REES Today I lost a member of the family when our beautiful cat Morton fell ill with a liver disease and after a six day stay and battle in the hospital, Morton passed away. Morton was a politically active cat and would hiss at the TV everytime he saw Mayor Fenty's face on the screen. Morton will be cremated and buried in a private ceremony.
