I believe the public record will show that a group of air force officials accused Attorney Kolp of misappropriating their money, a complaint was filed with the DC Bar Counsel, Rees who had knowledge of their business dealings was asked by DC Bar Counsel to testify against Kolp, Kolp got mad over Rees involvement and assaulted him, Metro Transit Police arrested Kolp, Rees sued Kolp for assault and Kolp attorney settled out of court with Rees.

 

Everybody knew that Kolp was a mentally ill lawyer who got disbarred for his mental illness.
