Psycho Posted March 22, 2008 Report Posted March 22, 2008 DC POLICE CHIEF LANIER TO WASTE MORE TAX $$$$ DC Police Chief Cathy Lanier has announced that there will be five (5) more scheduled “All Hands On Deck” operations geared toward curbing crime in the District of Columbia. Sadly, these operations only are effective for the moment and have absolutely no impact upon long term, crime fighting; cost more than the results and is nothing less than poor time and cost management.
