(1) Mind Control:

C.I.A. PATENT 5,123,899 - METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ALTERING CONSCIOUSNESS - A system for altering the states of human consciousness involves the simultaneous application of multiple stimuli, preferable sounds, having differing frequencies and wave forms. . ALSO SEE: US PATENT --5,289,438

In 1789 Lavoisier discovered that the human mind is actually centered on frequency. In fact, centered around 7.2-7.5 HERTZ. Now we have cell phones and all kinds of technology outputing frequency within our homes and out doors..

Research the following: 0.3 µV p-p (f = 0.1 Hz to 10 Hz)

A company now works closely with this frequency:

(2) AF2025: (Strategy & Technology)

Check out this url: http://csat.au.af.mil/2025/

In dept military plans, earthquake weapons, weather weapons, pulse beam weapons, mind control weapon, etc... AF2025 was created in 1996 and AL GORE approved it, but he suggested to release it quietly and publically via the net. This way no one can blame anyone. Global Warming is Gov weather modifications. (3) Libor Scandal:

The world's super-rich have taken advantage of lax tax rules to siphon off at least $21 trillion, and possibly as much as $32tn, from their home countries and hide it abroad – a sum larger than the entire American economy.

(4) Brain–computer interface:

In 1924 Berger was the first to record human brain activity by means of EEG. By analyzing EEG traces, Berger was able to identify oscillatory activity in the brain, such as the alpha wave (8–12 Hz), also known as Berger's wave.

The most widely used neuroprosthetic device is the cochlear implant which, as of December 2010, had been implanted in approximately 220,000 people worldwide.

In 1999, researchers led by Yang Dan at the University of California, Berkeley decoded neuronal firings to reproduce images seen by cats. The team used an array of electrodes embedded in the thalamus (which integrates all of the brain’s sensory input) of sharp-eyed cats. Researchers targeted 177 brain cells in the thalamus lateral geniculate nucleus area, which decodes signals from the retina. The cats were shown eight short movies, and their neuron firings were recorded. Using mathematical filters, the researchers decoded the signals to generate movies of what the cats saw and were able to reconstruct recognizable scenes and moving objects

(5) Simulated Reality:

Simulated reality is the skeptical hypothesis that reality could be simulated—perhaps by computer simulation—to a degree indistinguishable from "true" reality. It could contain conscious minds which may or may not be fully aware that they are living inside a simulation.

In a virtual-people simulation, every inhabitant is a native of the simulated world. They do not have a "real" body in the external reality of the physical world. Instead, each is a fully simulated entity, possessing an appropriate level of consciousness that is implemented using the simulation's own logic (i.e. using its own physics).

(6.A) RNA interference:

(6.B) Genetically Modified Organisms:

Do you know what's in your food? Research "genetically modified organisms" aka GMO's.

You may think twice before buying food. Avoid fruit with the beginning serial # starting with a 8.

(7) Synthetic Biology (First Virtual Sex Disease that lives in Computers):

The field of 'synthetic biology' came into being in 2010 when billionaire scientist Craig Venter added synthetic DNA to a bacteria cell to create a 'new' life form. An Oxford ethicist warned that it opened the door to 'the most powerful bioweapons imaginable'.Since then, the field has changed. Worryingly, enthusiasts calling themselves 'biohackers' - and calling the field DIYBio - have begun experimenting with their own 'synthetic biology' projects, such as MIT graduate Kay Aull's reprogramming of E Coli's genome. The Stanford discovery will have impact in the longer term - but could lead to artificial life being 'designed' as easily as cars are now.

(8) Radio-frequency identification:

Some tags require no battery and are powered by the electromagnetic fields used to read them. Since summer 2009, two credit card companies have been working with Dallas, Texas-based DeviceFidelity to develop specialized microSD cards. When inserted into a mobile phone, the microSD card can be both a passive tag and an RFID reader. Nokia's 2008 device, the 6212, has RFID capabilities also. Credit card information can be stored, and bank accounts can be directly accessed using the enabled handset.

The Food and Drug Administration in the US has approved the use of RFID chips in humans.[97] Some business establishments give customers the option of using an RFID-based tab to pay for service, such as the Baja Beach nightclub in Barcelona. On July 22, 2006, Reuters reported that two hackers, Newitz and Westhues, at a conference in New York City showed that they could clone the RFID signal from a human implanted RFID chip, showing that the chip is not hack-proof as was previously claimed.

(9) ?Soul Catcher 2025:

At a presentation for Yorkshire Post newspaper, BT scientists said the chip would attach directly to the optical nerve and store incoming sensory impulses that could then be downloaded and played on a computer or implanted in someone else's memory. As far-fetched as it may seem, BT scientists are taking it seriously: They even assigned it the appropriately gee-whiz product moniker of "Soul Catcher 2025," as well as some fairly detailed specifications

(10) Devil's Breath:

The most dangerous drug in the world: 'Devil's Breath' chemical from Colombia can block free will, wipe memory and even kill. Scopolamine is often blown into faces of victims or added to drinks.

Within minutes, victims are like 'zombies' - coherent, but with no free willSome victims report emptying bank accounts to robbers or helping them pillage own houseDrug is made from borrachero tree, which is common in Colombia
