The Contracts Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate contract activities including mitigating contract liability and providing oversight of organizational conflict of interest (OCI) activities. In addition, you will be tasked with the following:

  • Review and analyze documents to determine contractual obligations.
  • Working closely with Practice Area Leads and the Executive Team to implement and monitor contract procedures and policies insuring compliance with Government contractual requirements.
  • Review RFPs and develop cost proposals as necessary for new business initiatives, including: Cost Reimbursement, Performanced Based Contracting, Firm Fixed Price, Fixed Price/Level of Effort, and Time and Materials Proposals.
  • Corresponds and communicates with company employees and Clients regarding the terms of the contracts as necessary.
  • Provide support and execute all phases of contracting from pre-award through contract closeout.

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • 7+ years of experience working with proposals, prime contracts, subcontracts, purchasing and overall contracts administration of Federal contracts/subcontracts required.
  • MUST have strong working knowledge of Government procurement regulations: FAR and DFARS.
  • Prior experience with GSA Schedules.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
