Scientists affirm that aging is the best way to end human life naturally; otherwise, any attempt to prolong human life above certain limits would have serious impacts, the least of which is cancer. Besides, they say: “any attempt to become immortal goes against nature.” They have concluded that despite spending billions to treat aging and prolong human life, experiments prove useless. Such a conclusion is exactly what the great Prophet pointed out when he said: “Oh servants of Allah, seek remedy for Allah has not sent down an illness without sending down a cure for it except for one illness, aging,” reported by Imam Ahmad. Allah says in the Holy Qur'an (12) Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register (13) And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open Scientists declare that human growth stops after 20 thus disabling the body from getting rid of part of the bad blood. Accordingly, toxins begin to accumulate especially in the back (the non-moving part of the body). The increase of aging blood cells causes a defect in the circulatory functioning thus leading to a defect in the functioning of the body systems. Consequently, cupping is highly recommended since it rids the body of bad blood. Al-Bukhari reported: the messenger of Allah said: “if there is any good in any of your medical treatments, it is in a scarification for cupping.”

One of the Prophetic purification methods is the prohibition of urinating in water. It has been proven that human urine contains a number of germs and bacteria that are transmitted form one person to another through water. Urinating in water, particularly stagnant water, causes the spread of many epidemics such as cholera, typhoid, and polio just as it’s the case in public swimming pools. Therefore, Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, forbade it so as to guarantee us, in Allah’s will, a happy, disease free life. One of the Prophetic purification methods is washing hands as soon as waking up in order to remove the germs and remnants of sweat that get stuck to them while sleeping. Today, scientists emphasize the significance of washing hands in order to prevent diseases. Such emphasis clarifies the importance of the following hadith: “when you get up from bed, don’t put your hand in a bowel (of food or drink) before washing it three times,” reported by al-Bukhari and Muslim. One might wonder: who could have revealed the significance of washing hands to Prophet Mohammad? Cleanliness: One of the purification methods is performing Istinja (cleaning the private parts) after the call of nature as well as cleaning the place of urinating well. A great medical benefit of following such a good habit has been proven for the good removal of impurities (Najasaat) prevents several diseases of the reproductive system. This was confirmed by Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, when he instructed us to perform Istinja and purify ourselves. Within the Islamic context, believers must have a bath at least once every day, every Friday, so as to clean the skin surface from dirt, bacteria, germs, fungi, and the remnants of sweat thus preventing skin diseases, enhancing its breathing, and maintaining its pores. Once again, one wonders who could have informed Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, about the significance of cleanliness for the prevention of diseases. (Istinja means the removal of dirt that is left on the body after the call of nature: such as urine or faeces)

The Holy Quran is for every Muslim the sacred Book par excellence, a timeless miracle, the word of God devoid of all defects and above all, inimitable. You surely understand that in other words, to be inimitable is to have a peculiarity that no other has and cannot have. The abundance of examples illustrating the harmony and this linguistic balance of the Koran completely excludes the possibility of a happy coincidence, or an addition of the scribes. To those who claim to provide a work similar to the Qur'an, we ask them to provide us with a Book that will remain intact for more than 14 centuries and which will gather more than a billion worshipers around him, reciting it and crying as he listens to it. This is actually impossible .... The word sunna, in the Arabic language, indicates at the same time a way, and a tradition even a habit. This terminology has a particular connotation among the ulemas according to their specialty. Sunnah can be defined as all the cult practices with the times of the prophet and his companions. On this subject, the prophet constantly said: "Follow my sunnah and the sunnah of successor rights after me" Tirmidhi. That being said, the ulama of the science of hadith regard everything connected with the life of the prophet as sunna, both history and the physical or moral characteristics of the prophet, either before or after the revelation. hadith being one of the great precepts of religion, described by religious scholars as being "the axis of Islam " or "the half of Islam" or "the third of it ", or the like, and to make it a rule that these forty hadith be [classified as] sound and that the majority of them be in the sahihs of Al-Bukhari and Muslim. I give them without the chains of authorities so as to make it easier to memorise them and to make them of wider benefit if Allah Almighty wills, . Whoever claims to love Allah must obey and follow His Prophet - may Allah's prayer and salvation be upon him, on the one hand Allah will love him and on the other hand Allah will forgive his sins. Sunnah concerns not only the way of dressing, eating and drinking, but also and above all beliefs, legal rules, sticking to what the Prophet did as a purely religious act, the behavior towards others, Muslim values, good behavior ... etc The Holy Quran letter cannot be changed. It is rather the interpretation which we make of it nowadays which must quickly re-integrate the reality and the spirit of the revelation ... In all reality the interpretation of the Koran by the Koran consists in interpreting certain verses of the Koran by other verses bringing a complementary lighting on the same subject what is expressed concisely in one place is explained and detailed in another place. If we do not find the interpretation of The Holy Quran in its own verses, we turn to the hadîths and sure accounts of the Sunnah because they clarify the Koran and enlighten it. In reality, there has always been a lot of time, see several centuries, between the prophets and yet the new revelation has always corrected the additions made to the statements of the previous one. Do you not see right in the case of Christianity that a new testament came a thousand years after an old one and more than five thousand years after the genesis to make the necessary modifications according to divine inspiration In fact every word, in the Qur'anic verses and hadiths has been passed under the sieve of science. It clearly emerged that the scientific evidence of the Qur'an clearly proves its divine origin

Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, said: “purity is half of faith,” reported by Imam Muslim. Scientists also assert that cleanliness help prevent almost most diseases. When the body remains clean and pure, it gets rid of most of the germs and dust that get stuck with. Such purity prevents several diseases such as skin and mouth diseases. Moreover, constant cleanliness of the face and the hands entails the decrease of the number of germs that attack the body through the mouth and nose. Hence, the diseases of the respiratory and digestive system are also reduced. Purity (in body, mind, and heart) is half of faith \\\\\\ A recent scientific study confirms that having lights on when going to bed impacts the biological processes inside the brain and causes disorders that lead to obesity. Consequently, scientists recommend turning lights off at night to protect the body and brain. Glory to Allah; this advice, recommended by scientists in the 21st century, was long stated by Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him 14 centuries ago. A sound chain of transmission reported: Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, said: "when you go to bed, put the lamps off." The question is: isn’t this hadith sufficient evidence that Prophet Mohammad, PBUH, speaks nothing but the truth?

Granite rocks, despite its solidity and cohesion and the lack of spaces between them, it allows water to pass through very small pores. This property makes the water falling from the sky to be stored inside the Earth after it passes through the pores of these rocks, and without this feature of the Earth rocks, the water will not be able to leak into distant depths underground. The amazing is that the Quran had referred to the source of fresh water in the following verse: " And We sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and We gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, We are Able to take it away" (18: Al Muiminun). This verse confirms that the source of the water inside the Earth is the rain water as in the case of groundwater which has been scientifically proven! This fact was not known at the time of Quran revelation, so who informed the honorable Prophet about it? \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ The prayer has many great psychological effects, as when the believer complete prayer solemnity, it will help him to concentrate and contemplate which is the most important way for tension and nervous exhaustion relief. Additionally, praying is an effective treatment for anger, rashness and hastiness because it teaches the believer how to be calm and obedient to Allah, the Exalted with patience and modesty. These things, positively affect the neuraxis and functions of the heart as it regulates heartbeats and blood flow. Also praying helps the believer to remove all the inner deposits from depression, worry, fears, psychological emotions as they all removed as soon as the believer remember that he is in the hands of the Almighty and that He will not abandon him as long as he worships him faithfully, He the Exalted says: "Successful indeed are the believers* Those who offer their prayers with all solemnity and full submissiveness" (1-2 Al Mu'iminun). \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ When the star grows and gets older, it explodes and decrease in size and become a white midget in an explosion that has the temperature of 400.000 degree Celsius! Scientist confirm that our sun will have the same end and burns, this burning or combustion will result in reducing the size of the sun into small dim sun in stages. Isn't it marvelous to find the Quran telling us about the end of the sun in Him, the Exalted, saying: " When the sun is wound round" (1: AL Takwir). This cosmic fact was not known at the time when Quran was revealed where the people used to believe that the Universe is eternal, therefore, this verse indicates the end of the sun that the scientists discussing currently and this is one miracle of the Quran.

