As you may all know the market for Certified Public Accountants and audit professionals is red hot and very competitive. I work for Navigant Consulting, Inc. - we specialize in providing Dispute, Financial, Regulatory and Operational advisory services to mid-sized to Fortune 100 companies, govt agencies and their legal counsel. Navigant is in a tremendous state of growth and I'm looking for CPA / audit professionals in the Metro DC area. I need some advice on recruiting strategies to attract the top talent to my firm.
