DC DEEP THROAT Posted February 25, 2006 Report Posted February 25, 2006 (edited) FENTY'S own January 31, 2006, filing with the OCF shows that Sam Brooks never worked for TEAM FENTY but FENTY list him as an outside vendor who worked on a few projects, was made three payments but never was BROOKS an inside worker for FENTY. I cannot speak for the relationship between Sam Brooks and Adrian Fenty's campaign, but if Brooks was getting paid by the campaign as a contractor, how is that different than IDC getting paid by PG County Hospital? Just wondering. B.
