With DC having a gay mayor, 10 of its 13 city council members being either gay, lesbian or bisexual, why not add the frosting to this fruit cake by electing Phil Pannell as our shadow U.S. Senator?

 

Is it any wonder DC is the laughing stock of America and Congress gives us lip service for a vote or statehood.
