I Need Bass! I am working on an EP that needs Bass tracks and need live Bass accompaniment. If you are interested in the old Rock Fuzz (Hendrix, Janis AND the Beatles), indie rock (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, White Stripes), industrial (NIN, Orgy) old progressive (Siouxie and the Banshees, Patti Smith, Pretenders) some hard rock/metal (from Days of the New to Metallica)...this might be the right thing for you. I will eventually complete the project with or without a bassist, but will still need one to play live (cant play more than one instrument at a time). I am not expecting perfection or unconditional excellence, I am expecting simple professionalism and dedication (and skill). I am located in Alexandria, just south of old town (off of RT 1)...Practice and Studio recording is from 12PM to 6PM on Saturdays (generally split 3/3 hrs) and some weeknights (generally Tuesdays from 8-10, Wednesdays are open mic nights, Thursday nights are review practice from 8- 10 where we pinpoint certain areas that need improvement from the night before.)
