The line of action of Lord in Human form People often say that if we worship Lord Datta (the Lord in human form), He gives troubles to us. Yes, it is true. But, if you know what is really happening, you will jump and fall at the feet of Lord Datta. Do you know what is He actually doing? He drags all the results that you were going to receive in the future, to the present. Then He undergoes 90% of those punishments on His human body. You have to receive only 10% of the results of your sins. Since you have committed the sins in the past, you have to undergo atleast a little of it; it is only minimum justice. You are paying only 10% now while 100% of your sins are getting cleared. Thus your future life is cleared of all results of sins and remains full of happiness. The pain of the operation performed by the doctor is temporary and you are going to enjoy a happy life in the future since the disease is fully cured. “Dattam Chhinnam” means “Datta cuts”. What does this mean? It means that He operates upon you and removes your sins completely. He clears all your future debts. He pays 90% and makes you pay only 10%. However, you do not understand this and take the 10% paid by you as a loss given to you by Lord Datta. To clear this misunderstanding, you may think, “Why does Datta not clearly reveal the facts?” But no; He will not reveal this secret. If He were to reveal it, everyone would naturally love Him and such a love is not true love. If someone benefits you and therefore you love him, it is but natural. But if someone is troubling you and you are still able to love him, then that is real love; e.g. the love shown by you for your troublesome son. So, Lord Datta appears as if He is troubling you. Although He is really helping you, He hides this fact. This is called “The Test of Datta (Datta Pariksha)”. A doctor comes with a knife to cut open your stomach and remove your ulcer. Do you mistake him to be a murderer? Lord Datta will not reveal the truth to you so that He can see whether you have real confidence in Him or not. Your faith and love for Him must be to such a level that you should think, “Even if He murders me, I will gladly die, because how sweet it is to die at His hands!” Bhishma thought similarly, when Lord Datta in the form of Krishna, rushed towards him to kill him in the battle of Mahabharata. So, worship Lord Datta, even if He gives troubles, because, they will give you permanent happiness like the operation done by a doctor. Like a doctor, Lord Datta, always sees your welfare only.

Human form of God is recognized after His death only The Gita clearly says that God comes in the form of a human being (Manushiim…). But the serious objection to the human incarnation is that if there were only one human incarnation like Krishna, only one human generation would be blessed [to be in contact with Him] and therefore God must be partial. To avoid this blame, Krishna said that He would come again and again (Yadayadahi…). But the same human body of Krishna is not seen again and again. This means that God is beyond the human body and hence God is beyond this entire creation. God takes a fresh human body every time, just like the soul. The human body is only a shirt, which can be changed often (Vasamsi...Gita). Unfortunately, human beings, due to the repulsion between common items, neglect God in the human body. Human beings do not recognize God existing in a particular human body and treat that particular human body as only an ordinary human being (Parambhavamajananto…Gita). As long as the human incarnation is alive, no human being recognizes Him; but people recognize Him after His exit.

Removing Repulsion of Common Medium God exists in the same medium as that of the soul for the sake of the soul so that He can preach to the soul and the soul can fully experience and fully serve God with full satisfaction. The soul is present in the human body on this earth and is present in an energetic body in the upper world. Therefore, God exists only in these two media. One is the human form on this earth and the other is the energetic form in the upper world. The soul also enters the births of plants and stones (Sthavara), but there is no need for God to enter such inert media because neither knowledge nor service with satisfaction is possible in such media of plants and stones. Therefore, God does not enter the common medium for the sake of plants and stones. For the same reason God does not enter the bodies of animals and birds also, since knowledge is not possible for them. God may enter the body of an animal like a fish, tortoise etc., just for a very short time to kill some demons or to do some work that is suitable only to such a body. Such forms are not for giving knowledge and receiving the service of the soul. The soul should accept God in the common medium and get guidance and further get the satisfaction of serving God, whether the soul is on earth or in the upper world. For this, the soul should first conquer its ego and jealousy towards the common medium. If the soul misses God in the common medium in this earth, it will also miss God in the common medium in the upper world (Ihachet Avedit…Veda).

