WHAT DOES ADRIAN FENTY REALLY WANT Anthony Williams as mayor of Washington, DC, wanted the Office of the Mayor to take over control of the schools just as Mayor Elect Adrian Fenty now does. Believe it or not, Adrian Fenty during his past six years on the DC City Council was opposed to any mayoral take over of the DC Public Schools according to The Washington Times (12-19-2006 @ Section B-1 & B-8) What Fenty is now proposing is exactly what Williams proposed. So why did Fenty object to such for six (6) long years but now, wants what he said before would not work? This is further evidence of Fenty's incompetence to be mayor or all his years of drug use has turned his brain into silly puddy!

YOU MOST DEFINITELY KNOW JACK I want to be a crook like Jack Evans has been so successfully. I want to have a secret slush fund to help my friends get elected and ahead. I want to have two faces and wear them well, just like Jack. I want to have lips as big as Mick Jagger so I can kiss the back side of others, just like Jack. DC GOVERNMENT HELPS CREATE POVERTY In order for the rich of DC to remain rich and get richer, those in power must maintain a permanent underclass in DC. While the underclass in urban areas has been shrinking since the 1980s according to Professor Christopher Jencks and Professor Paul Peterson at Harvard University, it has not shrunk in DC. Rather, when some of the poor leave the area due to gentrification, they are being replaced by immigrants mainly from Africa and Central America, and their influx is encouraged by the DC Government who "hand in hand" with business sends a subtle message that it is okay to come to the USA and specifically DC as an illegal alien as the DC Government has a “We will not ask nor tell if you are an illegal alien” policy. This illegal mentality by the DC Government is well known outside the USA, and its impact has affected mainly African Americans in DC by displacing the most vulnerable; namely, around 25,000 unskilled or poorly skilled laborers by the labor of illegal aliens. The so called liberals (Democrats) quickly rationalize their shoving American born into (deeper) poverty with their phony sympathy for these illegal aliens, but do not show any sympathy for those they displaced, gentrified and whose lives and families they destroy all in the name of profit and building up their wealth all the more. The (DC Government in harmony with business needs an permanent underclass), keep up the gentrification and keep those doors open for new, fresh and more illegal labor as this will keep wages down, help gentrify those they want to leave DC and all talk now-a-days of creating affordable housing and doing more for the underclass is just that .... talk which will not happen.

SINGER ANSWERS CRITICS Linda Jill Singer, nominee for DC Attorney General has answered her critics in a simplistic manner; namely, she thinks the only opposition to her is the fact that she is not a member of the DC Bar. Wrong baby! There are a good number of reasons that people oppose you. First … After graduating from law school, you only practiced law in NYC for about eighteen (18) months and your performance was not stellar; Second …Upon arriving in DC and for the last twelve (12) years, you in fact did not practice law before any court in the United States thus making your skills and knowledge as stale as a could be; Third … You have no experience whatsoever in having a working command of the laws of the District of Columbia and/or the laws of the United States of America let alone the rules of civil or criminal procedures; Fourth … You have no experience whatsoever in those areas of law that a DC attorney general would need to perform the job effectively; Fifth … Your appointment by Mayor Elect Fenty is pure cronyism for the work you and your arrogant, loud mouth, con-artist husband Joe Sternlieb did in Ward 3 on his campaign; and Sixth … You are a sleaze-ball to say the least, as you and your husband acting as agents for developers in DC ran the ward 3 campaign for Mary Cheh and were behind some of the most rotten attacks on all of Cheh’s challengers via your groups called Friends of Joe Sternlieb where there is a long trail of IP address links leading back to you and your husband in anonymous attacks on people who never did or said anything to you. By no stretch of the imagination are you anywhere qualified to be the next attorney general of the District of Columbia, appointing you would make a mockery of our legal system, it would be a slap in the face of thousands of attorneys who have worked hard for the DC Government by putting years in and getting that working experience to one day be our attorney general. Your work at DC Appleseed is not an adequate substitute even if you think so! No Mrs. Singer, you're a joke and an exemplification of how much of an idiot Adrian Fenty is that he would nominate such an unqualified person as you.

