British pounds) including spaces TAT 30 days Working days 22 days Excluding Saturday and Sunday Commercial data Through CD/ FTP (FTP provided by parent company and CD by principal consultant) 1 Unit 100 seats Accuracy 99% Rework 2 times Payment security International PDC from parent company Duration Of the Project 18 Months Consultancy charges 3,50,000(Three Lacs fifty thousands) to the Indian company in the form of a bank guarantee encashable after issuance of PDC. Business procurement fee 2,00,000 (Two lac) to the parent company at the time of sign up in UK. Refundable after completion of work Service charges 1.5% of the billing from every months till the end of contract. PDC value 18 nos. of PDC with dates as of every month Cheque value 1,04,500 GBP for 1 month S.L.A.
