sophia Posted September 25, 2005 Report Posted September 25, 2005 Hi the answer is yes! you do need to be licensed for more than one reason. if you are cutting the hair to blend you must be licensed. you may want to get trained by a licensed Hair Extension company such as SOCAP or GREAT LENGHTS.
