A large group outside of Acme Pizza on Beaver Avenue is nothing new on Saturday nights. But what makes this weekend special is that 15 people were arrested, including Martin Austermuhle, an Undergraduate Student Government town senator. Martin and I have shared the pleasure of knowing each other through our studies as international politics majors. We both have studied in the same lectures and have often debated one another, both on and off campus. As members of the Penn State United Nations organization, we have come to appreciate each other's different political and societal views concerning the present and future of our globalized world. Martin and I even joked around on Allen Street a couple of weeks ago when the NGA Conference was being held here in State College. I cast my ballot for him and believe his representation to be true and just. However, following his arrest stemming from the events earlier in the week, I feel he has embarrassed the University, the town of State College and most especially the Penn State student body, which has voted him into his current position. I can assure you that Martin has no idea who I am. I have never had a correspondance with him, so I know you are lying about much of the rest of what you say in your post. With respect to the "smear campaign"...I have asked you a number of times to demonstrate where anything I have ever posted is a lie. All of my posts are links as proof of my information, or generally factual posts to counter your lies and half-truths. If you were to tell the truth and make cohesive, logical arguments, you probably wouldn't hear from me. You have never responded to any of my posts with actual proof of any of your claims. The fact that you continue to use a proxy IP address, post under aliases, and generally tell massive lies, spread via email (your claim) and posted throughout the internet (proveable) tells me that this behavior won't change. As for your claims about Austermuhle, your statement makes no sense. Everything said herein is true with the execption that it appears that Austermuhle was arrested for failure to dispurse but the Pennyslvania State Police who keep all official records has erred by adding that someone made a racial slur which may have been what triggered the riot, others the police spoke too said it was Austermuhle but never proven and I can see why Rees and/or his kids would take advantage of what is in the reports. As for Austermuhle, what I said was that he was arrested as Rees claims but Rees was only seizing on an error in the record and not what was correct.
