Psycho Posted August 9, 2008 Report Share Posted August 9, 2008 STAY OUT OF THE DC BARS In the District of Columbia when choosing to go out on a date, it might be advisable that you check out the true gender of your date when considering that around 30% of the District's population is either Gay, Lesbian, Bi or Transgendered or you may be in for a rude awakening as it happens way to often when you have just finished downing a few cocktails and think you are on your way home to get laid.