OH DID I FORGET TO MENTION Adolf Hitler had the confidence and economic support of the United States Government and people because of his staunch anti-communist stance until he won election as Chancellor of Germany.and then he said to the USA: “Oh, did I forget to mention……”! Before the Cuban Revolution, Fidel Castro had the confidence and economic support of the United States Government and people until he won, drove out Bautista and then he said to the USA: “Oh, did I forget to mention I am a Communist”? Saddam Hussein had the confidence and economic support of the United States Government and people until he won and then he said to the USA: “Oh, did I forget to mention I would like to see the Jews and Infidels in the USA dead”? Adrian Fenty had/has the confidence and economic support of the people of the District of Columbia especially Republicans and when will we hear him say: "Oh, did I forget to mention..."?

DC CITY COUNCIL’S PLANATION MENTALITY If you really believe the Democratic Party in DC cares about you, then ask yourself why has the Democrats on the DC City Council enacted laws in the District of Columbia that affords workers less job security, work-place rights and benefits than most of the fifty states including those run by Republicans? The ugly truth is: It was the Democrats that enacted slavery in America, not the Republicans. It was the Democrats who opposed the end of slavery, not the Republicans. It was Democrats who opposed the rights of women to vote, not Republicans. It was under the Democratic Clinton Administration and Democratic Congress when more African Americans and Hispanics were incarcerated in our federal prisons on even the most minor offenses, not the Republicans. It was under the Democrats in DC that Gentrification was allowed, encouraged and denied, forcing the most vulnerable to move away and not at the hands of Republicans. It was under the Democrats in DC that our schools were allowed to crumble, our school officials to mismanage your tax dollars and more, not under the Republicans. The Democratic Party in DC has become a party for the Rich and White People, and this is reflected in the fact that for the last fifteen years, it has been African Americans, Asian Americans and Hispanics who have suffered the most at the hands of our Democrats on the DC City Council who allowed this effort to drive Non-Whites out of DC while council members grew rich off the bribes they took behind everyone's backs. The Democrats in DC have disingenuously led many to believe that they are the party of all Washingtonians but if true, then why is it that White People in general benefited greatly the past fifteen years while Non-Whites have suffered? The numbers say it all! The Democratic Party in DC is not the real friend of Non-Whites, and how you live and what you have to show for it all speaks for itself. ------------------------------ It is said that power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. This is what has taken place in DC; namely, the Democratic Party has been corrupted by its absolute power and the US Congress should step in and require that half the council seats be held by non-Democrats!

THEY WILL TAKE A BULLET FOR YOU When adjusting for cost of living, the fine officers of the Metropolitan Washington DC Police Department are some of the lowest paid police officers in America’s top 25 cities. Yet, our political leaders, agency heads and others are some of the best paid in America! In order for DC MPD officers to maintain a decent standard of living for risking their lives and providing safety to the people of DC and those **inappropriate material** who head up the District of Columbia Government, they have to put in on an average 12 hours of over-time a week. The DC FOP needs to do a better job of negotiating better pay, better benefits and to restore the twenty (20) year retirement plan as that is the least we can do for those willing to take a bullet for you and me.

