Primary Responsibilities

Provide coordination and provision of programmatic and administrative support to staff within ESI’s Children, Youth and Families division. Duties include but are not limited to:

 Coordinate hotel logistics- including room set-up, A/V, catering functions, etc.

 Oversee conference attendees (both online & onsite), including responding to inquiries and updating registration databases

 Provide general administrative support for meetings/conferences- drafting documents, copying, scheduling meetings/conference calls, coordinating mailings and courier deliveries, preparing materials for meetings, etc.

 Prepare contracts, service agreements, purchase orders, and bid solicitations as necessary



 Bachelor’s degree in any field

 Two years experience in program, administrative, &/or conference support

 Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office

 Experience working with databases and doing mail merges

 Excellent research, writing, editing, proofreading, written & oral communication skills

 Ability to multi-task efficiently, manage time, and meet deadlines