Does destiny of every soul written by god? O Learned And Devoted Servants of God, It is a misunderstanding that the life history of every soul is written by God or destiny. God is certainly the creator of this whole world like the builder of the stage and the supplier of dress for a drama. He is responsible up to this level only. The story, dialogues and actions are written by the created self only. The self is pure awareness and is called as causal body, but is composed of several types of vibrations which are the feelings or thoughts or qualities. The various types result due to various mixing proportions of Sattvam, Rajas and Tamas. Some of these thoughts have become very strong since from several millions of births. Such solidified thoughts are like hard diamonds. The bundle of such diamonds is called as the subtle body. The soul writes its own story of drama based on the directions of these diamonds (Samskaras or Vasanas). Thus, in that way, these diamonds can be treated as destiny. But this destiny has nothing to do with God. The soul itself created its own destiny. Therefore, the theme of the drama will be uniform in any number of births of that soul. How to change these diamonds? You can change the destiny. The only way is to cut these diamonds by divine diamonds which come out from the preaching of divine knowledge by God through human form called as Satguru. The Gita says clearly that God has not created anything and only the nature of the soul, which is bundle of these diamonds, decides the theme of the life of any soul here (Svabhavastu Pravartate). When the God enters this world in human form, then only God writes His own program which is the story of His divine play. The Gita says that if you recognize such human incarnation and His divine mission, you will be liberated through your participation (Janama Karmacha Me Divyam…).

Pleasing the God in His divine mission should be your ultimate aim Pleasing the God in His divine mission should be your ultimate aim. To serve Him in His divine mission, you need the basic requirements like food, shelter etc. For that you need a job if you do not have sufficient support. Today the householders are not respecting the real monk because several mockers are there in the dress of monk. You must study well to secure a job. For all this, your life should exist and therefore, you should never think of the suicide under any circumstances. If you are turned to ultimate aim, all your problems will be solved by God. You must have full faith in Him and infinite patience because God always has a special style of helping His devotee through an unimaginable way and that too in the last fraction of the last second. Your faith should not vibrate even if that last fraction of last second has also gone, because He can change the past, present and future in any way. He can take the present into past, past into present, future into present and future into the past. For God, after all, the time is also a relative reality like space. For some, the ultimate aim is the pleasure of the self or pleasure of the family. A person who aims at the self-pleasure is worst. A person who sacrifices his pleasure for the sake of the family is a better soul because the concept of sacrifice has started in it. But such soul should analyze and realize that the other souls will not even recognize it after leaving these gross bodies here. Thus, the ultimate aim should be divine, aiming at the God.

Vision from God in human form? People want visions from the human incarnation as a proof of its divinity. They think that giving vision is just like switching on the T.V [Television]. The vision is given on the decision of God. If you are really a ripened soul in all the angles and if the vision is only the deficiency, certainly the vision is given by God in a spontaneous way. The estimation of the ripened state is done by God and not by yourself. There is no use of giving vision to unripe souls. If it is given they will treat it as illusion and neglect. When Lord gave the vision of Vishwaroopam, Kauravas neglected it as illusion. Dhrutarashtra was also blessed with vision that has very much excited him during the vision and he praised the Lord. But after the vision, he gained his original nature and became curved like a dog tail.

Knowledge from the Sadguru The Sadguru (teacher of true knowledge of God, who is also a human incarnation of God) gives the right knowledge, even without your service. You can serve Him only when you are convinced. Your service to Him will help Him help others. Infact a Sadguru does not need your service because He is God Himself. He can help others by His own powers. But you will not get the right benefit from Him, because you did not show gratefulness to Him. Suppose a doctor gives you medicines for some illness without asking for fees and you get cured. If you do not pay his fees due to your greediness, even though you are capable of paying, you will die with a new disease. So, only for your own safety, the Sadguru advises you to participate in service.