YOU WILL GET A LOT FURTHER WITH A KIND WORD & GUN In the movie The Untouchables, Al Capone while getting a shave at the barber shop said, “You will get a lot further with a kind word and a gun than just a kind word”. In other words, social change in America upon careful examination has not come out of the goodness of other people’s hearts but out of fear. During the days of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's peaceful protests, America took notice, but our political leaders did not move forward on those demanded acts of equality until other groups like the Black Panthers and others started putting fear into the hearts of America when you look at the timelines of when our federal and state governments finally acted. The leaders of the District of Columbia Government have for years promised to do more to end and/or reduce homelessness, increase affordable housing, provide better services but despite all the rhetoric, the homelessness continues to climb upward, the number of people in need of affordable housing continues to climb as well, and the gap between the haves and have-nots grows despite the District of Columbia shameful claim that it is a liberal, progressive and so called caring community. Until the poor of the District of Columbia put a fear in the hearts and minds of the businesses and rich in the form of causing them economic injury by laying out of work, sabotaging the work product, work slow-downs, not cutting the grass at the homes of people of wards 2 and 3, providing babysitting services and others acts that hit the haves in the pocketbook, nothing will change! In 2006, the need for physical violence is not needed but economic violence will be far more effective, and proof of this fact is seen in our judicial system: E.G. The poor do jail time as the system knows that such will hurt them psychologically more than anything else, but the rich pay stiff fines and not jail time as the courts know, the best way of inflicting punishment on the rich is to take away part of their wealth. (The DC Superior Court is more likely to hold you to trial if you are homeless than if you have a home to be released to!!!!) A careful analysis of mayor elect Fenty's proposals are unrealistic for many reasons and will not work as his proposals will cost the District of Columbia far more than its budget constraints can handle, and either he will drive us into debt or be forced to raise taxes across the board 7% to achieve that goal. Not once did the people of DC ever look at the economic impact Fenty's plan would have on the District but voted for him out of wishful thinking, a blind desire for change, greed and ignored the fact that for Fenty's plan to work he would have to either increase taxes, lay off 12% of the DC Government workforce or hit all DC Government workers with a 20% pay cut. In sum, Fenty's plan will widen the gap between the haves and have-nots without either cuts or tax increases as his proposals will cost the District close to 7 Billion Dollar to achieve, and this is why I say the Fenty Administration will be a disaster as his goals are unrealistic, wishful thinking and it will not make things better for the middle class and poor, but all overt evidence would suggest it will benefit the rich and allow a few crumbs off their tables for the poor!

ORGANIZED CRIME IN DC - SICILANS vs. JEWS The two biggest ethnic groups in America behind the colorful history of “Organized Crime “ consisting of drugs, gambling, loan sharking, **inappropriate material**ography, prostitution, political bribery and more have been the Sicilian-Italians (Mafia, Inc.) and the Jews (Murder, Inc). There are other groups involved in crime but they pale in their total power and worth. Ultimately, these two groups turned on each other in the 1950’s leaving the Sicilians the victor of their bloody street wars and behind the scenes wrangling and control of about twenty six of America's largest cities. Both groups are still heavily into criminality of the foregoing nature but jokingly, it is said about their criminality today, "The Italians will beat it out of you where the Jews will sweet talk it out of you". Each group is known for staking out their territories (cities) and milking them for all they can. Their influences have not escaped the District of Columbia. Anybody knowledgeable of these two major organized crime groups which we often have glorified in the movies with such movies as Lansky, Bugsy, Dutch Schultz, The Goodfellas, Once Upon A Time In America, The Godfather, Boseky and so many more, know that one of their best tools of getting what they want is to corrupt our local and other political leaders with various types of gifts (jobs for family members, trips and more), threats (going public with proof of adultery, homosexuality and more) or promises of high paying jobs once they leave office. Now-a-days, these organized criminal types hide behind the walls of what is called legitimate businesses: E.g. Construction companies (developers), Financial institutions, Sanitation companies and more but their profits are still kicked upstairs to further fund their nefarious ways. It is almost impossible in these modern times to effectively run a political campaign, get support and win without doing business one way or another with organized crime anywhere in America and especially here in DC where its local government is well known for being a highly corrupt and under the constant eye of the U.S. Department of Justice. It has been said, "Show me a poor political candidate and there is your honest man". In 2006, organized crime had a field day in DC.

ADRIAN FENTY PROVES GREED IS GOOD Mayor elect Adrian Fenty has quickly learned that Greed Is Good! When Adrian Fenty first ran for the ward 4 council seat he learned the meaning of how to lie to his campaign workers with promises of jobs and more for their help only to never keep those promises and making a few enemies in the process. When Adrian Fenty decided to run for mayor of Washington, DC he knew the real money was not to be found among his fellow Democrats so he decides to sell his soul to Republicans, big business and turn his back on Democrats behind the scenes. After winning the primary and general election for mayor, Adrian Fenty then moves on with his Grand Scam on the voters; namely, his lie that he wants to fix our schools, and leaving voters of DC clueless to the real reason he is going often to or in contact with people in New York City; namely, he wants to play a role in allowing out of state developers to cash in where he will be rewarded for it when he leaves office. Nothing Adrian Fenty is now doing in wanting to fix our schools, arrange affordable housing and more is not taken on his part without careful fore-thought of how it will put money in his pocket down the road. Indeed, Adrian Fenty is out for himself and he has learned that Greed Is Good, and the local media despite all its brain power is blind or intentionally so to it all.

