Uncover your life’s purpose. The Bhagavad Gita says that we can only do what we each were uniquely meant to do. Each of us has our own set of criteria or roadmap for what makes a fulfilling career or vocation.

Come explore and create what makes up that path for you. Through yoga, meditation, goal setting, and coaching, you will create the purpose and career you want so as to have the life you were meant to have. (Complimentary mat avail at Georgetown Yoga, and wear comfortable clothes to move around in). What you’ll do in this workshop:

  • Look at what you’ve done successfully in your past
  • Write a new script for where you want to be
  • Identify the gap between where you area and where you’re going
  • Make a tangible plan to attain and accomplish your goals

Sunday October 28 at 2:30PM, Georgetown Yoga

The change we experience throughout the seasons of the year and the seasons of our lives can impact us dramatically. Knowing what foods, supplements, and healthy lifestyle choices we can make to temper the effects of change can be very powerful and can keep us on the road to a happy, healthy life–even when it seems that everything around us is changing.

In this workshop you will learn to:

  • Understand which foods support your mind and body during transitory times
  • Learn how to set healthy priorities and goals for yourself
  • Explore mindful eating habits
  • Create a vision for the future

Join us for an afternoon of demonstrations, interactive discussion, and coaching tools that will enable you to face the season change, and any change you experience, with ease and balance.
