REES HAS WITHDRAWN FROM THE WARD 3 RACE As everybody knows, today was the deadline for all candidates to file their financial affairs forms if they intend to go forward with a campaign. All candidates for ward 3 did except Rees but chose to withdraw without explanation. Do not take my word for it but go look at the official reports from the DC Office of Campaign Finance!