Is Ramadan good for health? Here is what happens to your body when you fast for 30 days, you will be surprised. Every year, millions of Muslims fast from sunrise to sunset for 30 days during Ramadan, one of the five pillars of Islam. In recent years, Ramadan has taken place during the summer months in the northern hemisphere, with longer days and warmer weather. Ramadan: some fast longer than others This means that in some countries, such as Norway, people can fast up to 20 hours a day this year. But is it all good for your health? You will be surprised when you learn what happens to your body when you fast for 30 days. Technically, your body does not enter a "fasting state" until about eight hours after your last meal. It's about the time your intestines finish absorbing the nutrients from food. Shortly after, our bodies turn to glucose stored in the liver and muscles. The goal: continue to provide energy. Once your glucose stores are depleted, while you continue your fast, fat becomes your next energy source. When the body starts to burn fat, it helps to lose weight, lower cholesterol, and lower the risk of diabetes. Your meals should contain reasonable proportions of "energy foods", such as carbohydrates and a little fat. It is important to have a balanced diet made up of nutrients, including protein, salts and water. In the third step, you should see an improvement in your mood as your body adapts to the fast. "Ramadan fasting, practiced correctly, should allow you to replenish your energy every day, which means that you could lose weight without your body burning precious muscle tissue '' concludes Doctor Mahroof. 1/3 بحاجة إلى أجوبة! عدنان رشيد في حوار مع مسيحي محترم الجزء الأول 2/3 بحاجة إلى أجوبة! عدنان رشيد في حوار مع مسيحي محترم الجزء الثاني

’ Fasting is the main weapon used by the preventive medicine; the scientists say that fasting gives us in days what medicine can give us in years and without any negative consequences. Because fasting enhances the performance of the entire body, treats the high levels of fats and makes the body get rid of the cholesterol especially if the fasting person used to practice some sportive exercises such as walking to the mosques Many studies confirm that fasting treats many heart diseases as frequent fasting makes heart more active and lives longer than hearts of the others, also fasting is a good treatment for Arteriosclerosis. How excellent it is if we used to hear the Qur’an during fasting as both together will produce a great healing effects and Allah Almighty says: (O you who believe! Observing As-Saum (the fasting) is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqun){Sûrat Al-Baqarah- The Cow-verse 183 }.

.. 15 of shaban qibla change in islam At the beginning of it Alqiblah in the past in the direction of Jerusalem (qibla prophets and messengers, including the Jews) But Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him wanted Alqibla In the direction of Kaaba Wants it and feels it Raises his head to the sky and look without saying anything So allah says in the Holy Qur'an (144) We have certainly seen the turning of your face, [O Muammad], toward the heaven, and We will surely turn you to a qiblah with which you will be pleased. So turn your face toward al-Masjid al-îar m. And wherever you [believers] are, turn your faces toward it [in prayer]. Indeed, those who have been given the Scripture well know that it is the truth from their Lord. And Allah is not unaware of what they do. This is from allah Transformation of all Muslims in the direction of the Kaaba immediately This demonstrates the obedience of slaves to allah Allah's Apostle prayed facing Baitul-Maqdis for sixteen or seventeen months but he loved to face the Ka'ba (at Mecca) so Allah revealed: "Verily, We have seen the turning of your face to the heaven!" (2:144) So the Prophet faced the Ka'ba and the fools amongst the people namely "the Jews" said, "What has turned them from their Qibla (Bait-ul-Maqdis) which they formerly observed"" (Allah revealed): "Say: 'To Allah belongs the East and the West. He guides whom he will to a straight path'." (2:142) A man prayed with the Prophet (facing the Ka'ba) and went out. He saw some of the Ansar praying the 'Asr prayer with their faces towards Bait-ul-Maqdis, he said, "I bear witness that I prayed with Allah's Apostle facing the Ka'ba." So all the people turned their faces towards the Ka'ba. Note that it says for 16 or 17 months (not 13 years or so when Islam was propagated). This was the second year of the prophet in Madina (2nd Hiji). This would mean the Masj-al-Aqsa qibla was specifically made Qibla in Madina after the prophet migrated ▶ القرآن هو المعجزة و دليل النبوة للدكتور ذاكر نايك - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xlRlpRRiTTE س11- لماذا تركعون للكعبة ان كنتم ضد عبادة الاصنام؟ - مفاهيم خاطئة عن الاسلام - د ذاكر نايك https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yO0JKkVJXwg ▶ بشرى مجيء النبي محمد في كتب الديانات السابقة لذاكر نايك - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RzvdSwXysR8 Change Of Qibla From Jerusalem To Kaaba By Nouman Ali https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpBKVSMOStc

Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: { Allah created one hundred (parts of mercy) and He distributed one amongst His creation and kept this one hundred excepting one with Himself (for the Day of Resurrection).} It was related by Tirmidhi Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor. I command you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, you will break it and if you leave it will remain crooked, so I command you to take care of the women." Narrated Abu Dhar (RAA) that he heard the Prophet (SAW) saying "If someone accuses another of Fusuq (by calling him Fasiq, a wicked person) or accuses him of Kufr (disbelief), such an accusation will revert to him (the accuser) if his companion (the accused) is innocent." Allah says in the Quran what means : {Glory be to Him Who made His servant to go on a night from the Sacred Mosque to the remote mosque of which We have blessed the precincts, so that We may show to him some of Our signs; surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing.} (Al-Israa' 17:1) There is no doubt that Al-Isra (the night journey) followed by Al-Miraj (the heavenly ascension) was one of the miracles in the life of our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). According to the most accepted view, it happened on the 27th of Rajab, the seventh month of the Hijri calendar, in the tenth year of Muhammad's prophethood. It is reported in Hadith literature, that the Messenger of Allah was carried from the Sacred Mosque in Makkah to the "Farthest Mosque" (Al-Masjid al-Aqsa) in Jerusalem on a creature called Al-Buraq in the company of the archangel Gabriel (peace be upon him). There he led a congregational prayer of the prophets of God. Then Gabriel took him to the heavens where he met the prophets Adam, John, Jesus, Idris, Aaron and Moses (peace be on them all). In the seventh heaven, he met Abraham (peace be on him). He was then brought to the Divine Presence. The details of this encounter are beautifully detailed in the beginning of surat An-Najm (52). The speed of the animal outweigh the aircraft This is different from human industries This is from Allah it's miracles like Stick of Moses, peace be upon him After all these matters took place with the Prophet, he returned to the city of Makkah. Some scholars said the Prophet's journey took about one-third of the night, i.e., his journey from Makkah to Jerusalem, then to the heavens and what is above them, and then back to Makkah The next day the Prophet told the people what happened to him the previous night. The blasphemers belied the Prophet and mocked him, saying, "We need a month to get there and back, and you are claiming to have done all this in one night?" They said to Abu Bakr, "Look at what your companion is saying. He says he went to Jerusalem and came back in one night." Abu Bakr told them, "If he said that, then he is truthful. I believe him concerning the news of the heavens--that an angel descends to him from the heavens. How could I not believe he went to Jerusalem and came back in a short period of time--when these are on earth?" At that, the Companion, Abu Bakr, was called "as-Siddiq"--because of how strongly he believed all what the Prophet said. The blasphemous people questioned the Prophet: "If you are truthful, then describe to us Masjid al-Aqsa and its surroundings." They asked this because they knew Prophet Muhammad had never been there before the previous night. Allah enabled the Messenger to see Masjid al-Aqsa, and he described the masjid and its surroundings in exact detail. Moreover, the Prophet said, "On my way back, I saw some of your shepherds grazing their animals in a particular location. They were searching for a camel they had lost." The Prophet continued by giving the description of the camel. When these shepherds came back, they told their people what happened to them--precisely as the Prophet had already told them. These blasphemers admitted the Prophet's description was exact. Despite that, They did accept Islam. Only those whom Allah willed to be guided, will be guided. The person whom Allah did not will to be guided, will not believe--regardless of how much explanation or how many proofs he is shown. The person whom Allah willed to be guided, surely he will be a believer. Narrated Jarir bin Abdullah al Bajali (may Allah be pleased with him) the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "He who is not merciful to others, will not be treated mercifully." Bukhari and Muslim ) Narrated by Abu Dawood (may Allah be pleased with him), said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: (The perfect believer is the one who loves for the sake of Allah, hate for the sake of Allah, gives for the sake of Allah and hold for the sake of Allah ), (Sahih Aj Jame' 5965). Narrated Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was neither a Fahish (one who speaks bad words to make people laugh), nor a Mutafahhish (never used bad language)." The Quran mentions phenomena that were unknown at the time. In fact, many were only recently discovered by modern science. Modern science confirms 1400 year old revelations from the Koran. Fourteen centuries ago, our example this elusive knowledge about the universe already surrendered: -The long genesis of the universe: Quote: "We created the heavens and the earth and what is created in six days between the two ..." (50:38) Big Bang: Quote: "Do not the unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were a cohesive mass? We have them then separated and We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?" (21:30) -The smoke-like mass from which the heavens and the earth were created: Quote: "Then He turned to the sky was smoke and He said to it and to the earth: 'Come willingly or unwillingly." They both said: "We come willingly" (41:11) -The choke points causing ripple universe: Quote: "Heaven, we have built it with power. Truly, we extend him" (51:47) -Celestial bodies with their own jobs: Quote: "In heaven with his job!" (51:7) "It did not fit the sun to reach the moon and the night he catches the day. They float each in an orbit. "(36:40) "He made for you the sun and the moon subservient in their regular course and He made for you night and day subservient." (14:33) "And He it is Who has created the night and the day, the sun and the moon created. They float each in an orbit." (21:33) -Iron is taken from the space: Quote: "And We have sent Our messengers sent with clear proofs, and We have the book and the balance sent down with them, so that people keep justice alive. And We have sent down iron. It has great strength and a lot of utility for people .. . " (57:25) -For life requires water: Quote: "... And we have already made the living water. Will they not then believe?" (21:30) -The atmosphere protection: Quote: "And we have made the sky a protective roof. Yet they turn away from His signs off." (21:31) -For example, God describes the stages of human development in the womb: We created man from an essence of clay, then We placed him as a drop of fluid in a safe place, then We made that drop into a clinging form, and We made that form into a lump of flesh, and We made that lump into bones, and We clothed those bones with flesh, and later We made him into other forms –– glory be to God, the best of creators! (Quran, 23:12-14) Professor Keith Moore, a prominent scientist of anatomy and embryology at the University of Toronto, Canada, has stated, “It has been a great pleasure for me to help clarify statements in the Quran about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God … because almost all of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later.” -The Quran also describes the expansion of the universe: “And it is We who have built the universe with (Our creative) power; and verily, it is We who are steadily expanding it” (51:47). It was not until 1925, when Edwin Hubble provided evidence of receding galaxies, that the expanding universe came to be accepted as a scientific fact. Professor Alfred Kroner, a world-famous geologist, explained: “Thinking about many of these questions and thinking where Muhammad came from, he was after all a Bedouin, I think it is almost impossible that he could have known about things like the common origin of the universe, because scientists have only found out within the last few years with very complicated and advanced technological methods that this is the case.” 1/2الطلاق بين الإسلام والمسيحية! عدنان رشيد في حوار مع ليزي الجزء الأول https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wLDolhPw74A 2/2الطلاق بين الإسلام والمسيحية! عدنان رشيد في حوار مع ليزي الجزء الثاني https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KUbh9EWNIk

