No matter who wins, we all lose.

 

So I guess we are fighting over who is going to get the chance to screw us, line their own pockets and then find 101 excuses why they could not keep their promises.

 

You get elected as a council member, you are a simple middle class person and after 4 years in office, you come out rich and post yearly incomes twice or three times you so called $94,800 a year council income.

 

People want the job because not only do they get paid to screw you but they get other salaries when they are invited to sit on the board of companies, non-profit groups or do quasi consulting but not really.

 

Let us keep on fighting over who gets to screw us and get rich at it at the same time.
