Psycho Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 District of Columbia Office of Human Resources Friends & Family Plan The District of Columbia Office of Human Resources over the last twenty years has been plagued with corruption but specifically allegations of cronyism in the form of its staff bumping qualified candidates to insure jobs for their family members and friends. It is now being reported by former employees if DCHR that the Fenty Administration has slowly but surely been firing upward of 20-40 people inside DCHR but for what reason is unknown and this fact has been hidden from the local media. DC City Administrator Dan Tangherlini in February 2007 assured "Me" that Mayor Fenty has on his agenda a plan to wipe out the corruption and cronyism at DCHR and for us to give it time to take fruit.
