Luke_Wilbur Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 The two men vying for Ukraine's presidency have hammered out a truce of sorts, in a deal that will see the opposition lift the blockade that has paralyzed government since the disputed vote. Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych and opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko reached the agreement on Wednesday, after sitting down for talks mediated by the country's outgoing leader and a handful of European officials.