The spiritual meal Your prayers and meditation are of no use, without service. Your prayers and meditation are like pickles (side items). They are to be served in the plate with the bread or rice (main item), which is service. Prayers and meditation without service is like serving pickles without bread or rice. You are offering the plate with mere pickles as meals for God. When God eats only the pickles, His stomach burns (due to the spicy pickles) and He will be furious with you. Even if pickles were absent, the rice or chapatti (bread) could be eaten by itself. Hanuman, participated in the work of God, and did prayers and meditation as well. That is like a plate with a full meal, which consists of service as well as prayer and meditation. I am only saying that prayer and meditation should be associated with service. If you are unable to do prayers and meditation, you need not bother. You can do service alone. God will bless you. How to control bad qualities It is foolish to think to get rid of the bad qualities completely. By spiritual efforts, you can control these bad qualities (Rajas and Tamas) to certain extent and this is also essential because uncontrolled bad qualities disturb the balance of the society. In such case God will punish them. Control is possible but complete eradication is impossible in the case of these bad qualities. Control is boasted as eradication. Therefore, after achieving the control by the detachment from the worldly bonds, these qualities remaining in the soul should be diverted towards the Lord. The Lord is pleased by the basic love existing in these qualities. The selfless love is like sweet milk and the bad quality is like a ceramic cup. The selfish love is like salt water and the good quality is like a golden cup. The milk is paid but not the golden cup. The sage Shuka says that if the devotion exists, the nature of the quality is not important at all. This was the answer given by the sage to Parikshit in this context (Jarabuddhyapi…., Kimutadhokshajapriyah…Bhagavatam). Here you must be very careful to understand that the already existing sin is diverted by the Lord and the Lord did not generate the sin. Wealth from waste means extraction of wealth from the existing waste. It does not mean that to extract wealth, waste must be created! Similarly, you can explain the non-vegetarian food of Jesus. People cannot be controlled to avoid the non-vegetarian food. It is already existing which is uncontrollable. Jesus tried to divert this at least towards the God. He advised that one should thank God for providing such non-vegetarian food instead of taking it directly. He showed the dry fish to God with gratefulness. Veda says that you should offer the flesh of the killed animal to God in the sacrifice (Yajna). This does not mean that Veda is asking you to kill the animal. Anyway you are going to kill the animal to eat it and you cannot be controlled under any circumstances. In such case, Veda says that you should offer the flesh to God and eat it. Shankara says that the scripture is based on the existing nature of the human being and is not generating the same nature (Jnapakam Natu Karakam). Even if Krishna did not exist, such nature is existing in Kali Yuga. Even if Jesus did not exist, such non-vegetarian habit exists in the world. God comes through a medium having the same common qualities of human beings to be close with them. By such common qualities, the Lord encourages them also to have a straight path to God from their qualities without any change. If such encouragement is not given, the sinners will go deeply in the path of sins only, since the path to God is opposite to the sin (Apichet Sa Duracharah, Apichedasi Papebhyah, Sarva Dharman –Gita). God competes with justice to test you God competes with justice, - when God is voted against justice, The devotee wins the test – provided justice was highest for him. In ancient times for all people – justice was having highest place. Today justice is defeated even - for little money in corruption. Today if justice is to be sacrificed – for the sake of God, Everybody will pass the test, - salvation becomes the cheapest! Only to test the love of a devotee, - God competes with justice, Devotee never understands background, - Vote for God Should come only on the basis of – such ignorance only. Once the vote goes to God, - God reveals the background. He will clearly establish that – your vote was for justice only. He proves that He is always – the protector of justice only. Shankara voted for God – by leaving His mother for Divine mission. It appears as if justice is violated, - but deep analysis shows that If God is not voted before mother, - actually that would be real sin. Only due to ignorance of knowledge – of God, one votes mother. In fact God is the real mother – for creating the eternal soul itself. Mother creates only the gross body – that is perishable in this life. Soul is constant, even gross body – is created by God only since The five elements of the gross body – are created by God only. The food given to the mother – to prepare your gross body in womb Is given by God and it is – assimilated by the will of God only. On analysis finally you will find – the mother completely disappearing. Only God remains as the sole mother, - knowledge reveals the truth. You are treating this mother as – the mother in ignorance only. Shankara got full knowledge and knows – the truth in absolute sense. Hence He left the old mother – not having any other assistance, Abandoned by relatives, it appears – as climax of injustice. But not leaving mother for God’s work – becomes climax of ignorance. Climax of injustice is the result of – climax of ignorance when Pravrutti Competes with Nivrutti, - this should not be within Pravrutti. If Shankara left mother – falling in love with some girl, the same is Climax of ignorance as well as – climax of injustice. The concepts of Nivrutti – should not be brought into Pravrutti. Gita says that ignorant demons – do not isolate Pravrutti