A Change Is Gonna Come uncovers the “sin” of domestic and mental abuse in the least likely place…the pulpit of a church. Pastor Sills is a well-educated, well-liked preacher who has it all…a thriving congregation, a beautiful wife, and he is rich. But behind closed doors he is a controlling, overbearing husband who loses control of his temper at any given moment and succumbs to physical violence. This is an eye-opening play that will leave its viewers "painstakingly" aware of the affects of abuse in the church. You will experience a Christian woman's struggle to display the attributes of a perfect "first lady" on the outside, while her self-worth and dignity is dying inside. About Vickie L.
