Sunday Snowtubing! …or skiing or snowboarding…

(or anything else that starts with an "s")

Sunday, March 9, 2008 - 11:00 am

Need a "lift" to the "lifts"?

KegBus is hitting the slopes, well not really -- we tried but they don't make skis big enough, can you imagine? We are going to Ski Liberty Mountain Resort located in the beautiful mountains of PA for a fun snowtubing adventure. Did you know that it's not much more than an hour ride on the KegBus to snow paradise?

And you can thank us for waiting until March…we aren't big fans of frostbite, and besides we all know everyone looks so much better when they aren't all layered up with puffy coats and facemasks!

You can snowboard, tube, ski, make snow angels, or just sit at the Tavern and watch the madness unfold. Whatever you want to do we will get you there in one piece KegBus style! We can't make any promises as to your return state, which depends on YOU.

It's a short ride away, but long enough though to enjoy the comforts of the KegBus…music, party lights, TV, and bathroom (yes, we do think of everything!)

The bus is leaving Reston at 11:00 am. Meet the KegBus outside of Market Street Bar & Grill (at the Hyatt) in the Reston Town Center. Free parking!

We will get you back around 6 pm…plenty of time to recuperate before Monday morning Mayhem.

Ticket Includes:

  • Ride to Ski Liberty Mountain Resort
  • Discounts available for Ski and Tube Tickets
  • Hot chocolate and coffee on board -- complete with all the trimmings (yes! that means mini marshmallows!)
  • Get-to-know-you-games and other fun icebreakers on board
  • …and much more!

Two hour tubing packages available ($19 per person), Ski and Snowboard Packages available, please e-mail for details.

Tickets - $40 in advance ($50 at the door if space available)

  • Time: 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Date: Sunday March 9, 2008
  • Location: Market Street Bar & Grill
  • Reston Town Center, Reston, VA