and Nivrutti. Mother disappeared before God, - But not before the girl. Gratefulness to the helper is – the greatest justice in ethics. Shastra says that every sin has got – expiation but not ungratefulness, From this point, before God – no soul can stand anywhere near. Hence if mother is voted against God, - it will be highest sin. In fact the mother also got salvation – due to work of Shankara. One should have ‘I’ when sacrificing to God Unless you feel ‘my’ and sacrifice it, - it is not a real sacrifice at all Ahamkara (EGO) has two senses, - in basic sense, it is simply the ‘I’ It is pride in its extended sense – of ignorance and this is bad. The basic sense should never be – destroyed as in deep sleep. If you say that you helped someone – by grace of God, it is basic sense. If you boast yourself for helping him, - it is pride and it is only bad. Ego in basic sense should not be – dissolved unless in the time of rest. ‘I’ and ‘my’ are essential in Divine play, - when you surrender yourself To God totally, the “I” should remain, - it is not a state of deep sleep. You are serving God retaining ‘I’, - even though I is totally surrendered. Unless you feel ‘my’ and sacrifice it, - it is not a real sacrifice at all. Unless you feel that the money – given by God is your money really, Your sacrifice is not true, - if you know that it is the money of God, You feel like returning His money, - there is no sacrifice in it. When you sacrifice your money – to your child, you feel it as Your money only, here sacrifice – becomes real and love is real. For such real devotion ‘My’ should be – retained with ignorance. The real test of your love to God – is based on this ignorance only. God covers you with ignorance and – retains your ‘I’ and ‘My’ so that You feel sacrifice of love really and – God also covers Himself with Ignorance so that He also feels – that you sacrificed your money and Not returning of His own money, - then only real feeling of love exists. God is not in need of any forced love – collected by cutting bonds with effort Nivrutti means detachment from – all the worldly bonds with inert things And living beings and diverting – the love from all the bonds to God only. But there is one condition, that is, - the detachment should not be by effort. The detachment should be spontaneous – due to natural attraction to God. God is not in need of any forced love – collected by cutting bonds with effort. When the spontaneous love on God - is ready, there is second condition. It is that your spontaneous love on God – should withstand tests from God. God starts keeping neutral to you – or refuses by insulting it severely. If your spontaneous love withstands – all His opposing forces, then only God admits you in His family of – liberated souls forever, hence effort is only To develop devotion to God by – attaining more and more knowledge of God. Detachment from bonds should be – spontaneous due to your devotion. The devotion diverts you from – worldly bonds simultaneously as it grows. First of all, develop the value to God, - the value should be the highest. Now you can approach God in human form – for proving your value to God. First you must prepare well in the subject – and then only appear for the On line examination, the test and result – take very little time only. Sages developed value to God – through improving knowledge of God For millions of births and – this was the real penance or attraction to God. They constantly performed Jnana Yajna – by which devotion improved Proportionally and devotion increases – the value to God proportionally. When their devotion was full – due to knowledge from millions of births, Then their test was just a few – years of a single birth in Brundavanam. At the end of that birth, they were – given highest fruit, Goloka by God. Remember that they never knew – that they will get that fruit after death. Their aspiration was only to be – with the Lord serving Him through dance. Without total – sacrifice, how God can be pleased by you? In Nivrutti God is the only aim, - In Pravrutti your happiness is the aim And God is only instrument to – achieve the happiness and is secondary. For Pravrutti there is no need of – human form of God, the power of God Is pervading all over the world, - you can pray in any way and get benefit. You can serve statue or pray – formless God, God’s power responds to you. Only for Nivrutti, human incarnation – is very much essential from beginning. You think that God needs certain – specific number of liberated souls In every year through Nivrutti, - otherwise God’s post is not retained! You think that you will demand – God for all facilities in Nivrutti also Since God has to save His post, - God’s value must be realized fully. A sage was doing penance for – Nivrutti and a mad devotee is dancing, Both asked sage Narada to – ask God for the time of their future salvation. Narada came back and told – the sage that salvation comes in four births, He told the devotee that – salvation for him takes millions of births. The sage became impatient, but – the devotee danced with happiness Shouting that he gets salvation – so quickly, immediately God said that The devotee is liberated at once – and not the sage, what is this? It means that the devotee understood – the real value of God, where as The sage under estimated the value – of God and hence God’s reaction. If the value of God is not properly – understood, you will have all sorts of Fear and tension, without total – sacrifice, how God can be pleased by you? Total sacrifice or surrender should be – also natural but not by any effort. Hanuman and sages understood the – real value of God first and then only Reached the human form of God, - to serve Him and sacrifice to Him totally. The fruit was not in their view, - the fruit that was aspired by them was only Continuation of their service to Him, - more than that, it was only God’s will. Truth is very pungent but Nivrutti – is always based on absolute truth only. www.universal-spirituality.org

