FREAKIN KNOW IT ALL Many think my dislike for the DC Office of Campaign Finance rest with their crooked director Cecily Collier-Montgomery but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Normally when you walk in the front door of the DC OFC there is this big guy sitting at the front desk that makes the nortorious Minnesota Fats look skinny. This guy told us his name is Bill Scales but a better name for him is Mr. Freakin Know It All. This guy seems to think he knows it all, loves to talk like a lawyer or preacher but he is quick to get under your skin.
