veda). The best word that can be used to mean such unimaginable object is “wordless” (Ashabda mavyayam… Veda). A negative word like ParaBrahman can also be used which means that which is not Brahman. But the word Atman is used which means the awareness that is pervading all over the human body (sarvam shariram atati iti atma). This word means awareness along with its property of pervasion. An independent existence of awareness pervading the space is not available and hence the awareness pervading in a human body alone should be taken. If you take simply the awareness pervading all over a human body as Atman mentioned here, such a possibility is negated because the awareness in the human body is not an unimaginable object which exists in the beginning of the chain since such awareness already appeared in the end of the chain as the normal awareness or life (purusha). Therefore, the word Atman here means a human being, which is completely different from any other human being, which appeared in the end of the chain of evolution. Such a special human being is the superman or human incarnation like Krishna in whom the existence of the special unimaginable item is inferred. Veda says that the existence of such superman is the basis of the inference of the unimaginable item called as God. But mere Veda cannot stand as an authority because it can be disposed as poetic imagination of some selfish priests to exploit the society in the name of God. Therefore, mere scripture (Shabdapramanam) cannot be the authority. All the authorities (pramanams) are based on perception (pratyaksham) only.
  16. Energy remains eternal The first form of creation is energy. All the other items are the modifications of that energy only. All the modifications may perish but energy remains eternal due to the will of God. It is like the reel of the film containing the whole picture after the dissolution of the world. No fool will destroy the reel at the end of the show. Therefore the reel is eternal. But its eternality is based on the will of God. If God wishes, even the energy disappears. The reel is not destroyed but can be destroyed. Such eternal finest form of energy is called as Mahat by Veda and is called as Mahat-Brahma by Gita (Mamayonih Mahat-Brahma). The Shastras say that Mahat itself means Brahman (Mahat Brahma iti proktam). When the will of God is withdrawn, this entire world along with the souls and their corresponding attributes become a static impression on the inert energy and is retained in the state of Avyaktam. In this state both good and bad attributes or feelings are static and inert and therefore become equal. A good deed painted as a picture on a paper is equal to a bad deed painted on a paper. There is no difference between good and bad in this state. This is the equilibrium state of the good (Sattvam) and bad (Rajas and Tamas) qualities before and after the creation. This is the meaning of the equilibrium state of the three qualities as mentioned in the Sankhya philosophy. If the qualities are associated with awareness, certainly a bad feeling or a bad action cannot be equal to a good feeling or a good action. The equilibrium state certainly means the state of the good and bad qualities as inert impressions in the basic phase of inert energy. Such a state results in the deep sleep. This finest primary energy is called as Mula Maya or Mahat-Brahma or Karya-Brahma or Hiranya-Garbha. _________________ At the Lotus Feet of His Holiness Sri Dattaswami Anil Antony www.universal-spirituality.org Universal Spirituality for World Peace antonyanil@universal-spirituality.org
  17. No simile can perfectly represent God in full sense The similes given for God are always worldly items, which are definable by space and time. God is beyond space and time and no simile can perfectly represent God in full sense. This defect brings the doubts in the minds of human beings since their minds cannot cross the dimensions of space and time. Veda gives three similes (Tatha Aksharat..) in explaining the process of creation from God but no simile can convey the full meaning because all the similes are worldly items only. The world comes out of God like the net from spider, like plants from earth and like hair and nails from the human body. In these similes, the spider, earth and human body are imaginable worldly items only and convey partial concepts. In the first simile the liquid from the mouth of the spider is very simple but the network is multi dimensional. Similarly from the single God, this complicated universe is designed in wonderful manner. The material of the net is nothing but the condensed form of the saliva of the spider. Both saliva and net are inert matter only in different states of liquid and solid. This means that the material from God is condensed in to the world. But since God is unimaginable, the material of the God is also unimaginable and hence the condensation of the unimaginable material of God in to imaginable material must be ruled out. For this purpose the other two similes are given to show the difference between unimaginable cause and imaginable effect. In the other two similes, the living matter (plants) is produced from the inert matter (earth) and reverse of this is also told in the third simile where the inert matter (hairs and nails) is produced from the living matter (human body). The difference in these two similes establishes the difference between God and world and through these two similes you can neither establish God as life (awareness) or inert. In the second simile God is compared to the inert earth and in the third simile God is compared to living human body so that you should neither conclude that God is inert or awareness. This proves that God is beyond awareness and inert nature. The third simile shows that the living matter reduces inert matter and this means that the characteristics of cause need not enter the effect. This proves the violation of the logic of physical world in the case of God and hence the argument of Advaita (the awareness characteristic of the cause entered the creation as the soul) cannot be accepted in the case of God. At the same time the Sankhya school also (which states that the soul is the product of the inert item called as Pradhanam) ruled out. These two similes are given to show that the logic of cause – effect fails in the case of production of universe from God. These three similes mean that this wonderful universe, which is constituted by imaginable items, emerged out from the unimaginable God through an unimaginable way, which is called as “Anirvachaniyata Khyati” by Shankara. 