Psycho Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 HANDGUN ONERSHIP IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the DC Handgun Ban city officials have not been too happy and have been looking for ways to circumvent it. The Government of the District of Columbia just has to be itself to circumvent; namely, as lazy, incompetent and slow as District workers are, the government can allow the natural process to take place over the application process for a license to own a handgun, and applicants will be waiting up to six months for approval or to find out why their application intentionally got lost.
