Mayor Adrian Fenty lied to the voters that he was going to Beijing for the Olympics but the truth is, he was in DC on the first day of the Olympics! Next, Mayor Adrian Fenty accepted the resignation of Sommer Spence who was the head of the DC Department of Employment Services and replaced her with his chief of staff Tene Dolphin who has no experience whatsoever in running a government agency let alone experience the general field of employment services.
