GROUP ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (Bethesda Office)

 

Primary Responsibilities

Provide administrative, logistical, and programmatic support within ESI’s Children, Youth and Families Group. Projects involve supporting activities leading up to meetings, conferences, and grant peer reviews. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Coordinates &/or assists with all proposal efforts (including research, preparation, distribution and submission of proposals)

• Maintains calendar, schedules conference calls & meetings, makes conference/travel arrangements, and creates expense reports

• Prepares and presents reports of the Group’s new business development activities

• Composes professional correspondence for Group Vice President

• Acts as the communication hub for all Group activities

• Other duties as outlined in detailed job description

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years professional experience preferred, but will consider Associates degree with 3-4 years experience

• Mastery of Microsoft Office 2000 (certification highly desirable)

• Experience with preparation of presentations/graphics /desktop publishing software preferred

• Excellent customer service, organizational, oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects while maintaining flexibility; Strong attention to details and deadlines necessary
