As the DC Tax Scam case continues with its bigger players yet to go to trial, will Harriet Waters in order to get a sweet deal from the US Department of Justice hand them the head of Mayor Adrian Fenty and link some of the $50,000,000.00 stolen to back door contributions to the Fenty for Mayor Campaign? It is self-evident that the Feds want Fenty, Waters wants to avoid a long term prison sentence, and until a deal is reached, Water’s trial will be scheduled last.