18. The only knowable experience about God is that God exists God is always unimaginable and unknowable for any human being under any circumstances because He is beyond the dimensions of space and time and this is very much stressed in Veda and Gita. There is no second thought about this point and Shankara also told the same that God could be understood only in deep sleep. In deep sleep (Sushupti) there is no item that understands (Jnata) because the process of understanding (Jnanam) disappears. When the process of burning disappears, there is no fire. If you say that the process of knowing itself is the knower, then also the knower is absent because there is no process of knowing in the deep sleep. The knower can be no more a knower if the knower loses the process or quality of knowing. Then the knower is converted into inert item in deep sleep. In fact, this is true according to science also because the knower or process of knowing is converted into inert energy in deep sleep. Shankara means by this that God is unknown as indicated by the deep sleep, in which a state of total ignorance remains indicating that any one is totally ignorant about God (Sushuptyekasiddhah…). You cannot say that the knower or the process of knowing (Knowledge) itself is God, because in such case God is not eternal who is daily vanishing (converted into inert energy) and is daily born (inert energy is converted into knower or knowledge). This is not acceptable because God is eternal. To evaluate the unknowable answer, you represent the answer by X and then get the answer for X using the given data. But in the case of God, the answer will be always unknowable and unimaginable only. The link between the unknowable God and the knowable items of the world is also unknowable and hence no related data of God can be knowable. In the problem, since the answer is knowable, the data related to the knowable answer is also knowable with the help of which the knowable answer can be evaluated. But that is not the case with God. Hence, any knowable item of the creation can be made as the representative of God. The only knowable experience about God is that God exists. This is established by the knowable experience of unknowable nature of God. The unknowable nature of God is experienced but such nature cannot be analyzed and hence such nature is always concluded as unknowable. For example a small boy (Krishna) lifting up the huge mountain is seen and the existence of the unknowable nature of the boy is experienced. Since, such nature could not be analyzed, it remains always as the unknowable item. Hence, Veda says that only the existence of the unknowable God is experienced (Astetyeva….). 19. God is beyond world The world with infinite limits can be taken as formless in the region of boundary only. Here, the nature of the world, which is the aggregate of finite items, is knowable in the core region. Hence you cannot say that the world is unknowable in the core region. In the case of God even the nature of God is unknowable in any region. The formless object meaning the infinite limits can be applied to the world, which is knowable, by its nature in the core region. But God is unknowable by His nature throughout and therefore you cannot say that God is formless like the world. Only the limits of the world are unknowable and not the central core of the world, which consists of imaginable items. God exists in the border of the infinite limits of the world as the source of the world. This means that God is beyond world. Science has clearly proved that the awareness is a special work form of energy and hence the soul cannot be beyond the space, since space is energy. Therefore, the soul has limits in any state. The soul in the deep sleep exists as inert energy with finite limits confined to the human body and therefore, we cannot say that the soul has infinite limits like the world. However, if you treat the matter also as the inert energy according to law of equivalence of mass and energy, in such case the body can be also treated as a quantum of energy, which is in continuity with the external atmosphere of the cosmos. Now the soul, body and the cosmos become one homogenous phase in the sense of the basic form of inert primary energy (this is an assumption only and practically this single homogenous phase is not achieved), you can achieve the single infinite ocean of cosmic energy and now you can say that the soul has become Brahman. But, beware, that the word Brahman is used here to mean the infinite ocean of inert cosmic energy since the word Brahman can mean any item, which is greatest. This cosmos or cosmic energy is infinite but the whole core region is of imaginable nature containing imaginable items. Hence, it is imaginable cosmos with unimaginable limits and therefore cannot be the unimaginable God who is unimaginable throughout. Hence, you cannot say that the soul has become the greatest unimaginable God who is also meant as another meaning for the word Brahman. The confusion in the usage of the word Brahman must be clearly removed in this context.
