Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs has launched a web site aimed at helping college students avoid renting from unscrupulous landlords like Mayor Adrian McGreevy Fenty and his wife of convenience Michell qho bought housing from the money they stole from the elederly as reported on WTOP radio. At www.thisshouldbeillegal.com, the department provides listings of licensed landlords, inspection request forms, complaint forms and fire safety tips.