Worship and service to Lord should be without any expectation When you worship the Lord you should not aspire for any fruit in return. Some people sacrifice work and money but they aspire for some fruit in return. Such a service is again a waste. If you do Nishkama Karma Yoga, which is the service to the Lord without expecting anything from the Lord, then alone will the Lord come in human form and suffer for your sins. Then alone can you get rid of your sins. Other than this one path there is no alternative. Either you have to pay or your father (the Lord in human form) has to pay the fine for your sins. If you pester the Lord through the present rituals and methods of worship, the Lord will only make rearrangements to your file of Karma. He will bring the good results, which you were supposed to enjoy in your next birth, to the present. However this rearrangement will lead to a loss in value as in case of a premature encashment of deposits. You do not know this secret and you think that you have flattered the Lord and got rid of your sins. What you do not know is that your present sins are thrown to next birth with increased interest. Your future life cycle will be full of miseries from birth to death due to such interference. Therefore the Lord is cleverer than you when you adopt the ways of business with Him. • What is the aim of the birth of every soul? A) A soul is the part of creation. Veda says that the world is created for the entertainment of God only. Therefore, every soul should realize that its existence and life are for the pleasure of God only and not for the pleasure of one’s own self or his family. • Can we take all the human beings to be born with some purpose? A) As long as the human being thinks that the birth and the life is meant for the pleasure of one’s own self or its family, till then the life has no purpose. The reason is that as told above. The real aim of life is only to please the Lord. Therefore, the life of such human being which thinks that the ultimate aim is only to please the Lord alone has the purpose of birth.