  20. Miracle Vs divine knowledge By miracles the existence of God is indicated and the miraculous knowledge gives the address of God (Jnanitvatmaiva…Gita, Prajnanam Brahma…Veda). Among the knowledge, love and bliss, knowledge is the most important sign since only knowledge can guide the soul to the goal. Expression of mere love or bliss or both cannot indicate God like the miracles. Without the proper realization, determination and practice will not materialize and without practice no fruit exists. Mere love can be seen even in a prostitute or a beloved darling who even sacrifices life for your sake. Such love does not guide you to the goal in the spiritual path and it dips you more in worldly bonds. Similarly, you can see bliss in drunkard or similar persons smoking and taking drugs. They cannot guide you in the spiritual path because mere love and mere bliss cannot give you any realization and determination to practice. Hence, persons who are simply performing miracles and persons who are simply expressing reasonless love and bliss without clearing your doubts and without showing the correct path through perfect analysis are not the real human incarnations. Sometimes God incarnates only exhibiting the miraculous power to destroy evil forces and such incarnations (Matsya, Narasimha, Vamana etc.,) disappear immediately as soon as the purpose is over. 21. God does not exists in any imaginable item except Human Incarnation The Maya in the form of permanently unimaginable miracles is seen in an imaginable item of the world with definite limits like a particular human being called as human incarnation and it is not in every human being. The Maya (Power of God) is also in the unimaginable limits of the Universe but not in any item of the Universe except the human incarnation. Thus, you see the evidence of Maya, which is a proof for the existence of the God in the limited human incarnation and in the unlimited boundary of the Universe. Krishna ( a past human incarnation) as finite human incarnation and His cosmic vision with infinite limits simultaneously stand for this concept. The exhibition of the Universe with unperceivable and hence unimaginable limits is the only aim of the Lord in showing the cosmic vision to Arjuna (a devotee of God) (Nantosti…Gita). Such exhibition indicates the unimaginable nature in the core of Krishna also simultaneously. Thus both the vision of infinite cosmos and the vision of unimaginable nature through the miracles in the human incarnation together prove that God is unimaginable in the limits as well as in the core. This vision concludes that the unimaginable limits of the Universe and the unimaginable nature of the human incarnation simultaneously. This vision gives simultaneous conclusion also that any item in the Universe except the human incarnation is imaginable and hence does not indicate the existence of God in any imaginable item except the human incarnation. The final conclusion of cosmic vision is that unimaginable God exists beyond (the limits of) the Universe and God also exists in the human incarnation. God in this human body of this Datta Swami gave this cosmic vision to two devotees (Ajay and Sitamma) simultaneously during a divine discourse on the day of Gurupurnima and asked both of them to explain their experience, who were keeping silent in a gathering of devotees. The identification of those two devotees only from the gathering of several devotees who were also silently hearing the discourse is also miraculous apart from giving such vision. The cosmic vision (Vishwarupam) was given during the discourse of Gita by Krishna. Hence, the miracles associated with miraculous divine knowledge alone can be the indication of God (Yadyat Vibhutimat Sattvam…Gita). Otherwise demons also perform miracles and hence miracles alone cannot give the address of God. Of course, the miracles exhibited even by demons indicate the unimaginable God but do not give the address of God in the demon. Since miracles serve their original purpose of indicating the existence of unimaginable God, God grants miracles even to demons. This satisfies the desire of demons and also the publicity of the existence of unimaginable God in the world simultaneously. 22. Any item of the world can be analyzed by science thoroughly-Statue do not contain God Science is the absolute master as far as the world within its limits is concerned. Any item of the world can be analyzed by science thoroughly and the report of science is final. This is a great advantage to protect the correct spiritual knowledge from exploitations. Ignorant and selfish scholars exploit by misleading us in making us believe that certain worldly items are God directly. Awareness (Soul) is such best exploitation. Here comes science to rescue us from such twists and exploitations. The priests exploit us by saying that a statue is God or contains God. The analysis by science clears such exploitation. At least in the case of the soul, God may enter some soul (human incarnation) to preach the knowledge. But such necessity does not exist in the case of a statue and hence God never enters any statue. The only purpose of statue is to keep it as a representative model of God. The Advaita Scholars exploit themselves only to enjoy the sweet dream. The