Is there ant salons near Southern Maryland/ D.C that are real polywaxers? I need to have the 12-20 strands I have left removed. How long should I wait to have them re-done correctly?

BAD BAD hair job I went to Abelyne hair salon in Virginia wow I paid 350 for 14 inch polyway hair and today I have about 10% left mind you it has been in for only 2 weeks it comes out by the clumps. I had this 7 years ago for my wedding I had nooo problems. Salon blamed me but I brought 60 dollars of shampoo and shiner from them!!!
