Psycho Posted July 17, 2008 Report Share Posted July 17, 2008 THOSE LAZY BASTARDS AT THE DC CITY COUNCIL "This" DC City Council since 2007 is the biggest bunch of lazy bastards since the inception of "Home Rule" in that they know what the problems are, ignore them for the most part and only act when tragedy or circumstances forces them too. Unfortunately the situation with the Council is made worse by voters who do not care, who made serious mistakes in whom they elected, and the problems are exacerbated by a mayor who is misguided, misinformed, stupid and out to enrich himself and his friends while "this" Council sits in fear of him and act accordingly.