• What are the duties of the human being? The only duty of human being is the service to Lord. But, for the service, the maintenance of the body and family is essential. Therefore, the duties related to such maintenance are also part and parcel of the main divine duty. • For which purpose Worship, service and praising are done? All these are done only to please the Lord. Praising is like giving dinking water. Service is like offering meals. Both these are called as worship. • What is the reason for these atrocities in the world? A) The only reason is not having the contact with God through Satsanga that imparts the divine knowledge in the human being. • Why God is tolerating the dictatorship of some people? A) In the creation every incident is the result of the three dimensional network of action, time, fruit etc., You do not know the incidents of the previous birth. The person who tortured somebody is now born as the sufferer. You see this birth only and pity that soul. In the creation of God no injustice will take place and nobody will escape. Hence, the omniscient God keeps silent. The soul with limited knowledge talks all sorts of things.

• Why the present rulers are not following the rule when they punish the innocent people? A) Again you are committing the mistake to think that the punished person is innocent. The innocence cannot be judged by either you or present ruler. Not only in the previous birth even in this birth he committed several sins which are not only known to you or even to himself. Therefore, the real judgment is given by God. The judge may give a wrong judgment. He gave like that because his enquiry is guided by God. You are criticizing the judge. The judgment given by him by mistake is correct because it is given by God. Anybody in this world who harms you is just instrumental. Without the enquiry and decision of God nothing will happen in this world. The God is punishing not with revenge but to transform the soul. This entire system of Universe is created and run by God only. • What is the essence of justice? A) Justice is the divine system created by God, to maintain the balance of the society so that the spiritual aspirants can do their efforts with peace. The justice is related to your colleague soul. The essence of Dharma is not to hurt anyone in anyway because the law and order is in the hands of God. At least you should not harm any devotee. But punishing the students for their welfare is exempted because the welfare of the student is the main aim. • What is injustice and immorality? what is the punishment for this? A) You may hurt your colleague souls in several ways. All these ways are injustice and immorality. For example by corruption you are hurting your colleague souls. At least you are not exempting the poor and devoted people. If you do corruption in the case of unjust rich people, you should spend it for divine purpose. If you spend it for your self or for your family, all of you will be completely destroyed.

During the propagation of God’s knowledge in the world, sometimes opposition comes up. How should we respond to this? Ans. Even God keeps silent to such opposition and therefore you need not bother about that issue. The teacher knows that a particular student will not pass even if he is taught. But the student will blame the teacher that he failed only because the teacher did not teach him. To avoid this unnecessary blame only, the teacher teaches all the students in the class. Similarly God likes to propagate His divine knowledge to the entire humanity so that no soul should blame Him in the final enquiry. You are serving God in the propagation of the divine knowledge so that no soul blames Him later on. Your responsibility ends with the propagation and in fact the responsibility of God also ends with that. The propagation of divine knowledge of Jesus is a failure if you limit the program to the span of His life only. It became tremendously successful if you consider the period extended to the present day. Therefore the failure and success cannot be decided by a short span of time. Why I become angry in propagation of knowledge when some one opposes it? Ans) You need not become angry with the opponents who argue with you because the opponent approaches you by the will of God to open a new dimension through arguments. You must always thank the opponent in the name of God. Even if a person refused your knowledge and goes away due to injected rigid conservative tradition of blind elders, you should pity him since he is abandoned as a condemned soul forever. The doctor should pity on the patient whose disease could not be cured by his long intensive treatment. But, remember one point, if your knowledge contains absolute truth, it has entered his soul and will grind the ignorance of the soul like a rat drilling even a mountain. The drilling may be slow but the mountain is going to be powdered one day or other. That is the power of the truth. When all the ignorance of the soul is powdered, he cannot bare the rat anymore and will transfer the rat in to other souls. Hence, the truth has the tremendous power of propagation by virtue of itself. You are only taking the opportunity to serve the mission of God and get His grace on you by doing the propagation of this divine knowledge. Even without all of you, this divine knowledge of God will spread by itself. Monkeys ( who helped Lord Rama) were given opportunity to participate in the service of Lord for their divine benefit only. Even without the monkeys, the work of Rama could have been completed.