WISCONSIN AVENUE NW - A GREAT PLACE TO DIE Two of the top five most congested streets in DC, Connecticut Ave NW and Wisconsin Ave NW where more pedestrians have DIED in the past decade will become all the more congested thanks to ward 3 council member elect Mary Cheh who sold out her core values to get elected by accepting about 90% of her campaign contributions from Developers and their employees with a little help of their friend and agent of death Joe Sternlieb who set up a group called Friends of Joe Sternlieb to pick among the ward 3 candidates the one candidate they felt had no morals and would cave in to their evil intentions and they found it in Mary Cheh. These very developers have plans to make Connecticut Ave NW and Wisconsin Ave NW more congested than they already are despite the risks such will have to the environment, public safety and pedestrian safety. A Recall Petition against Mary Cheh has already been drafted, guaranteed signors are being lined up and will be filed after her first year in office as required by law. Mary Cheh's stance on development could be deadly in light of most of ward 3's major roads being already the most congested and dangerous streets in the city.

NEIL O. ALBERT or STEVE ERKLE Probably the only descent appointment mayor elect Adrian Fenty has made is Neil O. Albert for Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. Albert's Resume. Notwithstanding the fact that Neil Abert looks like the twin brother of Steve Erkle, a bit nerdy in his own right, he has a lot more promise than any other person Fenty has appointed so far, and clearly far more qualified as his academic and vocational experiences has prepared him for the job, whereas all other Fenty appointees do not have the academic and definitely not the vocational experiences to do the job they are being appointed for. ***************************

ADRIAN FENTY A PROFILE IN POLITICAL PROSTITUTION Need we never lose sight of the fact that the real power in the District of Columbia is not the mayor or the city council but the United States Congress, big business and behind the scenes, the Italian Mafia which is stronger than ever despite claims by the government otherwise to calm nerves. Sadly, the public perception of the Italian Mafia has been molded by movies like The Godfather, The Goodfellas or Honor Thy Father but in reality, the structure and way of the Italian Mafia is more honestly depicted on the TV show The Sopranos. As we all know by our own local politics, our politicians in order to get elected quickly sell out their entire value system for the ability to get elected. They accept money from self-serving companies, organizations and individuals all who expect favors in return when a politician is elected. There are exactly twenty six (26) Italian Mafia families throughout the United States and all of them are sub-families under the five (5) main families in New York City except the Philadelphia family and its sub-family in Baltimore. The Italian Mafia started off as two (2) families in New York City that were run by Giuseppe Masseria and Salvatore Maranzano until a fight between them known as the The Castellammarese War ushered in the many families throughout the United States and the strengthening of the Italian Mafia from coast to coast. The history of the Italian Mafia is complex and I will not go into it but what I will go into is, they are here in DC but in a very subtle way, making money, influencing and see our local leaders as their whores. If you have noticed as stated above, Adrian Fenty in order to get elected accepted money from Communists, Democrats, Greens, Republicans and Socialists. He has no loyalty to any one group or to the people of DC but only to his desire to have won at all costs. In other words, Adrian Fenty is not a man of honor but a political whore at the beck and call of anyone with a check in hand. It is weak minded politicians like Fenty who can be bribed, intimidated and manipulated by those who paved his way into the mayor’s office at the John Wilson Building and have all of his subordinates look the other way, fix tickets, ignore violations and down the line. The Fenty style of politicking is that which will encourage criminality on various levels and possibly more so than already exists and when voters vote for politicians they know have been backed by questionable types, then they are condoning what is going to take place and have no right later on to complain about the dishonest things a politician has done as they made it possible for it to happen.

Why not Nelson? I know them and others said the same when Fenty was growing up and bouncing off the wall as a kid. A little Ritalin might had helped.