priests exploit others to enjoy the sweets offered by others! Of course, the soul can be treated as the greatest item among the imaginable items of the creation and hence the soul can be called as Brahman because the root meaning of the word Brahman is that which is greatest. The word Brahman is Yaugika, which means that it can be applied to any item if the root meaning is applicable (Yoga Rudha means the word fixed to a particular item only when its root meaning is applicable to many including that particular item). The word Brahman is also applied to mean the scripture Veda that is greatest among all the scriptures (since Veda is protected by recitation from generation to generation without any deletions or introductions) as said in Gita (Brahmakshara Samudbhavam). The word Brahman is applied to God also since He is greater than every thing in the universe and hence the greatest. You can meditate upon yourself separating from the body and get temporary relief from stress, which is like the first aid to injury. Like this the word Brahman is not Yoga Rudha and is not fixed in God only. The ignorance of this concept misleads you to think that the soul is God when it is said that the soul is Brahman (Ayamaatmaa Brahma…Veda). This means that a particular soul like Krishna, Adi Shankara etc., is God if you take the word Brahman to mean God. If you take the word Brahman to mean a greatest item in any category, this means that the soul is greatest in the universe. This may also be giving the metaphor for soul and God. You can keep the statue to represent God as a model (Pratika) in the beginning. Veda says that you can worship the inert globe of Sun as representative model for God but immediately says that Sun is not God, Sun fears for God and God is not in inert object (Adityam Brahmeti…., Nedam tat…., Bhishodeti….,Natasya Pratima…). The tradition of Advaita and the tradition of worship of inert objects as models for God are good as long as they are limited to their specified levels and should not be over extended for exploitation of self and other selves. 23. The world and the human body of the Lord give the proof for the existence of God beyond the world The world and the human body of the Lord give the proof for the existence of God beyond the world and God beyond the human body of human incarnation respectively. You have not perceived the electricity in the wire and you have only experienced the existence of unperceivable electricity through the medium of wire and electricity is separate from the wire. Of course, electricity is imaginable for scientists and here it is used, as a simile only for God and the unperceivable nature of electricity is a comparison for the unimaginable nature of God. Except God, all are imaginable items and hence there is no other way than to choose an imaginable item as a comparison for the unimaginable God. We take the unperceivable item or an item, which can be imagined with lot of difficulty as a comparison for the really unimaginable God. Awareness is an item of the world, which can be imagined with lot of difficulty and hence is selected as the best comparison for unimaginable God. Unfortunately, the concept of comparison is lost and awareness itself is thought to be God directly. One day the electricity in the wire compared to God by Me may become God! Another reason for such misunderstanding is metaphor, which is a figure of speech like simile. The simile reminds constantly that God and awareness are different items. But the metaphor misleads easily the ignorant people to think that awareness is God. Only scholars can recognize the metaphor carefully. If you say that a person is like a lion, it is simile. The word “like” acts as the torchlight constantly to separate the person and the lion. In metaphor, we say, “The person is lion”. This misleads ignorant people to think that the person is actually the lion and they think that every lion (person) of the “Lions club” (A club of important persons who serve the people) is actually a lion, which will kill the people! Veda is the greatest poetry of the greatest poet, the God (Kavim Kavinam….Veda). Advaita scholars are also great scholars of all Shastras and they know this figure of speech very well. Alankara Shastra deals with figures of speech. They know the truth very well. But already they are so much intensively attracted by the concept of the soul to be God, that they cannot come out of this sweetest dream in which they get the highest without the least effort! The dreamer knows that it is only dream but the sweetness is so much that he does not like to come out of it. A scientist is relatively better than such Advaita Scholar, who is caught by the powerful ghost of Mohini, because the scientist thinks himself as an ordinary soul and not God. You may say that the scientist denies God, which is the greatest sin. I agree to it, but if you analyze, even the Advaita scholar is also an indirect atheist. He is denying God apart from himself, which also means an indirect negation of God. After the establishment of a simile, metaphor is used further in all contexts. A great person is compared to a lion and once this simile is established, the metaphor is used further and every important person is called as the lion. Thus, the lions of the lions