Is Wealth Transferrable to Upper World? All the wealth in this world belongs to God alone. God tests your mentality and you have to leave this world after sometime with the certificate of your mentality. You cannot carry on a single paisa that you have earned. If the wealth earned by you were really yours, the divine justice would have made an arrangement to carry over your earnings to the upper world. The absence of such an arrangement clearly proves that your earnings do not belong to you. God will never do injustice in His administration. The human government has made arrangements to transfer your money to foreign countries through the foreign exchange system. Here the government of human authorities cannot own your earnings either and therefore such exchange system is arranged by the will of God alone. Human justice need not be violated in the divine justice if it is correct according to the divine administration also. Human justice may go wrong but the divine administration will never go wrong. Therefore, the absence of such an exchange system to the upper world clearly shows that the arrangement is not done since it is not at all justified. The ignorance of owning wealth is the HIV virus in the spiritual path. This attraction to wealth is mostly based on the bond with children, which also leads to the process of corruption and finally to hell.

The anxiety for wealth People are dying day and night to earn wealth. They worship God intensively for earning more and more wealth and there is no end to this. The anxiety for wealth can be compared to the anxiety of a person to come out of the water when he is being drowned in a lake by force. God has arranged for the basic needs of every soul; even for an atheist. Even the human government arranges for the basic needs of criminals in the prison. Then how can one doubt about the divine government like this? The desire for wealth is never satisfied and infact it grows more and more as wealth grows. The fire grows more and more as ghee [clarified butter] is poured in it (Na Kamah…).

The purest and highest devotion You must serve and love God without aspiring for anything in return from Him. This is pure love. Your aspiration is impurity and your selfishness is the bad smell by which the Lord gets repelled. If you serve the Lord without aspiring for anything in return, such love is the purest and highest devotion. The Lord is fully pleased with such devotion alone and He will do anything or will go to any extent for you. This can be understood from the world itself. To learn philosophy, the world gives the real picture. Books may contain faulty knowledge, but the world contains only the truth. To know whether the concept in the book is right or not you must refer to the world. This first authority for any knowledge is the Scripture; the second authority is logic. Logic is more important than scripture because you should decide the validity of a concept in the scripture by logic alone. The third authority is experience in the world, which is the top most authority. Any concept in the scripture should be discussed with logic and finally approved only through its experience in the world. These three authorities are called Shruti (scripture), Yukti (logic) and Anubhava (experience in the world). So the purest love can be seen in the world. Suppose somebody loves and serves you without aspiring for anything in return and his love is pure by all your tests, you imagine how much you are pleased! You will do anything for him. It applies to God also. If you serve Him without aspiring for anything in return from Him, and if your pure love passes all his severe tests, He will do anything for your sake. Love is proved only through service. Mere words and feelings are of no use. Service can be associated with words and feelings, like a plate of rice is associated with curry and pickles.

Analyse the deservingness before doing charity Lord Jesus says that there are four types of beggars to whom you can offer food. They are children, very old people, diseased and people who have lost their limbs. Except for these four types, food should not be offered to beggars who are capable of doing work. For such beggars you can help by showing how to find work. So a lot of analysis is needed whenever you are doing charity. By your charity if somebody gains strength and does a sin, you have to share that sin. If you give milk to a snake with pity it will bite you and others. So you have to analyze and use a lot of discrimination in doing charity because you may be purchasing sin. Therefore you must take the help of Sadguru in doing charity. You pity a beggar but he is a sinner punished by God for his previous sin. Your pity and charity to Him may annoy God because God wants to punish him and you are obstructing his punishment. Such a fellow may do sins again due to the effect of his previous mentality. In such a case you will be sharing his sin. The beggars also adopt certain cheating methods.So before doing charity you should spend sometime in analyzing the case history of the beggar. Instead of giving Re 1 to ten beggars by giving ten paise each, spend sometime in the analysis and give a rupee to the deserving beggar. Such charity brings lot of good results to you.
