Psycho Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 NATIONAL NIGHT OUT 2008 On one night every year the police are out in force with the citizen to highlight their concerns about crime in the community which has come to be know as National Night Out, it was hard to find a single police officer in twenty two (22) highly populated areas of DC where crime is higher than the norm. While the police were holding mini cook-outs in locations nearest their district headquarters, the crooks were ram-sacking people's homes and still making their drug deals.
