Psycho Posted August 13, 2008 Report Posted August 13, 2008 GOING FISHING WITH THE HOMELESS Every now and then, you can see the homeless who congregate in Georgetown go fishing in the C & O Canal after a long and hard day of panhandling. We hope that they don't eat the fish as the fish in the C & O Canal are highly contaminated from the surrounding sewers system of Georgetown; namely, from the toilet flushes of all the political figures that live there.
