We are Russian, but the cookie could be of Slavic origins. The recipe is mainly made up of egg whites, flour, and nutmeg...almost a different take on biscotti. Does anyone know the true name of this cookie? The recipe has been passed on through generations and the exact name has been lost. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