REPUBLICANS THROW FUNDRAISER FOR FENTY If our memories serve us well, Fenty’s mayoral campaign was initially started and financed by DC’s Republican Elite and all arranged by Judith Terra. Ms. Terra was quoted by the Washington City Paper as saying: “I don’t mean this to sound grand,” Terra says, “but there are just times when you come across individuals…that you know are destined to do great things. I felt that way when I met Martin Luther King Jr. in 1960. He just walked into the room and mesmerized the room. And Adrian is very much that way.” Terra, 61, invoked the same comparison before some 300 guests from the back porch of White Oak at a July 28 Fenty fundraiser while Fenty gave a speech with some of his supporters in the background listening on.

FENTY’S MAYORAL CAMPAIGN FINANCED 80% BY HARD-CORE, RIGHT WING REPUBLICANS If our memories serve us well, Fenty’s mayoral campaign was initially started and financed by DC’s Republican Elite and all arranged by Judith Terra and friends. I am talking about hard core Republicans opposed to abortion, gay rights and everything Fenty claims he stands for along with being the economic force behind gentrification in DC. This Republican connection with the radical right was first brought to the public’s attention by Loose Lips of the Washington City Paper. Although Fenty claims to be a Democrat, his mayoral campaign differed than others in that, 80% of all his money came from Republicans as well as his campaign platform. The ugly truth is, Fenty was heavily backed financially and otherwise by BIGOTS who saw him as their Great White Hope and key to turning DC into their White Mecca and playground for the HAVES after Fenty has chased out of DC the HAVE-NOTS!

ADRIAN FENT - A LIE WITHIN A LIE Statistics show that in the District of Columbia, it takes the average college graduate up to five (5) months to find a job whether it is a first job, a new job or what have you. DC boasts a robust job market but that is grossly untrue. The robustness of the DC job market only applies to jobs that are on the bottom of the pay scale, part-time, temporary but not for well paying, permanent, full-time jobs. The reality is, outside of employment with the District of Columbia or United States governments, the job market is actually very poor, unstable and does not afford most the ability to meet their basic economic obligations, and also fails to afford people health care coverage and an ability to prepare for retirement. This instability for workers in the private sector can be blamed on the DC City Council who continues to pass anti-business laws, maintain plantation style labor laws (at-will) that allows employers to abuse workers. Council member and mayor elect Adrian Fenty has the worst track record on defending the rights of workers but has sided more often with big business in his six years on the council. Adrian Fenty as a councilman also neglected proper oversight of other services such as health care for the poor, mental health services and so much more making his campaign claims that he is ready to jump when a constituent is in need a lie unless that constituent was one of his wealthier ones living in Rock Creek. The ugly truth is, Adrian Fenty has never been a champion of the middle class or the poor. Gary Imhoff in the December 10, 2006, edition of [TheMail] pokes fun at Adrian Fenty over his addiction with his [blackberries], but the fact is, it is a serious addiction that is indicative of something more serious than meets the eye. Voters of Washington, DC not being all that knowledgeable about the various forms of mental illness a person can suffer from have quickly misunderstood the true nature of Adrian Fenty and his constantly on-the-go, inability to focus on anything for long and his lack of a genuine warm mindset as rooted in a mental illness that could interfere with his ability to govern the District of Columbia. Adrian Fenty since a child and I have known him since he was 5 has always suffered from ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) which his parents ignored and allowed to go untreated. The foregoing fact has been well noted by friends, colleagues and the media in his inability to focus on anyone, anything or any thought for long. It is this hidden mental illness of Fenty that will be his un-going as mayor. Add to his ADHD the fact that Fenty has dabbled in the use of illegal drugs which some of us have witnessed including this author and is it any wonder he is so detached and cold? Adrian Fenty is another Marion Barry in the making but at a much younger age!

YOU'VE JUST ENTERED THE FENTY ZONE For your consideration, it is sometime in early 2008, you wake up one morning to the local news and you learn that for the past year your life had taken a turn into The Fenty Zone.