A person born Christian or Jewish What will God do with him? Above all, we know that Allah is good and loves kindness in all things; He is the most gracious, the most merciful, of a vast mercy which is greater than his anger and revenge, as it is said in the hadith of Abu Hurayrah (peace be upon him) according to which the Prophet (peace be upon him) ) said: “Allah wrote a decree before creating the universe (saying); My mercy prevails over My anger, and it is written with Him above the Throne. »Reported by al-Bukhaari (7554). A distinction is made between one who imitated his ancestors even if he knows the truth, and one who imitated his ancestors and had no way of knowing the truth. Both categories exist, 1-therefore he who knew the truth and turned away from it is negligent and has no excuse before Allah. 2-Those who wanted advice and sought it but could not find it because there was no one to guide them. They are the same decision as those who lived in the intervals between the prophets and those whom the calling did not reach. As for those who were unable to ask and learn, and had no way of knowing the truth, Allah will judge between his slaves on the day of the resurrection by his wisdom and his righteousness, and he will not punish anyone except those against whom proof is established by means of the messengers. This matter is clear and final. those whom the call of Islam has not reached and against whom no evidence has been established through the Messengers, they will be tested on the Day of Resurrection. A messenger will be sent to them there, and those who obey him will enter heaven and those who disobey him will enter hell, Beware of neglecting this principle even for a moment, so beware of discussing the divine decree before understanding it. You must understand that the divine decree is like the sun; when you believe in it and You won't give up on that , based on the Qur'an and Sunnah, aYour mind will feel comfortable, like one who walks in the light of day . God will test his creation as he pleases God who created you and created the universe for you And you don't thank God! You must use your mind to choose the right religion And you're alive before it's too late Many people have embraced Islam missionaries, celebrities and footballers They studied and learned everything about Islam May allah guide you to the right path منصور يشرح الإسلام لفتاة مسيحية https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Thtv_Bq4G0w حارس سجن غوانتانامو الأمريكي يعتنق الإسلام بعد أن رأى المسلمين يؤدون الصلاة رغم ظروف السجن الصعبة https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCh87_q2fjc