club mean the important persons and not the actual cruel animals (lions). Similarly, it is established that the God is compared to soul and the universe is compared to the human body. Therefore, the word soul can stand for God as the word lion stands for the important person. Hence, in Veda the word Atman (soul) is used to mean God in some places. It does not mean that the word soul stands for the actual soul, just like the word lion in the lions club does not stand for the actual lion. At least in the first case the great person and lion are imaginable items and we can use the word ‘great person’ without lion. But in the second case, God is unimaginable and always needs an imaginable item for comparison. This problem becomes more significant when God comes in the form of a soul (human incarnation) where the word soul has to be used as the external cover (Upadhi) to indicate the direct address of God. 24. Unimaginable God and imaginable human form The unimaginable God needs the imaginable human form as a medium for expressing Himself to His devotees. In the case of human incarnation of God also, you have only understood the existence of the unimaginable God and you have not imagined the nature of God as in the case of the limits of the Universe. You have only seen that the limits of space are beyond the sight and this does not mean that you have seen the limits of space. In all these examples, Maya (Unimaginable item) exists in the imaginable items to give a proof for its existence just like the unperceivable electricity exists in the perceivable metallic wire to give experience of its existence. The wire with electricity can be treated as the electricity itself and there is no other way than this to perceive the electricity. The electricity has to be treated as the wire containing electricity. But every wire is not electricity. Therefore, the unimaginable Maya has to be treated as the imaginable world, which shows the unimaginable limits. This does not mean that every imaginable item in the world with definite limits is Maya. Therefore, this world can be treated as Maya (Mayamtu Prakrutim….Gita). Here the word Prakruti stands for the world with unimaginable limits and it does not stand for any imaginable item in the world with definite limits. Similarly, the person charged by God (human incarnation) can be treated as God but not every person. The world with unimaginable limits and human incarnation with unimaginable miracles can be treated as God (Viswam Vishnuh.., Vasudevah Sarvamiti…..) and this does not mean that the world or the human body of human incarnation itself is God (Avyaktam Vyaktimapannam…Gita). At the Lotus Feet of His Holiness Sri Dattaswami Anil Antony www.universal-spirituality.org Universal Spirituality for World Peace antonyanil@universal-spirituality.org
  25. Scientists have established the existence of permanently unimaginable God You have two regions of unimaginable nature. One is the temporarily unimaginable region containing the deeper planes of world within the limits of the space and these are surely going to be analyzed in future by scientists. The other is the permanently unimaginable region, which exhibits the permanently unimaginable limits of space or God. Hence, scientists have established the existence of permanently unimaginable God. The unimaginable nature is the reason for wonder. Maya means wonder by its root word. Hence, we have temporary and permanent regions of Maya. Even the magic show, which creates wonder, is called as Maya, which is temporary since you can analyze it and know it after some time. But the miracle performed by the human form of the Lord can never be analyzed which is not magic and such divine miracle is a permanent Maya indicating the permanently unimaginable God in the human form. Therefore, the miracle of human incarnation and the unimaginable limits of space are one and the same in establishing the permanently unimaginable and hence permanently wonderful God. Since there cannot be existence of two unimaginable items, there is no place for Maya and God together since both are permanently unimaginable. There can be several temporary unimaginable items in the world just like two items of a magic show. On realization the two items of the magic show give different imaginable technologies of performance of magic. But the realization of various permanently unimaginable miracles indicates only one unimaginable God. Therefore, in all the permanently unimaginable miracles, there is only one God as the basis, who is permanently unimaginable. Maya needs a medium of imaginable nature to exhibit its unimaginable nature. The unimaginable limits of the Universe are exhibited by the imaginable Universe, which is composed by imaginable items. Similarly, the unimaginable God is exhibited by the imaginable human body, which performs the unimaginable miracles through imaginable actions and imaginable items. For example, when the human incarnation moves its hand and produces sacred ash, the human form, hand, movement of hand and the final ash are imaginable items. With the help of these imaginable items, the generation of ash from space is exhibited as the permanently unimaginable miracle. Even the temporary Maya needs imaginable items in the magic show for exhibition.