DC'S NEW RACISTS & THEIR BOY FENTY If you follow the many online blogs, message boards and other places political opinions are posted by residents of Washington, DC, then you will notice something. That something is, the hatred for former mayor now council member Marion Barry comes mainly from the “White Communities” of DC and by young people who were still in diapers when Marion Barry did a lot of good for Washington, DC. I am talking about the new breed of Racist White Kids fueling the gentrification in Washington, DC, and who will not be happy until DC becomes a “White Mecca”. One of the most Marion Barry hating blogs out there is DCist which is managed by the grandson (Martin Austermuhle) of a NAZI war criminal who fled Germany for Switzerland and ultimately South America where most Germans/NAZIs went to avoid prosecution and/or extradition. Martin Austermuhle and other NEO-NAZIs cannot control themselves when it comes to bashing Marion Barry and other African Americans in politics. (This hate by Austermuhle and his NAZI minded friends created the picture above where No. 9 says "Kick Marion's Ass"). It is these white Neo-Nazi Bigots who were heavily behind Fenty for Mayor as they saw him as the perfect tool to reach their goal.

THE CORRUPTING OF ADRIAN FENTY Unknown to most voters, there are a hand full of New York developers who want to buy up the land some of our designated schools to be closed sit on, so they can build more condos and commercial concerns on such lands. The voters of DC are clueless to the real reason mayor elect Adrian Fenty is going often to New York City for as he is using our school problems as a guise for what he is really up to; namely, he wants to play a role in allowing out of state developers to cash in where he will be rewarded for it when he leaves office. Joe Sternlieb and his wife Linda Singer (nominee for Attorney General) are the point people between Fenty and developers, and that is why Linda Singer an absentee lawyer from the profession for twelve years gets the nod for attorney general - it is called political kick-back. In other words, Linda Singer gets a $600,000.00 kick back over the next four years in a form of a pay check. Sternlieb's sudden employment with EastBanc was not an accident but all by design via EastBanc and others looking to capitalize over controlling Fenty. It is this corrupt and under handedness by Fenty & Company why Fenty should not be allowed to take control of our schools, as a failure by him to succeed in this goal will see 90% of his backers abandoning him.

DC’S DEMOCRATS ARE NOT ALL DEMOCRATS A fact of life in DC is, the Democratic Party has a lock and hold on DC politics. As such to be able to get elected, you have to run as a Democrat in DC. This lock on the local politics in DC by Democrats has forced all who run for public office to run as a Democrat even if they are a Communist, Socialist, Republican, Fascist or what have you. Thus in DC, you can never be too sure if the person running as a Democrat is really a Democrat. Adrian Fenty ran for mayor but got more money from Republicans than he did from Democrats. It is this fact that all Democrats are not really Democrats that DC has the problems it does and why there is in fact a tremendous amount of quashed infighting going on.

FENTY...YOU HAVE NO MANDATE...! Mayor elect Adrian Fenty seems to think that his victory at the polls was a mandate but he ignores the fact that 66% of all registered voters were so turned off by him, that they did not even bother to take the time to get out and vote. If there was a mandate by voters then it was that 66% of all voters who did not think Fenty worthy enough to be the next mayor of DC. Eat those numbers Mr. Fenty!

A VOTE FOR DC ONLY ON FANTASY ISLAND Mr. Roarke, those people in Washington, DC are once again talking about getting a vote in Congress and are all worked up in frenzy about it. Now now Tattoo, just smile and keep them thinking they are going to get one because we know it isn’t going to happen. TRANSIT ORIENTED SMART GROWTH Without going into great details on the subject matter of what Smart Growth is and/or Transit Oriented Smart Growth, it is in simple terms building more housing around Metro Stations/Stops to encourage people to utilize mass transit over using their cars to get around for work or shopping with a wide variety of so called benefits to be derrived thereof. This issue was a bigger issue in the ward 3 city council race than in any of the other city council races. A transit oriented smart growth approach to ward 3 would not work because of so many external factors(The 215,000 commuters from Maryland and Virginia who live nowhere near a subway station nor find the subway convenient to enter into the District each day for work by car and etcetera) that we would have no control over, and without control over those factors, the benefits that Trans Oriented Smart Growth offers would not be obtainable, but the opposite would take place. The only people who support Transit Oriented Smart Growth are greedy developers who already know it will not benefit DC or ward 3 but are putting profits before people.
