Small, disadvantaged, minority-owned businesses located in the District of Columbia metropolitan area providing any of the services listed below are encouraged to register with the District's Office of Contracting and Procurement and apply for certification as a local, small, or disadvantaged business with the District's Office of Local Business Development.
