Bowser the ward 4 DC City Council candidate that she might be registered to vote both in the District of Columbia and Maryland as well as driving around with a Maryland drivers' license!!!! Name: Muriel E. Bowser DOB 08/02/1972 Voter ID No. 245517 Date of Registration 11/07/2000 Current Status Active Place of Registration MD MVA As a matter of law, no person can be registered to vote in more than one place at a time.
