Today, DC Mayor Adrian Fenty using the DC Police Department threatened to arrest anyone who communicates a disagreement with his office based upon his policies or behavior. A letter to the US Attorney seeking intervention into this abuse of the DC police by the mayor to deny a constitutional right has been lodged.
