Psycho Posted August 26, 2008 Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 ELECT PHIL PANNELL TO THE US SENATE With DC having a gay mayor, 10 of its 13 city council members being either gay, lesbian or bisexual, why not add the frosting to this fruit cake by electing Phil Pannell as our shadow U.S. Senator? If so he has some off the wall ideas.
