We want to make sure our customers will get the best service they deserve. We're just not sure on how to do it. Is there something, perhaps an app, that could help us with this? Suggestions? Thanks. Are you just after conducting surveys from customers? Because there is a specific software for customer satisfaction such as Blue Enterprise Surveys and Grade.Us. If you elaborate more your requirement, I can suggest a few more apps. Quote
gazewicked Posted May 20, 2017 Author Report Posted May 20, 2017 It's actually for our audit. I asked my friend about this and he told me that we should look for an audit management software with a function for surveys. I did a Google search and the one by ETQ looks promising. Quote
