Spaulding & Slye Colliers is a privately-held company that provides integrated real estate services to a diverse mix of companies throughout the country and the world. With nearly 40 years of experience, we provide construction, development, investment sales, structured finance, consulting, leasing, marketing and research, property and asset management, and strategic planning services.

 

Position Purpose: Responsible for developing a variety of marketing collateral (print and electronic) for Spaulding & Slye Colliers service and practice groups through the creative use of graphic images, photographs, color and design.

 

Requirements:

 

A Bachelor's degree in Design or Communication Arts or equivalent; Minimum of four years relevant work experience; Solid understanding of design fundamentals and techniques; Working knowledge and experience with the following software applications in a PC platform: Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and Quark XPress.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

Support business development efforts through the production of PowerPoint presentations

Design and produce advertisements, brochures, newsletters, direct mail pieces, and assist with website design

Produce maps, flyers, invitations, signs, and other marketing collateral to support sales efforts

Share information about new technologies and formats that would improve the quality of marketing materials

Assist with special projects as needed
